Clean restaurant, courteous service, and good food. A young man that was about to clock out greeted me and checked up on my mobile app order with the front end manager. Then the manager verified my order number, made sure it was being made, and thanked me for patiently waiting for the order. Really nice people here at this location. I wish to convey that my customer service adventure here was great. Sometimes bad service makes me wonder where all the ‘good ones’ went. Then I go to a spot like this and I’m able to see that good hardworking people who take customer service seriously still do exist. Thanks again for a pleasant fast food experience!!

This is the best burger king in America. Great service, clean interior, good staff. Best of all, they cook the food really well. Freshly fried fries, well made burgers. There were two homeless people in the restaurant, but I would still give them 5 stars.

This is a good restaurant. It is open for the public inside dining and drive thru on Sunday. 8 people were eating inside.

I love going here for their chicken nuggets but they are temporarily closed rn.

They have some really good coupons that come in the monthly mailers. You can also download the app. Two whoppers, two fries and two drinks for 8.99 plus tax

I like Burger King and this restaurant is great. Even though sometimes it takes a while for the food to arrive.

Using the app and pickingbup thru the drive thru is really easy and convenient. Never have to leave my car. OK foodwise... the Double Crossant is good filling but a really on the salty side. I need to add some hot sauce to cut down the saltiness... but the sodium wi still be there.

I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese, 2 10 piece nuggets, large fries, large onion rings, and a small cherry Coke. The food was aight, atypical Burger King food. I had to ask for dipping sauce for the nuggets. They didn't even put ketchup or onion ring sauce hence only 4 stars

The last time I visited this Burger King was by the drive-thru at around 8 PM. My bf and I were about to pay and receive our order when an older man, his son and an older woman were at the BK pick up window. The older man waited for a bag of food that he bought and then gave it to the older woman. The older man and his son went to their car and drove off, so we suspected the older woman was a beggar. When my bf and I were about to pull forward after witnessing this, we noticed that the older woman came back to the window to ask for more customization to her order. At first, the employee at the window refused to give her what she wanted since she didn't pay for her food, but eventually complied to help us next. We were able to pay for and receive our order. One reason why I knocked off a star is because beggars frequent this BK often and employees rarely bat an eye. It's as if it's a regular occurrence, so there's no need to call the police or refuse service. Just watch out for this place after 6 PM.

Was greeted right as i walked in the door by staff working in lobby ...my order was taken pretty fast ..i liked the teamwork i saw in this store . all the staff worked together to get the orders done and out to customers in an good time frame ...food was good hot and what i ordered ...

The hash browns was for breakfast only so I ordered a couple of Vegetarian side dish menu including: Fried mozzarella Fried jalapenos Fried onion rings Besides the impossible Whopper, they were All beaten up, in one set!

I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and food was quick and prepared well. Okay, it's Burger King, so you're not going to get a gourmet meal or antique place settings, but the quality of service was better than most full service restaurants I've been to recently.

Staff here are great, good energy and attitude, been here several times and always got order correct, parking and drive thru entrance tight. Establishment can be a bit cleaner but it needs remodeling mostly. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Food made with allot of love not sloppy or thrown together

Very professional and courteous staff and management. They do a good job of keeping most of the riff-raff out that you can normally find fast food joints. Clean place dine. My only complaint is that there's no place to charge your electronic devices, all of the outlets have been disabled for customers use.

We went in for a quick bite and pretty much experienced what we had expected from a decent fast food chain. Food was prepared accordingly and in a timely manner. The restroom facilities where clean and the staff friendly! We'll be back!

The lady that works here At this location in the morning is horrible I order a peach sprite she gave me coke and proceeded to tell me that it was peach sprite I’ve had that drink multiple times and she was arguing with me so I just took the coke and left she was telling me other wise on my drink you need to get her out of the drive thru I don’t know her name but she a older lady that wears glasses she is hella rude does that picture look anything like sprite I don’t think so

It's a generic burger king with a drive through. The only small issue is that ordering from drive through might take a bit longer compared to other fast food drive through.

It took 7 minutes to get a Whopper Jr. which is a tad slow. What’s with the 1950s music? Most of those folks are in retirement homes which is what this Burger King reminds me of with their pace. Start playing 80s and today music! Staff is friendly though.

It's ok. It's what you expect from burger king. Has a drive thru. I'd rather eat at red robin, or the nearby subway, any day. I need to remember to say no onions, too much bite.when you need it fast, it is there

Burger King San Bruno supervisor limited the use of promotional coupons to persons standing, and accepted them. When I told him...there are three of us. Two were seated and I was ordering. The supervisor was borderline rude and accepted due to less business. I avoid this Burger King San Bruno in the future. I am spoiled by the former mgr. of El Camino and Chestnut Burger King Marissa. Marrissa worked to keep my business. San Bruno and So. S.F. Burger King were owned by one owner. Food is consistent and service is not consistent. Restaurant business is very difficult. This Burger King service can be unacceptable.

When we arrived, the police were escorting an irate homeless man from the premises. My 89 year old Mother and I were very disappointed in the Big Fish sandwiches that we had ordered. I ordered the Meal and Mom just had the sandwich. Both of us commented on how luke warm our sandwiches were, and the meat was dry and tasteless. The best part of our order was our dessert, which was the Hershey sundae pie.

No options for Vegan so gave 3stars nothing else was bad employees are good while serving and greetings were nice too.

First thought there was a drive-through. Second, the fish sandwich was a little stale, but still edible. Onion rings were great. I asked for no pickles on the fish sandwich but I got pickles. I checked the receipt and the receipt said no pickles. Have a nice day.

The typical Burger King. Easily visible from the road, and is located near a shopping mall. Staff is courteous, and Service Manager keeps checking on customers. Order wait time is smaller compared to few other Burger Kings I have been to. Cleanliness can be improved in the store.

It was drive through only. They didn't know their own advertised specials and people who I can only assumed had ordered online were parking and walking up to the window to place and pick up orders that weren't ready because they were waiting and the drive through line was waiting.

Took a long time to get food in drive through and they mixed up order. Fish sandwich boring and vegetarian burger did not taste like meat.

Customer service is terrible..never paid attention to my order..food still ok for burger king . Forget about using the bathroom

This store was dirty. We was going to eat in the store, but there was trash all over the drink machine, on the tables, and floor. There was a person with a big dog layed up on the seats, a homeless guy cleaning out his bags inside the store on one side of the store. So we left the store and went home to eat. Also, the drinks tasted like carbonated water.

I honestly can't stand Burger King and think they are one of the worst fast food restaurants as far a s the food is concerned. I was just insanely hungry and regretted eating immediately after I was done. Staff was good and the place was tidy.

It's pretty much trickery with Burger King on how they put $6.99 as listed price on the board even if you ask for the same thing and charge you $12. when you order. If you ask why, they'll say you ordered large. Yea but it's small either way and why put the $6.99 prominently to swindle customers. I felt pretty scammed about how the bk brand takes orders. Not my favorite fastfood.

This BK was poorly staffed. Three people talking at the register but no one would take an order. They did not have the specials advertised on tv. Finally just ordered the 5 for $4 DEAL. The fries were warm at best..same with nuggets and sandwich. 6 workers and no one was even trying to be courteous. I will never go back to this BK again.

This place could be so much better if they had one or two extra people working. Service is slow for this reason with only two people working. Other than that everyone who is working here is great and friendly but something has to change. They are losing business because of the timeframe of them not producing results. This is a fast food restaurant not a dine in nice restaurant.

You should waive a 25 cent for sauce, people would prefer McDonald rather than Burger king

Always check your order before you leave this location ALWAYS don’t give everything you order. They don’t answer the phone so you have to go around and fall in line the drive thru to get your order. Very unhappy..

Walked over to make an order, and a sign said they were short staffed so the dine in area was closed, use the drive through. I walked to the drive through window to order and they denied me service saying I had to order at the drive through with a car, but I didn't bring a car. :(

This Burger King was the worst one that I been to Northern California. The guy did not greet anyone or thank anyone for his business. He acted like he was doing us a favor.

This place is horrible. Not only do they ALWAYS mess your order up, but the employees are rude, the bathrooms are dirty, and this place is all around ghetto. The food is always wrong, always cold, and sometimes just doesn't even taste right. I would rather drive further away to get food then to eat here anymore.

NO ONE IS HERE IN THE MORNINGS! I drive past here on my way to work in the mornings and though their sign says they're supposed to open at 6am Mon-Sat there's no lights on inside and no one at the drive thru. Same on Sunday, they're supposed to be open at 7 and I wasted a whole 15 minutes waiting for nothing. So when do they -actually- open?

Just got back from the San Bruno Burger King. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and they gave me a small without asking what size! Also ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets and again they didn't ask if I wanted any sauce with it. Also ordered the chicken crisp sandwich and they gave me the 1.00 one instead of the more expensive one which I thought I had ordered. Manager needs to give some marketing lessons to his crew!

Literally stared at my food in the heat lamp for 2-3 minutes. This is after waiting 4 minutes before going to the restroom. The wait wasn't all that bad but I was literally starring at 9 sandwiches and there is no one else around and no one appears to be in the drivethru. They called number 59 and if it wasn't for the lady taking my order insisting it was mine I wouldn't have taken it (I was number 60). They were both the same thing apparently. And I still had to look at it in the heat lamp for which a minute or so an employee stood in front of it arbitrarily touching things and acting like she was doing something. But I saw through her act because I was looking at a bunch of sandwiches all of which could have been used for me. But instead they waited to finally bag it.

Never again the drive thru man that was working last night cheated me out of $5. My meal was 13.07 I ga e him 2 $10 Bill's he gives me $2 back. I will never go to this Burger King anymore when I have to argue with someone about my money! That's stealing! Save yourself the headache!

I thought the fries were great best fries I've ever had second best fries I've ever had what I had fries two sandwiches and I asked him to give me barbecue sauce instead of ketchup they gave me to barbecue sauces and I asked for another one they said we're going to have to charge you $0.35 after buying three bangs I thought at least got to get 3 BBQ sauces I'll think twice for it there again McDonald's let me have as many as I want

The manager in this facility is very rude. I ordered online and when I got there she told me that a have to be there before 10:30 and it was 10:32. They didn't give me my food and she told me that she cannot do anything.

Was just me and my friend, I ordered a whopper my sandwich came so COLD that the cheese wasn’t even melted. When I went to the cashier to ask another He offered me if want to put at the microwave. .. to make long story short I ask my money back since I order the meal they only return the money for the sandwich.

Since when did Burger King change their drink cups from branded cups to ecocontainers? Then when asked about how this cup was anything but a courtesy cup for water and how they can justify charging 5 bucks to put a milkshake in it the responds was cold with "yep that's it" I think someone ran out of cups and decided to use these because I'm pretty sure that corporate would not condone using courtesy cups to serve to their guests.

Watching their behavior with a person in a wheelchair was very sad 😢 to watch! Although that was the only person there inline ordering, the cashier had her back to me. Then when I ordered she decided that I could not use my coupons it's clearly stated that they were not expire until 8 2018 and then as I walked out 30 yards away to the bus stop unwrap my meal Burger was cold so it was a cashier and just a thing I took a bus to this place

I've eaten here several times but today is probably my last time. I ordered two whoppers and one of the beef patties was not fully cooked. Parts of the patty was a bit cold. About an hour later, I got food poisoning. Do NOT eat here. The food seems to be old and low quality. They must have rushed to make my whoppers because it was during lunch time and there was a long line in the drive thru. Again, DO NOT EAT HERE. Go get some Japanese or Viet food down the block.

I went to this burger King weds,December 8, 2021 at 4:30pm I've been trying to call to let them know they didn't give me the cheesy tots and just put Hella mustard when I asked for mayonnaise. I been calling then since 4:50pm when I got home and no one has answered the person who attended to my order was extremely rude

I gave him a $20 bill the woman put me down for a $10 on my receipt and I ordered the $6 deal and they gave me back $8 instead of 13 and I can't prove it's wrong because of my receipt is wrong unless they use the cameras and look to see that I gave her a $20 bill I'm out the money thanks am Bruno Burger King I grew up here I won't come here no more.

We orders 3 spicy classic chicken burger. The chicken is so hard and cold. I felt as if it is cooked in the previous day and served today. Not sure if the store manger examines the quality of food before serving. Definitely won’t visit this place again.

Regret. Serious regret. Can't communicate with staff at my local store, was fed regular Whopper instead of Impossible after paying for the plant-based product, and twice ordered "extra tomatoes" having to pay $0.40 extra, only to be given literally the normal amount of one half slice of tomato when compared to the other, unaltered burger. The ice cream cone went from being $1 to $3 in less than four years. The real surprise, though, was being up all night with brutal gas and painful indigestion. Not exaggerating. I keep coming back to this memory and to how it *wrecked* my stomach. I never had a Burger King habit until 2020 and I was shocked to see meals and sides both increase in cost AND decrease in quality and safety. Seriously, eat literally anything else.

Upon entering the location today, I said good morning to the cashier. She ignored me, didn’t say anything. Then while ordering, she kept talking over me and had a rude attitude the whole time. After ordering my sandwich, I received it and it looked partially chewed up and damaged, inedible. I brought my sandwich to the front counter and tried to get the cashier’s attention. She kept ignoring me. After the third time of me trying to get her attention, she snapped and said “can’t you see I’m busy?” If you’re busy that’s fine, you could’ve said “I’ll be with you in a moment,” but she chose to ignore me until she got an attitude. Horrible customer service skills. She took my damaged sandwich without even apologizing about it, threw it in the trash, and eventually did give me another sandwich, but by that point, I didn’t even want to eat there anymore. I’m not sure what the rudeness and hostility was about, but I will not be going back to this Burger King location again. I’m very disappointed in this location’s service. Very pathetic.

This is the only Burger King that selectively buzzes you into their restroom facility.  I find that practice very annoying and absurd. For the next customer here is your "top secret" DO NOT PATRONIZE   the food on the other hand is not cooked to order. Staff are extremely rude and overzealous. The place never gets clean, garbage is all over the place and tables are dirty, windows and entrance ways as well. The ambiance created here is less than the lowest imaginable ever. This is a very inhospitable place for businesses which once was build based on hospitality.
