Food is great and the staff is extremely welcoming. I come here often and the taller woman with the glasses is as sweet as can be and has amazing work ethics. Highly recommend!
The homemade flour tortilla for breakfast tacos was so delicious 😋. Will drive down this way when im craving that home taco.
It started to remind me of the old pic nic taco set up.... Well to my surprise the ingredients were fresh all the way to the tortillas!! It was a great experience and will enjoy going back again. Thank you.

Pros: cheaper than most, fresh even tortillas are made to order, it has a tops bar. Cons: slow for a quick bite, you order, go to a different cashier to pay and come back, because tortillas are made to order it might take 5-10 minutes to get your order.
When I saw the size of the Laredo Taco store automatically assumed it was going to be great! Well.. it wasn't! for being 9AM I figured breakfast would still be fresh... I live in south Texas (RGV) and the tacos do not compare!

I can only recommend the carnitas taco with beans and cheese since that's what I always get lol. Food is decent when fresh but later throughout the day, the food may get old for sitting there for a while. Last time I went, My carnitas were kind of dry when I went but it was like 4 PM so that may be the reason. Their carnitas it's just fried chunks of meat though, they're not the typical Mexican style carnitas, just so you know. Overall, I like them for a quick and cheap bite.
I had better expectations for this place. It took about 30 minutes to get 4 tacos but not many people had ordered before me and my order was wrong. Its my fault for not checking before I left but I had become anxious after waiting for so long. The tacos were ok anyway just very disappointed. It doesn't seem like they have a system that works properly in their little kitchen to get food out quickly.
Food was great they just need more workers...they only have one person doing everything smh poor lady hope she's getting paid good to have all this mad customers

I'm pretty disappointed with my food, the flautas are hard, my tortilla on my tacos are burnt but the most disappointing part was that the lady upfront was taking orders, preparing the food and tortillas while the other two employees were standing behind her not doing anything. Food would have probably been better had they all been working together. I wish I would have asked that ladies name because she was very nice and great at upselling.
I grew up with eating tacos from the Laredo taco company in Laredo and Zapata and was highly disappointed on the portion given inside the taco. Back home they pack it leaving customers satisfied. This looks more like a portion size of a taco cabana taco.

I have traveled south Texas for over a dozen years and every lent season I look forward to the shrimp tacos. I must say this is the smallest tortilla I have ever seen in the hundreds of Laredo Taco places. I mean if the tacos have gone up to almost 5.00 each, make the portion at least consistently...
The past time we've gone there the tortillas were hard...the carnitas bravo needs to be more tender n the carne guisada looked like shredded meat in gravy n didn't even taste close to carne guisada. To top that off the cashier from the store side charged us twice for the food from the taco side which was already paid for...they got 2 stars cause that store is usually clean when we go there.
The cook/server ignored me because I was a white person. She took the next person's order because she was Hispanic.

Food is good but employees are rude, very disappointed. Went at 4:40 am and stood in line for 5 minutes before I'm told that they don't open till 5am. The sign on the door says 4am. I asked employee for the time and she just ignored me. You should change the signs. It wouldn't have hurt her to serve me since food was ready. Poor customer skills.

I wouldn't suggest eating the food at the Laredo taco factory. I ordered the 10$ barbacoa family deal. 35 min later I recieve my order halfway complete...... Pics added of the corn tortillas old, dry and cracked like the month old corn tortillas in my fridge and of the guacamole all turned black! I mean check out the whole slice all ugly already.... I got charged for condiments that they didn't have. (queso fresco and crema cilantro) When I tried getting a refund they had me wait in back of the long line again. This place has major issues with poor quality food and customer service. Manager acted like she didn't even care. So much more to post but im not going to bother, its become a novel already.

Been to this location twice with high hopes. I frequented LTC in the RGV where there are found just about everywhere. So was anxious when I saw one in SA. I went to the SE Military one back in Feb at 930am and was told they were out of bacon for the advertised Gran tocino special. So I said it's fine I'll wait for more bacon to be made and then was told they weren't going to make anymore because they were about to put out lunch. At 930am! "Are you serious?" I replied. That was absurd. I wrote a complaint email on the LTC website to hopefully rectify this, to no avail. Against my better judgement, I drove 20 mins again to get some breakfast tacos at 9am, this time and was told, no bacon, and this was all the breakfast that was left, because they were about to put out lunch and we're shorthanded. At 9am! Ridiculous! Should fire everyone there and just have a lunch crew.

We asked if there was lard in the tortillas and beans and the lady at the register told us she had no idea what lard was and made no attempt to get this information for us, so I asked for an ingredient list and we were told it was not available anywhere. Then, when my husband went to pick up our order, he was very rudely told that we would have to go to the gas station counter to pay for it first. That's fine but we had no idea because this was our first time ordering there, so why did they have to be rude about it? I didn't eat any of the tacos, but my daughter and husband both said the sausage and egg ones they got tasted horrible and fishy. Never again.
Hours say 0400, went in to make an order and the guy behind the counter denied making me an order. It was 0434 in the morning. Told me he couldn’t make orders because his boss wasn’t there. If you can’t make promise on your hours then don’t post them and mislead customers.
I was very disappointed by the tortillas, food availability and hot sauce availability. The tortillas were loaded with flour and our hands were coated with it after every bite. The chicken fajitas were rubbery and dry. It was 10:00AM and the food was not available to order. The salsa bar was empty. All of the Laredo Taco Company spots in the valley and Corpus Christi are 200x better. I don't understand how things could be so bad in the San Antonio locations. Things really need to improve or I don't see much success for it in San Antonio.
I wanted a country sausage and egg taco. Since both ingredients are available, figured it would be a pretty basic order. I was so wrong. I've had numerous issues over the years at a variety of places getting restaurant employees to understand the difference between link and ground sausage. I think the confusion is usually due to the fact that the employees who choose to live here refuse to learn English, yet get jobs that require them to communicate with English-speaking customers. Which is why I clearly explained the sausage that I wanted in my taco. I was even attempting to physically show the employee the sliced link sausage that I wanted. Keep in mind, I'm the only person in line. A very rude female employee (I'll call her Grimace, as in Grimace from Sesame Street), rudely interrupted and told me to order at the register. Since I was very clear verbally about the taco I wanted, Grimace and the poor guy she seemed to be training both seemed to speak and understand English and Grimace was in such a hurry to make my order, I figured that they understood what I had just said regarding my order. Nope. Apparently Grimace heard sausage and egg and stopped listening. I was extremely clear about wanting link sausage. Discussed how I wanted to be clear about it so I get the right taco. I get home and find ground sausage and egg. I took it back and again explained to Grimace what I wanted. She told me that what I had ordered cost more than the taco I was charged for. Sadly, I think this moron may have even been "in charge" of the restaurant. Amazing! Actually made me get a refund for the taco she incorrectly rang up and pay the difference. It wasn't a lot of money. That wasn't even close to the issue. I've worked in restaurants. First of all, if you actually listen to what customers are saying, situations like this can be avoided. Second of all, when an employee rings up the wrong order and the customer has to come back and the price difference is small, just give the customer what they ordered the first time. It was ridiculous to go through a refund and get charged for the taco I originally ordered. I couldn't believe that Grimace was so concerned over maybe 60 cents. I politely brought up the fact that I should just be given the taco I ordered the first time. Nope. Grimace wanted that change! Okay. Fine. I wanted my taco. Grimace STILL didn't get it. Luckily, I watched the employee make the taco. It was just sausage, no egg. It was the link sausage though, so things were looking up. I clearly stated numerous times that I wanted the link sausage with egg. I asked if I could get the egg on my taco. I was informed that they didn't have plain eggs. I know that they do cuz they have breakfast plates. I asked if she could just put some of the egg and potato mix on it. She did so rather begrudgingly. I know she wanted to charge me for the egg! LOL. Unfreaking believable! If only Grimace or her minion would have just listened, all of that could have been avoided. She could've explained that the link sausage doesn't come with egg and I could have adjusted my order somehow. Or go somewhere that allows country sausage and egg tacos Definitely wouldn't have had to drive back there. Pay attention to what people say. It's not hard. I know. I've worked in many restaurants. Get with the program, Grimace!!
Atmosphere says its put of paper let the attendant know ..I told the attendant and she said it should be working and then did nothing. Just said it should be working no solutions...
