Pensa em uma fila!!!! Sinceramente, pra mim o plano de refeição (dia) não valeu a pena. 1o pelas filas nos restaurantes com “melhores” opções, 2o pela falta de opções, 3o vc escolhe entre sobremesa ou salada. Enfim, vale mais a pena comer qualquer coisinha em locais que não tem a opção do plano de refeição. Quanto as opções: hambúrgueres ou 4 peças de frango empanado e kids 2 peças de frango empanado ou hot dog. Sabor, normal e o lanche estava frio.

うーん。テーマパーク内だし、値段が高いのは仕方ないとして、味もそこまで変じゃないのも分かっているけど(名前は忘れたけど、肉肉バーガーは美味しかったよ)、なんでこんなに並んでて、列が一向に進まなくて、長く待たされてるのに、キャッシャーには全く人が来てなくて、おまけに席が空いてるんだ？　このお店は、改善点として何か詰まっている原因を解消する必要があります。その改善がされない限り、昼は軽く30分以上待つことを覚悟して下さい。地面はあっちちの炎天下で。長く待つのを解消できない設備であれば、待つところをどうにかしよう。せめて影を作って。。。 そう強く思わされました。

Pedimos una hamburguesa impossible. La hamburguesa venía con la carne impossible, lechuga, tomate y el pan. No sides incluidos. (Una impossible en Burger King es más grande.) Nos costó $17.50 cada hamburguesa!! Y eso que venía con descuento del pase anual. Está bien porque tienen la hamburguesa plant-based como opción pero el precio es demasiado elevado. Entiendo que cueste más, pero $35 en solo dos hamburguesas!!!???

Altos e baixos: o chicken teriyaki estava bom mas o pão do pita falafel nem tanto. O frango do cheeseburguer poderia ser mais assado. Lamentei que a Mediterranean wrap salad tenha acabado logo na hora do almoço. A local draft beer estava muito boa e o atendimento foi correto.

The place is the average restaurant in a water park. It has chicken fingers, chicken sandwiches, hamburgers, and fries. The place is pretty steep with its prices probably because it’s in a water park. If you want to eat frequently throughout the day i suggest the all day food pass it is very good and allows you to eat every hour. All in all it is an average theme park restaurant.

Just like the other establishment here on property it is not that great. It is theme park food and do not visit expecting anything fancy. This is not a place you want to go if you are on a diet. The food is ok for the day and easy because it is in the park but for the price you would think it would be better.

Very long wait, decent food.

When we arrived, it was an assembly line of food with pre made patties, chicken tenders. My daughters stated it looked like the line at high school. Both my daughters and I agreed the taste was better with their high school hamburger than this burger. I tried putting ketchup and even the bbq sauce on it and still had no taste. The frozen burgers at Aldis have way more taste then these. $17,97 for three burgers and three fries. $4.99 for a couple of pickles which had three or four pickles in it. A surcharge $3.40. 3 pops $14.97.....should have just purchased the unlimited bottle. So $75.97 total for three of these that tasted horrible. At least the other places the food tasted great or at least average. This was just no taste for too much money!!!

Terrible food and service!! Just plain bad all around. Best thing I can say is that it has plenty of covered seating.

Our line took long time because the beautiful tall woman assigned to serve food is so slow to move. It’s just like a robot that every move will take long time.

Cold any nasty, would not recommend it also avoid meal deal as u don't get the the choice they advertise as half the food outlets are closed, would definitely not bother again

Horrible customer service i have the anual pass and come often to aquatica ,never been in this business till today it was the only place with draft beer and the lady refuse to give me a refill in my souvenir cup

Ran out of ketchup for our $20 burgers. Watched the kid take out an empty bag of ketchup, pull the spout out, and put the spout on top of the trash barrel. He continued to change the trash, even though there were tons of people waiting for ketchup. Apparently the people that were standing around inside weren't authorized to do anything outside, and 20 minutes later, the trash kid put the dirty pump in a new bag of ketchup. We were done eating by then. This place is horrifyingly bad.

I am disable and staff seen me struggling and never said anything that you have to pay for the food out the door first. Thank God my Fiance had struggled to get me in but went back out to pay. The staff even laughed at me because when I tried to make a turn I ran into the wall. The never greeted me when approaching the counter . They just looked at me as to say what do you want. Never asked me “how can we help you?” The food was cold. The soda machine they seen my family struggling to not bother to say scan the cup and the drink will come. No help at all and made me uncomfortable.

I got the mango turi chicken salad. The chicken was literally ice cold. The lava cake was alright. Honestly there isnt anything good to eat here. Its just expensive hospital food.

Great concept. Limited menu of ready-to-eat meals. But, wow, the atmosphere is depressing, the food is presented like it doesn't really want to be eaten. It's run down and industrial. The prices are high, the quality is completely and spectacularly awful. This place needs an update budget AND a new manager. Because, someone is in charge and managing to make a great concept an awful experience. Do better. Much better.

Overpriced and utterly disgusting. Never again. They charge a 5% fee for reasons unknown. Then the card machine doesn't let you NOT tip. It freaks out when you try to say zero. If the food was somewhat tasty, I wouldn't mind spending the money. But this? Please do better Aquatica..

They need a major food quality check! Bought the bacon cheese burger and the patty itself wasn't hot. All the food seem like it's been sitting longer than it's hold time. The buns seem to be pretty prepped with the lettuce tomatoes and cheese because the bread was a little soggy because of the tomato, the lettuce was starting to turn brown and the cheese was also starting to look old. French fries weren't hot either. They need to stick to the foods hold time and change them out once they expire
