Absolutely cannot beat the price. The amount of food they give you for so cheap, beats any other restaurant by far. I go here every single time I want some Mexican food.

Must say, the chips and salsa are among the best I have had. I wasn't hungry for a full meal. Just a snack. Two chalupas, bean and cheese at that, were out of this world. My friends and I grab something to eat at least twice a week from Los Dos Laredos.

Good mexican dishes. Service is also good with, chill, feel good vibes. I had huevos rancheros at night and another plate too. Good portions all yummy.

OMG! The food is amazing, the staff friendly, the portions are impressive. 5 adults ate for about $12/person and everyone took leftovers even our resident "hollow leg". Highly recommend you stop in and try it. This place is going on my must stop list for San Antonio!

We started coming to this place for the breakfast tacos after a co-worker told us about it. I cannot stop raving about the tacos with the full flour tortillas and the hand-made corn tortillas. They always get our order right, and they are some of the most friendly & accommodating staff I've spoken to: willing to separate the bill on a large order, quick service with a smile, and very appreciative to have our business. I'll definitely be a frequent customer here.

I always like thr breakfast tacos from here because the eggs are always cooked to perfection. Also the bean and cheese tacos are great! The lunches and dinners are very yummy. Ive gotten to eat different plates. The barbacoa, fajita quesadillas, mexican and american enchiladas and I have yet to regret any order. Deffinitely recommend it.

Looking for different Mexican spots. We normally go to Jaime's up the road but they were closed. I gave these guys a try. I ordered the barria mini taco platter with onions and beans and two of their pollo soft tacos for my little girls. Let me just say the flavor and spices is PHENOMENAL!!!!. This is my new favorite while in the wall.

Food is so good I'll drive across town to go back for more. Caldo 7 mares is the best in town. There's a couple of nice waitresses who are ver attentive that make the restaurant even better.

It is exactly what you would expect from an Authentic Mexican restaurant, great service, authenticity, flavor, and friendly staff. It is definitely not Tex-Mex, which is not authentic food. Definitely not like these other restaurants trying to create new dishes, not recognizing that the authenticity and flavor of the food is lost.

Great Mexican food. The place is a little cold but other then that everything is great. UPDATE: I like this restaurant. I like the fish but we went in Friday and was very disappointed. I didn’t send the food back because i like the employees ther. I ordered the fish and shrimp and it was terrible. It looked like it was re-fried. It was almost burned. They should be more careful with what they serve. Next time I won’t be nice.

The smell when u walk in is amazing just like a home kitchen at dinner time. We had 2 Mexican Plates, one with charro beans the other with the refried beans it comes with. We both loved our choices that included corn tortillas that appeared homemade and were really good! I’m new to the area and am still exploring but I can see how easily this could be my go-to place!! These extremely hot days appear to be here to stay for awhile so the place is plenty cool just don’t sit under a ceiling vent, which isn’t hard to do unless you don’t mind the air hitting your table directly. This place doesn’t have these vents every few feet like some places so a good table or booth IS NOT hard ti come by. ENJOY

Dos laredo's is an excellent restaurant their food is delicious I have also dine in there there are very good waitress especially one waitress that is on the cashier very kind n respectful lady en elder lady she is very friendly efficient n beautiful manners I can't remember her name I think she is the best of all waitresses she is a talk slender lady she also answers the phone n takes orders by phone I recommend that waitress lady s 109 percent we need more women like her. All the other waitress are also good

I have been in many restaurants but I keep going back to this one cause the food is amazing,service is wonderful,and the atmosphere is great. The minute you step in you get that feeling that you feel at home.

Tried this place today for a drive thru order. Got two tortas- al pastor and asada. They were surprisingly large for the low price. It was less than 13 for both. They came with red and green salsa and were served really quick. The lady that helped me was really friendly and great customer service. Can’t wait to go back and try something new.

I was in and out of the drive-thru quickly and my food was good. I have not been there in a while and was a little surprised with how expensive it had become. I probably will not be back due to my bank account not agreeing with the current economy.

I was the first time I took my wife out to dinner since the virus crisis began. We each had seafood and both my wife and I liked our meal. The staff was very professional and attended to us gracefully. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes Mexican food.

First time here but liked what I ordered....the mixed parrillada. Homade flour tortillas. Very reasonable prices across the menu. Buen precio... Buena comida!!! Update: Got nachos thru drive-thru....omg they were huge. See attached picture. This is the BIG size container packed with a ton on meat. You will have leftovers!!! I got asada my husband got picadillo. There prices are really good too and food is delicious.

Since me and my dad were on the third of three tables I guess I just expected better had to ask for menu and tea refill not the normal here !

I come here all the time. The food is good. Won't say the greatest. Staff is always friendly. It's hit or miss with the barbacoa.

On my one visit to taqueria Los dos laredos I had a burger with fries and a coke the total for the burger and fries! It is such a good value, especially when compared to fast food joints. I can't wait to try some Mexican food there too

Good portions. Specials are served throughout the entire day, unlike other restaurants that end their specials at 10 am or 2 pm.

Well my experience's at this restaurant were great but as time went on it started getting kind of not so. I stopped going there for awhile now I guess I just got tired of the place.

I come here often, drive-thru, and although it is a bit of a wait sometimes, the chicken fajita tacos are very good/ fresh. Although sometimes a bit greasy. Depending on the day, you may get different portions/ differently prepared food, however, I haven't had any substantial issues. When ordering you will need to be very specific with what you want, and how you want the food packaged/ prepared. The drive-thru speaker is not very audible.

My brother took me there for my birthday lunch. I ordered the lunch special which was chicken fajitas for $4.99. I guess it wasn't very bad for 499. it had a few hard pieces of chicken in it and lots of onions and bell pepper. So it was more onions and bell pepper than chicken. The Frijoles were very good! they had a salad with some Waka moly I wasn't mad at all. The rice was good. I ordered a glass of tea. It was very good. for it being my very first visit there I would say it wasn't that bad at all I did enjoy my food but it could have been better. Force Special of 499 it was not bad at all. I'll have to go back and try some regular plates.

We have been going to this restaurant regularly for three years. They have been consistent with good food quality, have generous portions for the price, great service. The facility is clean, however restroom needs updating.

Even though the drive thru lane was long the tacos were worth the wait. Delicious migas tacos, chorizo and potatoes, potato and egg. Their salsas are good too!

Favorite Taco: Carne Asada con lechuga y tomate con salsa roja. Best price in town for that much meat in a taco! It's exactly why I and most of the people from my office keep eating from here weekly, almost daily! Also best breakfast taco specials in town! An absolute hidden gem! My Family and I tried this place on a Sunday morning. After waitress got our drinks we ordered our meals. It was pretty reasonable prices and came out at a good time. The food looked good and we agreed that it was great. This is my mother in laws favorite place and she is from Mexico. I can see now why she likes the place cause it has great food and it is cheaper than usual. The only problem we came across was the flies in the restaurant. If not for that it would of been a 5 star rating.

Food was good, service was quick. I have a friend who used to eat frequently at one of the other locations. Since I had heard so much about Los Dos Laredos, I decided to give it a try. His family prefers it over the places I frequent. I ordered the enchilada plate with a taco. The food came out quickly and was nice and hot. Chips and salsa were served with the plate. The food was pretty good, but I still prefer my favorite places for enchiladas. Service was good, prices were fair and the portions were large. I would return here again to try some more items. The menu had a huge selection on it.

Had to give THIS ,DOS LORADOS LOCATION 3 STARS BASED OFF THAT IVE EATEN AT TWO OTHER LOCATIONS MORE TO CENTER OF EAST SIDE OF New Braunfels. And keep in mind I've ordered the same thing at all 3. The Fish and Shrimp plate. The Fish at this location was rather small compared to 5he other 2 locations. And Taste of the breading seemed as they may not clean out the fryer as often as others.

Went here had the quesadilla w asada meat that was very good, but rice was hard and chips were stale we asked for another order but they said the chips were already made 🤷🏼‍♀️.

The reason I am writing this review is because the food is good the service will be better but every time I go through the drive-thru they keep my change this is the second time I get home and realize I never got my change back so if they're doing this to me they're doing this to other people and it's adding up you don't do this to a person two times in a row and it's not something that you do all the time take people change and keep it and it's always the same woman at the window Today is May 1, 2025 this was done to me last week also last week I thought it was an honest mistake now I know it's not next time I'll pay more attention

The drive-through takes a while. The prices are pretty decent & the barbacoa and chicken ttacos are pretty fat, the beef fajita not so much. Grease was dripping out of them but I guess that's a good sign. The only thing was that my Barbacoa Taco was at least 3/4 fat and I like meat so I have to pick thru it as pictured below. I won't be ordering that one again there unless I ask for puro Carne! One good thing was the beef fajita taco was a decent size for under $3 whereas Taco Cabana charged $3.99 for a small one and that's one reason why I stopped ordering it there plus, don't like them there much.

June 3, 2024, since being in the area, I wanted some shrimp Ceviche. But I deeply regret my purchase. It's not that it was bad... just the fact I paid $15.00 for a 12 oz cup w/o tostadas when I used to get it with the tostadas it was a bigger cup. So I'm no longer coming back... it's such a rip-off. Hubby went to a different restaurant and received triple the food for just about the same amount. It was a decent place to get food but not satisfied with these prices. Please lower the music and have someone who understands whoever takes the order. The bottom review was in 2023. I found this place by chance driving around on Easter Sunday. I wanted tacos. They had mini tacos alpastor and Barbacoa and others as well. Oh my goodness, they were so packed, I could only eat 3... they come in plates of 5. My finacé had Alpastor his were packed as well. Next time, I want to try the queso-birria. I went inside to order my tacos. I couldn't hear the girl at the register counter. The music was way too loud. I believe they also have a drive-through. So next time, I'll go through there. They also have agua frescas. Jamaica is our go-to drink. Finally, a place that has it.

Not good. Avoid this place. It’s hard to mess up Mexican/Tex Mex but they managed. I ordered the pastor plate. The guacamole looked like it’d been left out all day. It was browned. The pastor meat wasn’t great either. Too mushy. We ordered two micheladas. Horrible. No lime, no pepper, wasn’t spicy at all. Just Clamato and beer. Sucked. Didn’t even finish them. My wife had the shrimp veracruzana. This wasn’t too bad and probably had 3 dozen shrimp. There was a ton. Only reason they get the second star. No me gusta. This area of town needs better variety of restaurants. Almost forgot, the salsa they brought out with the chips had pieces of meat in it. One piece carne asada and one chunk of ground beef. Bleagh!!

Confused on how the parking lot will have you feeling that the places is business and will have good food but that's far from what you will find here. To many competitors in the area to settle for bad service and cold food.

I have been coming here for about three months now. I have been hoping for it to change but the waitresses are bad. They bring you your drink but then they ignore you and giggle in their group. Rhey dont ever come back after they bring your order. If you dont believe me, come at least once. You will quicky figure what im talking about.

On 12/4 I ordered 3 bean and cheese tacos for my kids when i got home my daughter said there was black pieces of stuff in her food. I checked the others and they also had black pieces of stuff in them. My 6 year old had already eaten hers without knowing. I took the tacos back and the male that was in the kitchen started laughing. I told them my kids ate that stuff what did you do ro my food and he continued to laugh at me. I don't know what he put in my kids' food because he nor any other staff spoke english. I will never eat here again.

I ordered 2 guisada tacos to go and when I go to eat them they were so sloppy all gravy and hardly any meat and the meat was roast meat with no flavor will never go back. Waitresses were excellent

My son found a piece of plastic in his bean and cheese taco. How they managed to screw up the easiest taco I don’t know. I ordered nachos and they gave me old guacamole. The guac was almost forest green. Will not be ordering here again!

Disgusting! We came here on 11/10/13 for some breakfast around 10:30am. A few minutes after arriving home we opened our food and inside one of the tortillas wrapped in foil was a live ROACH! This was so gross and never will I ever be going back. Apparently poor standards are normal here as they have repeatedly had 20+ demerits on numerous health inspection scores since 2012, and up to 40 demerits on one occasion. Sadly, I wished I had done some research on these scores prior to eating here.

Ordered nachos and chicken enchiladas.....chicken enchiladas had some beef in it and the nachos had a mixture of stale chips and fresh ones, they were also literally covered in flavorless beef and cheese with a side of something they called guacamole, I say something they called guacamole because it didn't taste like avacado was an ingredient in the green mixture, upon scraping the flavorless beef and cheese aside I noticed that the to go tray was melted from the cheese indicating that it was microwaved, the oil in the cheese will to that to styrofoam..... how does one mess up a dish as easy as nachos???.....overall terrible food, I had a few bites of the nachos and threw them away, felt like 3 pounds of garbage was served to me anyway it belongs where it ended up

While I was eating , there was literally a roach walking on our table ! I mentioned it to the manager and she said "Well it happens." And she offered to make our food again. Which is clearly absurd to offer food after I witnessed a roach on my table. Then she left and SHE DID NOT PICK UP THE ROACH. So I took out my phone to take a picture of it and post it. But before I could even snap a picture , she literally RAN from the front counter to my table and took the roach. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE . She said , IT HAPPENS !! Mientras estaba comiendo , estaba un cucaracha en la mesa !! Viva!! NO VENGAS A ESTE LUGAR!! Literalmente la manager dijo "Estas Cosas pasan. " jamás en un restaurante me ah pasado. Primera vez aquí. Y última vez. Si así están las cucarachas en la mesa, como estará la Cosina??? Es un asco ! Además los vasos estaban rotos y así sirven las bebidas.

This is THE WORST food I ever had!! The chips were fine but that was IT! I had the enchilada plate: the cheese in the enchilada was clumped together, the beans were a bit runny, the rice was clumpy and so salty, and the tortillas were DOUGHY. The only thing I finished eating was the enchiladas. The service was not great either - we were never offered a refill on tea til we were getting up to leave. Shortly after leaving, my stomach became very upset, and I didn't feel better til the next day. So, instead of wasting time at this place, I recommend going somewhere else or going home to eat a sandwich!

They suck at food to go, we always request the tacos be separately wrapped so they don't get soggy and stuck together and they never do and we order from here all the time, customer service is really rude, sometimes you get some one nice but over all they are rude and rush you when ordering. Health inspectors need to visit this place also because we went to dine in one time and seen cockroaches and one mouse.

Went thru drive thru placed my order and was told 2nd window got to the window arm shot out and had my tea in their hand grabbed it then gave my payment few min later was handed my order not a word smile or heck a good bye. The food is disgusting gave the stray dog by Walgreens the food the chorizo was raw the potatoes and egg y'all should've just wrapped a potatoes in the tortilla the bacon I had ask crispy not burnt. I was tempted to return the food but I knew I'd have words and I'm not starting my day off bad because they don't know how to serve ppl so I made the stray dog down the streets day and fed them I will never return because I don't want yo have another experience with them again

First time my wife and I are there was good , but the second time we dined in was not so good as the carne asada was over cooked and my enchilada plate was cold. Guess it depends which cook is working that day. Wait staff is great!

The restaurant has a leak on the roof and a pail on the floor catching the water. The bathroom has a cup of detergent rather than a hand soap dispenser. The food had way too much oil specially the beans which made it loose it's flavor. I am not impressed by this restaurant at all.

Went thru the drive thru. Drive thru attendant had to come to my vehicle so I could point out what I wanted from the drive thru window. It took a VERY LONG time for my order to come out. When I got home I noticed that my food was incorrectly made and was rather cold. I called the restaurant to complain and to my surprise no one could understand me on the phone so I decided to take the plates back untouched and have them remake where they made mistakes. At the restaurant it was the same”NO MANAGER” is about all they would say. After 20 min of the employees looking like they were totally confused. They finally understood “REFUND”. They gave me a refund and I went to the New Mexican Restaurant down the street from Los Dos Laredo, honestly that restaurant wasn’t any better than Los Dos Laredo however it was nice being understood and my food being accurate as well as hot and fresh. BEWARE : CASHIER IN DRIVE THRU WILL TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOU................. I’ve been back to this restaurant since I last reviewed it. The customer service is horrible there is still no manager on site and when you ask to speak to the owner they say he’s vacationing in Mexico. The food was still HORRIBLE and it’s a shame because it use to be really good. I wouldn’t suggest dining in either as I was waiting for them to remake my order I noticed dead flies in the windowsill. That’s really GROSS!!!

Went to there I ordered the beef rib plate and they gave me refried beans. I asked them I said where is the whole beans waitress said talk to the owner . and the whole jalapeno was missing. I asked for a discount the so called owner or cook in charge said charge him anyway. I will not recommend to eat there. Bad service.

Stopped to try this place out only because I saw there were a lot of cars there. Tortillas were burned and rubbery, beans were flavorless, and customer service was horrible. Lady never came to check on us. 20 bucks down the drain.... never again.

Not Everyone has the hands for great Mexican food!!!, if you know what I mean!!? The food barely passes, not very good food, on the menu it looks way better!!! My kids and I were very Dissappointed, the prices on the menu were good and the food looked good on the menu ,but was not as tasty as it was on the menu!!! The enchiladas, carne guisada,stuffed burrito, and burger and fries, had imitation cheese, and the carne guisada didnt taste at all like carne guisada, and the cheese on the enchiladas got hard and the beef wasnt real!!!

I took some time to think about what I was going to say about them. I don't give out 5 star ratings easily, same can be said about 1 star ratings. The location was good, but that's about it. Service was okay but.... The food was just awful, plain awful! The rice was sticky, gooey and clumpy all at the same time... The enchiladas were chewy and the flour tortillas were doughy as if they were not cooked fully. The waitress didn't even offer refills til we were about to leave. It was so bad I couldn't finish my meal. This has to be one of the worst restaurants I've ever eaten in. We will not be returning, not ever! As you can imagine I will not be able to recommend this place to anyone.

Normally Food, service, and price were great. Keep up the exceptional service and price is reasonable bit best of all food is flavorful and delicious. 7-21-2017 Tried calling to order tacos at 10:55am No answer, tried again at 10:59am and to my surprise the special breakfast prices till 11:00 am actually end at 10:55am When I asked why 5 minutes early the cashier tells me that it's based on the wall clock behind the counter. I informed them that cell phone times can not be changed as they are all set by the world clock for accuracy. It might be a while till I return as integrity is not present and right is right.

Me and my boyfriend ate here 5 months ago when we first started dating.We both ordered our food I had the fajita plate and he had chorizo and eggs with a tea I couldn't eat anything but the quac after I took a few bites I noticed the chicken was translucent and the beef was greyish. I told my boyfriend that's not good. Not even a few seconds later we saw a roach run past our table. I just dropped everything we both paid and left while our table had both plates full of food. We walk to the car I told him to not drink his tea to dump it due to the roaches he then walks to the dumpster to throw the cup away.And it is over piling with spoiled packages of meat. He then proceeds to sanitize his hands and smokes a cigarette when I notice two men from the kitchen with aprons on climbing in the dumpsters to throw away more spoiled meat. I just couldn't it was too gross 🤢 we have never been back since. About a hour or so later our stomachs weren't feeling good.

I can’t even call this service since they never bothered to acknowledge my daughter and I. We walked in the waitresses all looked at me as if I was an alien. I asked if we sit ourselves and they all say yea. So we do. It was lunch hour so there was a few tables with men who were obviously on their lunch break. They were a little busy so I didn’t think too much of it when they didn’t come to us right away. I pull out my work laptop and start answering emails. 20 mins later still no one has come by so I close my laptop and wait some more still nothing. One waitress was too busy chatting it up with her friend up front and the other 2 who made clear eye contact with me were too busy serving all the men that walked in after us. I guess since I don’t have anything hanging in my pants these women think I have no money. I went down the street to another Mexican restaurant and was received with smiles and service right away!! Took care of my waitress just as great as she took care of us. Don’t come to this restaurant if you’re a woman alone. They will straight up ignore you. I’m disgusted!!

Beware of your food when you're eating it I found a piece of sharp stick in a chorizo and potato taco I had called the manager upon this and she straight-up & thought I was telling a lie! Waitresses need to be waitresses and service from managers needs to be done better! I would not recommend this restaurant!! Flies are everywhere in this establishment!!

Literally the worst carne asada taco I've ever had in my life. This place is absolutely disgusting. Not only was there a foul taste in my taco, it was full of fat with very little meat. It was disgusting. I don't know why these places in San Antonio suck so bad.

Terrible food two of the three tacos I ordered were not edible. The chorizo in both of those tacos was raw. Outside of the tortillas were covered in Grease and aluminum foil was wrapped up inside the taco

DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE TO EAT. We had breakfast tacos here and the food was inedible. The tacos they served us were smothered in grease. The barbacoa they put onions and cilantro all over the taco without asking if we even wanted it. I'm throwing the tacos away. Restaurant owners: how are y'all still in business, the food you served us was terrible.
