Wooh hooo 🤩 over crowded and a 20 minutes waiting time on Friday night. It was like a disco party. The restaurant is in the center of the city and at a commercial main road. No need to search in streets. Such a craze in San Antonio for this Restuarant. There is a large menu with varieties of appetites sushi sashimi rolls. Every single time was my first time to taste. They were all good. Shrimp tempura Tuna tempura Fried Fish were too good. The sauces were too good. Tempura Cheesecake was my favourite. Banana tempura was only one I didn’t like. It can be much more better. I tried not even one-thirds of the menu my stomach was full. It’s a bit pricy compared to other restaurants. Worth visiting.

Very good, classy restaurant with delicious food. Coming here for the lunch special has become my girlfriend’s favorite date plan. It is about $20 for lunch so trust me I am very happy to bring her! I was paying over $100 bucks for half the amount of sushi at other places. So fellas, trust me your wallet and your girl will thank you haha

This location was on I-10 The food was good, Fresh and the service was fast!! Hand down to Umiya- all you can eat sushi/Japanese. You have to go and try. I didn’t take a lot of pictures because we were hungry and started to eat when we got them hahaha.

Umiya has become the staple restaurant for myself and my partner. When we travel, we love trying new cuisines, familiar comforts, and random trendy spots. However, when we are home, Umiya is the only place we ever want to go. For us, the value of such high quality sushi and hibachi trumps any other food options. There are great restaurants in San Antonio, but Umiya will forever be our top pick. For direct recommendations, I highly suggest the Shaggy Dog and the Lexington rolls. They’re so delicious and they hit great every time. My partner loves the Rainbow and Yummy rolls. When my best friend visits the city, she wants nothing but the hibachi options, shrimp being her favorite. We are in trouble when the new location near the 151 opens because it’s going to be so easy to make the 10 minute drive rather than the half hour to the Huebner location 👀

Umiya Sushi is one of our family’s favorite restaurants! It’s an all-you-can-eat spot with sushi, sashimi, rolls, fried rice, veggies, and so much more. We love celebrating special occasions here. It’s always a great choice. For the price, service, and quality of food, it’s definitely worth it. The servers are always kind, attentive, and well-organized. Occasionally, they might miss an item or two, but it’s understandable with so many orders. Highly recommend the white tuna sushi, eel, and fried jalapenos! Our kids are big fans of the shrimp fried rice and we always pair our meal with seaweed salad and miso soup. Great spot for families and sushi lovers alike!

I recently visited this location and I have to say if you are looking for amazing, fresh and Instagram worthy sushi this is the place to be! Our waitress Jessica was phenomenal!! She was friendly and had amazing recommendations of sushi rolls, we enjoyed the tsunami and all of the sushi appetizers they had to offer on a Sunday dinner AYCE! My wife and I are big fans of sushi, and we’ve made Umiya our go-to spot quite frequently. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is usually reliable. However, last night, we had the pleasure of having Luis as our server, and he truly exceeded our expectations. He was incredibly attentive and efficient, making sure that every aspect of our dining experience was top-notch. Luis is undoubtedly one of the best servers on their staff, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Honestly one of the best sushi restaurants in San Antonio and it's all you can eat! Some will complain about the $30 a person price but we found it to be a great deal 👍🏻 the food is super fresh and delicious. Definitely not your typical buffet. Do not come here expecting Golden Corral or China Harbor. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Uhmazingg, I was very impressed and happy with the quality of the food and I really hope it doesn’t go down. I love the preparation and presentation of food. Good flavors and not super salty. I think for all you can eat, it’s an awesome business idea to give out small servings of food. I was able to try different things without feeling overwhelmed. For the first time in 3 years living here in San Antonio, I can say this is one of the best sushi around this area for the price you are paying. The desserts were pretty good too!

The food here is amazing! Some of the best sushi and salmon around for such a great price! My family and I always go for the all-you-can eat and we’ve never had a bad experience. We’ve had unpleasant and inattentive servers, but this hardly takes away from the experience or quality of the food; 9 times out of 10 the service is amazing. The atmosphere is a little loud and crowded at times, but it’s a really popular spot for a reason 🫶

This place was awesome. Stopped in on a whim and left a definite return customer. All the food was killer. The best shrimp hibachi I've had in a long time and the cowboy roll was super tasty. Don't forget the fried oreos, they taste like chocolate funnelcake. The atmosphere was nice and the decor was pretty cool. Last but not least I want to give a shot out to my server Gabe. He was outstanding. He was on the second half of his double shift but he still had the best tableside manner and personality. I am here on business away from my family and it was great having someone who took the time to talk to me person to person. If any managers are looking, you got a great server on your staff. I will definitely ask for him the next time I come in.

My first time trying sushi and I couldn't have picked a better restaurant! I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The food was delicious 😋 and our server Jessica was too tier fun, attentive and helpful. My only regret is not getting the name of the young lady who helped us at the bar. I will highly recommend this restaurant for any dinner gatherings or dates! Umiya is definitely Smackin' not Lackin' ‼️

I can't stress enough how delicious the food here is, and if you even slightly like sushi, dumplings, or anything of the sort this will be your personal playground. The service is great, but not as attentive as some may prefer. Still, they do an above average job at giving every customer equal attention during peak hours. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I recently started liking fish and this all-you-can-eat sushi/asian cuisine restaurant is my go-to! Their Salmon Sashimi is my personal favorite, it always being fresh and delicious!

It’s the perfect place to try different Japanese cuisine as they are served in small plates. This is my 5th time there. I went both for lunch and/or dinner. Everything is prepared fresh !!! Your group can order different items and they are all placed in the middle of the table for everyone to share and you can re-order anything at will as long as you eat what you ordered. And price is just fantastic! Highly recommended

Best all you can eat sushi in San Antonio! This is a regular trip because it's too good to pass up. Sushi is delicious and the addition of apps in the deal really takes it up a notch. Come for the all you can eat special. I recommend coming right at opening as the wait time between orders arriving can slow down as it gets really busy. Fire off an opening salvo of orders and enjoy an incredible lunch or dinner! The place itself is awesome. I love the music choice and bathrooms are always clean.

Went out for my birthday recently. It was a great experience. The portions are great. And the size of the rolls make it to where you get your all you can eat money's worth when it comes to something like sushi that can range from $8-$21 dollars a roll. Most of the rolls come in 8 pieces and a select few come in 5. Everything tasted fresh and the rolls were jam packed with everything. The drinks were also good. I had a drink called the heartthrob. The all you can eat menu has a lot to offer. And even includes symbols for what's raw, cooked or vegetarian. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Rae (or Mia) was the BEST! She was so attentive, had tons of suggestions, and made this birthday dinner so special for my niece. The food was great, and came out so quick. They brought a surprise birthday dessert and sang happy birthday, the dessert was amazing. 10000/10 will be back here again, don’t skip this place!!

Fresh fish, our favorites were white tuna and yellow tail. Fried rice was tasty. Several rolls had great flavor. Not what you expect at an all you can eat restaurant. Drink specials were great! We will be back.

This is our finally-found sushi go to spot in SA. Everything from food, drinks and sushi was great!! Service was great, and your food comes out within about 5 minutes of ordering. They know what they're doing! Definitely give it a try!

We didn’t do the buffet option: I got the sushi with no rice it was so good (smaller than expected) but!! Then I ate it and it had a lot of protein. So it was very filling. And the box was great! Shimp was soooo good! The only thing I would say is that the waiters were really really nice, but you can tell that there was so many people that they seemed a little overworked.

Servers - I will give them 5 Stars for the service. The staffs are all friendly and helpful! They have servers, food runners, bussers. Once servers place your order, runners bring food is pretty quickly, our tables are always clean, because the bussers just did amazing job! This is the good service and good resultants are supposed to be. Even at busy lunch time, it didn’t take very long. Knowing save customs time is just so awesome!! Very professional! Atmosphere- amazing! Whole restaurant’s decorations and atmosphere are super lovely! Me and my husband’s family enjoyed it here very much! Will definitely bring friends and family come back!!

We had the "All You Can Eat". I hosted a small party of 5 and where we received some ordered food, some items had to be reordered. The order is just dropped off at the table and you have to figure out what it is and who ordered it. Some items never came. It was extremely loud. The people clearing tables literally made more noise than all the people talking. They threw the dishes into the tubs against other dishes etc. This made for extra unwarranted noise. Had to ask for refill on drinks. Overall, food is good, atmosphere sucked.

The service and atmosphere were amazing! I really enjoyed the food, the dumplings were so delicious! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Love the all you can eat option, but the service here sucks!! It disappoints me knowing this place has great sushi but the waitress could not be bothered to do their job! I had to ask twice to get my sweet tea and she looked so pissed while my friends had gotten their drinks immediately. Walked past our table multiple times at that. You need better people working here. Or better yet, new management considering the people being hired are rude and disrespectful to the customers who pay a fortune!

We went last night to celebrate my sisters birthday and it was such a great night! The food was amazing, they did not take long at all to bring it out at all, and they even had ice cream and cheesecake for the bday girl. Our waiter Ivan was so much fun, he was so attentive and had the best customer service!

Big shout to Evan for excellent service and the chef special. If you don't like sushi this place will change your mind. Good price and small portions enough to try many things. All you can eat sushi and others. $31.95 per person but it worthy. Come over and try it yourself. You won't be disappointed. Try hibachi steak, mango tuna, and baked NZ mussels.

Great place for sushi although it's an all you can eat, they have a variation of different packages that are not necessarily all you can eat of you are not too hungry. Everything we ordered was very fresh! Staff was very friendly and atmosphere was lively and casual. The only thing I recommend is regarding the meat , chicken fried rice get the shrimp because the pieces of meat and chicken are so tiny you miss them of you are not actively looking for them. With that being said the portions are great and the taste is really nice. We will definitely be visiting soon!!

i don't even usually enjoy anything seafood related, but damn, this place was amazing. the atmosphere was chill, very busy on the night we went. still not too long of a wait time, even on a busy evening. the staff was freaking great (bartenders, wait staff, bussers, host). went w a group of four (myself included), all the food was really good. mostly a sushi adventure, so if you're into that (because I'm not, usually) you would love it. waitress was super attentive and i wish i remembered her name, but this was a fast-paced affair. i joked with a different waiter at closing time, just before we left and he was really cool too. he had us laughing and vice versa. overall a ten star experience and if you've never been, please try it. not sure what the daytime vibe is like, but on a busy weekend evening we definitely enjoyed everything.

Bathrooms were dirty, during peak hours. Can't blame them too much they were very busy. That's the only complaint I have everything else was spectacular. Absolutely love the deep fryer oreo's and deep fryer cheesecake.

A lot of the bad reviews I see of this place are just because of wait time it is an all-you-can-eat restaurant. Of course the wait time is gonna be high. It was a delightful experience.The food was delicious.We had no wait time to be seated and we were served every round in a timely manner. What made the experience even better was our server GERONIMO!!!! It was our first visit and he helped us navigate through our whole dinner. I really hope they open the Weat sode location soon and its as good as this location. This was my 2nd time visiting and I loved it just as much as the first. The resturant is large and has bar seating as well as dining room seating. My favorite however is thier pricing. I love a good sushi place but the prices for other establishments are a bit high in my opinion however at Umiya you can do all you can eat or al e cart items. It has a little bit of something for everyone.

Phenomenal all you can eat sushi and service. We loved the uniqueness of some of the sushi and also how good the classics were. Ivan was a fun waiter and entertained us while also providing excellent service. It’s also very affordable and there’s plenty of parking. Make sure to get there early for lunch or dinner because it fills up!

It was all very good except for one thing. The strawberry Margarita did not have salt on the rim (per San Antonio unofficial mandate) but it also had no alcohol. I did not detect even the slightest bit. Our server did a great job. We had 6 people and they order like crazy. We had about a 30min wait, it was busy even for a Sunday night.

About a 45 minute wait, but well worth it in the end. Our server, Mia, was awesome! It is 'all you can eat' but you order it with the server and it comes to your table. Sushi comes in singles or full rolls with more than 20 different selections to choose from. Appetizers and sides all come in small portions. There's a lot to choose from and you are able to try them all if you are willing to wait for it AND actually eat what is brought to the table. My picky kids enjoy the fried rice with teriyaki chicken, and eggrolls, along with the 'yummy roll'. Definitely recommend the clear soup. The tables are a little cramped in some areas, understandably due to the amount of people they were serving at once. The decor is pretty with an artistic atmosphere, and restrooms were clean. I really hope they take care of their staff because they are always busy and constantly moving! Only complaint would be the front desk crew were very stressed. Because of the pricing, I wouldnt go for everyday dining but definitely reserve it for special occasions. I'm sure we will be back!

You can really tell they care about quality and consistency. Everything comes out quickly and beautifully presented. If you’re looking for great sushi, excellent service, and a place you’ll want to come back to again and again, Umiya Sushi is it. The food is very delicious, there has not been anything on the menu that we haven’t enjoyed. The cheesecake for dessert is the best. If you like sushi this Umiya Sushi restaurant is a must try, you will not be disappointed.

Costed 31.95 per person or 16.95 per child 10 and under, and we got access to everything on their AYCE menu. The fried rice and apps were delicious, the sushi outstanding, and dessert was decent. The paradise roll with banana blew me away. Just wish there were reservations as we waited a long time. Patio seating also available.

The best place for all you can eat sushi!!! I first came here two years ago, and finally got to come back this year. I’m definitely coming back more often. My favorite is the smoked salmon. I could order that multiple times. I also tried the desserts for the first time and I was blown away! Definitely best to put in a reservation early as possible, especially on a Friday. The wait was a bit long, but my friend and I got there around 8:15 pm on a Friday, so that was on us.

Umiya was a great experience. For $32 at the time I went, they had so many items to choose from. The food was great and fresh as I was hoping. The service was great as my waitress was always checking on me and making sure my drinks were full and to see if I needed to order more. The place was very nice inside and had very chill vibes. It was my first time here. The food was excellent, but the service was quite slow. My boyfriend and I chose to sit at the bar to avoid waiting for a table, expecting more attentive service, but that wasn't the case. While our drinks arrived promptly, our appetizers took a long time. The food itself was delicious—except for the tempura Oreo; I don’t know what I was thinking ordering that. I definitely plan to return, as there are still several menu items I'm eager to try. I just hope the speed and efficiency of the service improve.

Decided to step out of my comfort zone and go to this place for Mother's Day. It was pretty busy, but that was expected due to Mother's day. We opted to sit on the patio for quicker service. Will just say not my thing, but not anything due to the restaurant. My husband and sons enjoyed a few of the Sushi rolls. We sampled too many rolls to even call out, but I do know I tried the Cucumber sushi and the crunchy chicken rolls. Again, not for me. I then tried the chicken fried rice, hibachi chicken and the teriyaki chicken, loved that. The portions are decent considering it's all you can eat. For dessert, I tried the Tempura oreo and the green tea ice cream. Love the oreos, not so heavy like traditional. Green tea ice cream, not for me but my youngest son loved it. Overall, was really nice and great experience. I would recommend if you love seafood and Sushi, but I don't. My family enjoyed. We rated between 6-7 out of 10. Luis thank you for being attentive. My only suggestion is having fans outside, it was warm and of course the flies. Thank you Umiya Sushi for my Mother's day gesture.

This is not just a restaurant, it is an experience. I am not a big seafood person, but the food was delicious, and the staff was phenomenal. Our waitress was Deejannah, and it was my mother's and my first time there. She was so helpful and patient with our questions. She made great suggestions that enhanced our dining experience. I really enjoyed it and loved everything I ate off the menu. I had an upset stomach for the next 3 days. I lived and I will be going again soon. Especially loved the meats, they were so tender and juicy, the garlic edamame, and fried Oreos

Frankly I didn’t know what to expect at this place with its extremely dark and raucous interior, but was pleasantly surprised overall with good service and pretty decent sushi! The starting bites of the tempura appetizer was crisp and not greasy at all and the salads were fresh. The rolls were a standout made with a perfect amount of rice and tasty fillings. Nigiri was well made with the rice just held together with seasoning and fish at a good temperature. Overall I would dare say that while the choice of fish was quite limited (really wish they had mackerel), everything was well made and this is possibly among the better sushi options in SA!

Came here for a special occasion, food overall was good, but our server was not very friendly and that put a damper on our experience. All you can eat was worthwhile, rolls came out quickly. Environment was good and got busy around 7.

This was my 1st time trying Umiya Sushi. It won't be my last! Our server was excellent, very nice, and provided awesome service. Thanks Velvet! As for the food. It was amazing! Everything was very fresh and well made. We tried a multitude of items each of which was very good. The dinner price is a great value with the entire menu to choose from. While I'd say you can't go wrong with anything you pick, that especially applies to the kitchen appetizers, so good! Do yourself a favor and give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

We went during their lunch all-you-can-ear menu. Price was $19.95 ( pretty good). We recommend this if you have some sushi cravings. However, if you are looking for real quality sushi, this place will fall short. They need better sushi rice. Also, the quality if fish is not up to par with traditional sushi restaurant. This is understandable because they offer all-you-can eat. The sushi rice is I wish they put more effort into. It falls apart. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Service was great. Atmosphere is great. When we went, the food came out really fast. Do not pass on the green tea ice cream.

I will say the freshest sushi buffet I've had so far in san antonio. Watch your step tho because it gets slippery as service continues. As we were leaving there was a bunch of food on the floor. This place is known for its All You Can Eat Special ($21.95 for lunch and $31.95 for dinner), but after figuring out what I liked the most, the Umiya Combo is much more worth it for me ($17.95). You get 1 appetizer, fried rice/noodles, and a special roll. The steak + pineapple fried rice & paradise roll are my favorite things on the menu (pictured). Outside area is pretty nice, too, especially at night. I took off a star bc the service is very hit or miss. I’ve only been here maybe 5 times, and it’s about 50/50 whether or not my waiter/waitress is friendly. The special cocktails are also waaaaayayayayy too sweet. Paloma is good tho. I’ll still come back bc the food is great! I recommend if u can see past some not-so-friendly service

Food is great. Selection is great. Presentation is awesome Service is even better... Of the three options you have in the area.This is our favorite... The only downside is the large open seating area throughout the restaurant...Makes it feel like you're kind of on top of each other when it's busy

Better then average sushi. Didn't get plates, chopsticks or napkins... Had to hunt them up ourselves...Server was pleasant, however needed essentials for our meal... Overall the AYCE is a good value

The atmosphere and service was great. Our server Vanessa was on it. The food was good but flavors didn't stand out as much as I would like but not bad at all.

10JUL224: visited here for lunch with co-workers. No wait. Was seated right away. I had the AYCE. Good selection. Waitstaff was attentive and professional. The food was good - not great. Co-worker commented that he like the sushi and rolls from smaller (hole-in-the-wall) establishments better. I would agree.

We came here on a Saturday for dinner. Its all you can eat so it comes fresh. It wasn’t too crowded around 4pm but when we left, it got busy.

Went there today, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was not bad, but not memorable either. We got a bunch of rolls, the Harbor Bridge Roll was the best. My only complaint was the deep fried rolls were barely fried. The batter, or whatever you would call the portion surrounding the roll, was barely existent and lacked the crunch characteristic of deep fried rolls. We got all of the tempura desserts. The cheesecake was the best. Could've done without the banana. Overall decent, not sure if I'd go back or just go to Kobe for cheaper same quality food.

First time here on a Saturday night. Line moved quickly. Service was excellent! Make sure you ask for Monica! Food runners were polite and efficient, unfortunately I didnt grab their names. Food was fresh, and absolutely delicious. My only bother was the strange odor in the women's restroom. Other than that, I'll definitely return and recommend to those who are curious to try.

We came here for the lunch buffet where you order as much food as you can off the menu before you feel full. Doing this can be somewhat tricky because at times service can be excellent and at times you can be waiting and waiting for your food or for your wait staff. The quality of the food is somewhat okay, the sushi portions are small and the flavor could be a little better. If you're absolutely starving and are going for quantity over quality then this place is perfect for you. Would I recommend you come here and eat your heart out? Kind of. I don't think the quality of the food is that great and the service was not that great either. If you just want to eat a ton and see how much you can eat... Get ready to wait.

Sushi was great. Tried two cocktails and they were just off overall. Every other item we tried other than sushi was all disappointing. If you order a teriyaki steak or chicken you will get a laughably small nearly bite size portion (see photos). That portion of chicken was slickly larger than the diameter of a sushi roll and very thin. Not only was the size tiny, but it was just bland chicken or steak with teriyaki drizzled over it. Hibachi chicken was the exact same with blank chicken and a different sauce over it.

I've never had a shrimp tempura roll with lettuce in it before. I was not a fan, it put me off on wanting to try more rolls for fear of them having lettuce as well. So, I stuck to the salmon and tuna nigiri which was pretty good. The gyoza was delicious and miso soup was decent.

We have been here several times and have always had the best experience but not today. I am not sure if it was our waiter but we waited what I consider to be a long time for our orders. There were several items that were not delivered and our teriyaki steaks were not brought out for 25 minutes. I understand that these things happen at a busy restaurant but we ended up eating rice dishes and appetizers for the bulk of our visit and typically our food and orders are brought out within 5 to 10 minutes.

The food was good. I had an entree. I didn't eat the all you can eat because I don't like sushi. I ordered the steak and shrimp plate and it was delicious. The waitress was a little off putting and talked to me like I was child when ordering my plate. Telling me i couldn't sample food from my daughters plate since I wasn't ordering the buffet and she was. I wasn't planning to lol I can't stand sushi.

i did a togo order that i placed online. food was delicious, however the service was absolutely horrible. i walked in and was ignored by the hostess. waited patiently and was told my order was waiting on one more thing. cool, i sit down. a lot of time goes by so i get up and ask if she is going to let me know when my order was ready and she said "uhh yeah." grabbed my food that had been sitting there for who knows how long. uhhg. i left disappointed with the service but food was good ill give em that

Food actually was outstanding. Everything we got to eat was top quality and came out very quickly. However, the service was very bad. They were either understaffed or something else was going on, but it took forever to get the drinks, forever to get the order taken And we actually felt bad for the waitresses because they were doing the best they can so that’s why we speculate they were just understaffed. We can recommend The restaurant because we hope this was just a rare occasion as far as the service goes, and the food was outstanding.

Me and my boyfriend decided to try this place out since we were close by it. The service was amazing even though it was there first day. The food was OK for the most part until we ordered a spicy tuna roll. We had a few rolls that already had spicy tuna in it and it wasn't bad. It was OK, however, when we ate the tuna, it did not taste right it tased like it had gone badso we let the waiter know and we continued on well after a few minutes of continuing eating I start getting stomach cramps and I start feeling nauseous so we decide to stop and go home. After we got home, I ended up throwing up and so did my boyfriend. Safe to say that we had food poisoning, and I don't think we will ever come here again.

I usually only leave good reviews but this time.... it was my 1st time there. I was not impressed. Food was mostly good but our waiter "G" basically ruined the meal. Unattentive and missed several items we asked for. Had a party of 6. The women's bathroom was disgusting, trash everywhere and over flowing toilet. The the floors were slippery and disgusting.

Don't get Stephanie as a server. We went on a Wednesday night around 8 pm. She kept forgetting out food order and we ordered a tempura banana for dessert and never got it... worst service ever.

When I arrived with my party, we were first asked to sign in on the tablet, as we waited we were asked if we signed in properly and that if I put my name correctly on the tablet. They couldn't find my party on their waitlist. After we were seated we had the waitress hand us our menus, they took our drink orders and food orders. Our drinks took a while to get to our table, it was a full house I suppose so I gave it a pass. From the moment we sat down it took 30 minutes to get out a white rice, miso soup, and noodles. We still were missing the rest of the order. 15 minutes after that, one of our members got their sashimi order and sushi rolls finally. We waited for the rest of the food, 10 minutes later we are asked, "are you ready for another round?", we were still waiting for the first round of food to arrive. 4 of us were without our order an hour into being seated at the table. They resent the order after checking in on us. The order didn't fully come out the 2nd time again. The third time we asked for an update, our order came out. The raw fish was room temperature, not even cold. There was a large birthday table next to us, our waitress was also attending that table it seemed. The table kept distracting her from my table and putting in orders when we were trying to put in our orders. The waitress was overwhelmed obviously and it was costing my party heavily on the service end of our visit. If you have a waitress/waiter attending a big party, have other waiters help out their section. The person bringing out the food was different every time it seemed. I don't know who was our dedicated waiter/waitress. The food was also brought out to the table at different times, as in a waiter/waitress would carry around a huge amount of food and you'd think it's all for your table. No, only the rice and miso were yours. The rest of the food on there is for another table. When our food got lost we were told it was misplaced when being carried out or put on another tab on accident. This wouldn't happen if you simply brought out each "round" of food together to the same table instead of scrambling to just take things out of the kitchen counter to different tables by different waiting staff. Overall, unorganized waiting area, room temperature raw fish, unorganized delivery/transition of food from the kitchen to the table. Poor service quality. The food came out and the ice on my drink was melted by then. I cannot recommend this place to a family or any group of people planning to go out to eat together. Maybe my experience would be different if it was just myself and a plus one, less people to mess up the food for.

Used to be a great place to eat but the service has gone completely down hill!! They sat us and we waited 10 minutes at the table with no one even taking drink orders and the sat another guy and the waiter finally came up to our table and asked if he could wait on him first when he literally just sat down 30 seconds earlier. They don’t bring out our soup or salad till after we get our food. Their attitude when we asked for forks was like it was a hassle. Wish they had a better wait stuff when they first opened. They need to lose their attitudes and have better service!!

First time here, & we were seated right away server was great explaining everything we needed to know about the menu. Once we ordered and received our order all of the sushi was warmed raw sushi shouldn’t be warm and at one point the seaweed was chewy I had to spit it out. The crab on top of the Hawaii roll was pretty hard felt like they left it out and it got dried out. We also order chicken fried rice and the chicken was smaller than a pea. The only thing that was good was the cheese rangoons. I would never come here again.

got sat immediately. hostess was nice. server never came to greet us and passed by multiple times. multiple other servers saw us including two who stared at us and talked to each other the entire time we sat there. we always tip 50% because we are servers our selves, but decided to leave. others may not notice but those in the food industry most definitely do.

Me and my boyfriend were super excited to try this place after hearing good things. Unfortunately that wasn’t our experience. We waited a good hour and half to be seated and got sat at around 9:55. As we walked back to the table the host was a little rude but it was wtv then another employee informed us we had to order everything by 10:15 because the kitchen would be closed at the time. We went there for the all you can eat and with the time constraints we just left because we would have just felt rushed. It would be nice if a time quote would be given when checking in felt like a huge waste of time and now I never feel like trying to go back , ruined date night for us.

If you like sushi, this is not the place for you. The rolls are made with low-quality ingredients and lack flavor, hidden under spicy mayo and bread crumbs. They fall apart instantly and are served with a rushed, sloppy presentation. The waitstaff were unfriendly, and the environment was both cold and noisy. Overall, the experience was extremely overpriced. I will not be returning.

I saw another review from last night on the same day we went describing the same issue, so I’m sharing my experience. This was my first time here, recommended by my boyfriend and his cousin. We were seated outside, which let us skip the wait. Everything was fine until we ordered a roll with tuna and an oyster roll—both tasted off. I spit out the second piece of the tuna roll and only ate one piece of the oyster roll. Within minutes, I had stomach cramps and severe nausea and had to rush to the restroom. When I got back, I told my boyfriend to ask for the check immediately. While waiting, I was gagging the entire time and had to cover my mouth with my jacket so others wouldn’t notice. We left shortly after. I spent the car ride home trying not to throw up, and once I got home I immediately began vomiting and was sick the rest of the night, even after waking up I still feel nauseous. Given that another customer had the same issue that same night, this is extremely concerning. We will not be returning… or at least I wont

This is my go to place to have lunch with friends. It is always great except for today. We were sat at a table on the corner and were continously bumped into by staff and customers. Waited 15 minutes after sitting to finally be greeted by the waitress Shelby. Another 10 min for ice water and another 20 for another menu. Claims there was a spill she caused and she felt bad so she cleaned up. No honey you have staff for that. Takes food order still no menu know most of it by heart so will order off memory. Continously forgets to enter items, dissappear for 30 min then comes back we ask for food ordered previously since some dishes are missing. We pile on another order because we don't want to wait another 30 minutes to see her again. She comes back we order deserts and check so not to wait again. Never offers to refill untill we have the bill and are paying. This was the worst visit we ever had. Asked serving staff for a spoon for dessert and we were ignored. Waited 15 just to start on that. It wasn't even busy, asked Shelbyand she even said it wasn't. So no excuse for this. It wasn't just us all her tables were suffering looking around for her or anyone to help.
