It was everything you want from fast food. The staff took pride in their work. It was hot, fresh, and fast!
Eat her often. Food is always on point as is the service. Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. I generally get a salad, the apple pecan is my go to. The price is a bit high for lettuce, in addition to the container the salad comes in has shrank, but the price didn't.
The food order is usually correct during the day time. The food comes out delicious and at a hot temperature. The interior is clean and spacious. The coke machine was in proper condition. The staff is quiet and they stay focused on their job. This is a new location at the intersection with other food options nearby.
Location clean and new. Service is better than other wendys location where you get additudes. They jist need to fix the ice machines. Always going down at location. Love the atmosphere and people are nice
Biased review because I once worked at Wendy's. I like their kitchen system and cleanliness. This one was okay besides dirty walls and some tables not being wiped down even though they were slow. I ordered nuggets kids meal but my daughter wanted a burger which she liked a lot more. I tried their ghost pepper burger which packs some heat but it wasn't the best tasting burger I've had. Super fast service though
I love the southwest avocado salad. Its honestly one of the best salads sold among fast food chains. For lemonade I got the pineapple mango. I couldn’t really taste any pineapple in there, only mango. Also I feel like the lemonade could be a little more sour from the lemons. For this reason it tastes like your drinking mango juice instead of mango “lemonade.” I wouldn’t try it again.

Newer location. Food was fast, cooked well and my order was spot on. I would sum it up as your typical Wendy's experience
Food is alright. Getting tired of my drive thru order being messed up all the time, though. Not the first time I've ordered a sour cream and chive potato and just received a plain potato with no sour cream or butter. Guess I'll have to be "that guy" and hold up the line while I check my orders since the employees are incompetent.
I only recommend Dr Pepper since I ordered 3 Cokes and they gave me 3 Dr Peppers the food wasn't cooked very well the fries were cold and the burger looks like I got a customer order a few minutes before I ordered. This is like the 3rd time I been to this one and it was never a good experience I keep thinking next time will be better but it never improves. Just go to McDonald's of KFC or Taco Bell instead.

If I could rate zero stars I would. By far the worst experience I've ever had. The lady at the drive thru window was rude. They ran out of Dr pepper and acted like it was our fault that it had ran out. She was the only one inside. She took the order and had to "cook" it. There was another guy there but he was more worried bout watching the water run out of the water hose and smoking his cigarette. After we got our food we was missing an order, so we turned around and to go get it and my wife tried to go in and the doors were lock. She asked the guy that was watching the water run and hes said she was the only one in there. Never offered to go get our other order or help fix the situation just was worried about the cigarette and water just running all over the concrete. I would stay away from that location at least for any morning orders.
Went through the drive thru around 9am on 1 August 2025 and couldn’t hear what the lady said because she spoke so fast. It sounded like Adam Sandler speaking gibberish. I proceeded to place my order but she rudely cut me off and said to hold on and wait but very rude about it. Is this what Wendy’s hired?! Rude people? I don’t recommend going here for the way Wendy’s treats their customers. She either needs to be fired, properly trained, or observed for the way she treats Wendy’s customers.
Food is COLD and NASTY!!!! Just bought a sausage, egg and swiss croissant meal. Croissant tasted like it wasn't done or heated up all the way. The egg and seasoned potatoes were hard 🤢 YUCK!
This Wendy's is awful. The food was warmed over. The fries were limp and lukewarm. The servers acted as though they didn't want to be there. No wonder me and my friend were the only one there for the 90 minutes we were there
The customer service was HORRIBLE! They were very rude towards my child . And disrespectful towards me just for wanting to try each sauce. Then gave me the coldest food and 1 sauce
This was beyond horrible my fries were cold and I literally asked for them to be hot a order of nuggets were missing and none of the food was hot at all. It was not busy it was Sunday around 12:30 the reason why I gave the atmosphere a 2 was because I was in my own car. When I told them my fries were cold he said which ones. I don't understand what you mean by which ones so I just gave him two of them they act like they really didn't want to work but nobody was there. I am finally doing a review because this is my second time going to this Wendy's and I had a bad experience there also and that was with a chicken biscuit it was hard dry and cold it shouldn't even been sold it was really disappointing but I was too tired to turn around and say anything I am going to call the corporate office because this is ridiculous. I think they should ask themselves in that establishment what they want the kind of food for themselves or their families
Went to Wendy’s while on a phone call with a long-distance friend. We were catching up and laughing about life. The lady taking my order seemed upset, and after I apologized and told her I needed a minute to decide, she replied by attending to the customer next to me. Which I thought was fair and proper. However, still upset by the previous laughing and continuous talking, she further ignored me while I was waiting by the speaker, with no other cars next to me or behind me, even after me, calling on her several times. I thought it was funny, took no offense and assumed she was just having a bad day. Which, in all sincerity, made me and my friend laugh more. After waiting even longer, she finally replies with, “Are you going to keep laughing or are you finally going to order?” and other non-important, but just as impolite and mindless comments. As a student and as a former worker in the customer service industry, I get it. Customer service is an underestimated, every-day skill for these employees, which require other cognitive skills and critical thinking. Sometimes, dealing with customers is tough, as they misjudge one's abilities, intelligence or potential. However, the employee was still unreasonable, rude, immature and impatient. Lacked courtesy, respect, mindfulness, and manners. In full behavioral review, she seemed of brute thinking, slow, and simply put, ignorant. Even then, there are always ways for better development. A good way to improve an employee’s attitude and customer service would be most efficiently achieved through a combination of intentional hiring and proper training. There are some websites that offer coaching programs, which include, and are not limited to; communication skills, emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and a better relationship with our common sense. These could give employees the ability to make rational judgments based on practical knowledge and experience, not emotional tantrums. Finally, a good way to measure the success of these initiatives could be through CSAT scores and customer loyalty metric (NPS). Which, for the less intelligent individual, or for the more primitive thinker (our hostess that evening), means that surveys could be used as a performance measuring tool. I genuinely hope this helps :)
Waited in the drive through for about 10 mins just for them to NOT even acknowledge the line of cars waiting to be served. Went around to see if there were ppl inside and nope. Just left and cars did the same shortly after
Burgers were dry as can be and they had no hot sauce. Have never been to a Wendy’s without the hot sauce, whoever is managing needs to step it up and order correctly.
#1. I ordered meal Number 9, got two biscuits with egg and sausage #2. I noticed the price was $2 more than what I was quoted at the ordering menu. #3. The server told me it was because I ordered unsweetened tea and had it been sweet tea the price would have stayed as quoted at the menu drive up board. #4. I had never heard of charging more for unsweetened tea, and I mentioned that I would be driving back around to view the menu board. #5. When taking photos of menu board, it confirmed that the prices are $2 lower than what they are charging at the register. #6. False advertising of pricing menu #7. Making up lies about unsweetened tea is the price discrepancy. #8. Charged me more for the meal than the board menu and didn't even give me what I ordered.
