Amazing service! They brought our takeout food all the way to the car even though it was not at all expected. The gluten free pancakes with added chocolate pieces were pretty good as well. You can now eat outside but there’s construction going on so it’s not that enjoyable. They also offer a few $6 meals between 2-10 pm everyday! And have a 20% off coupon with the code IHOP 20.
My granddaughter loves going here with me! We both like the people, food and atmosphere.
I have been to many IHOPs, especially to the ones in SF, SSF, DC, by far this is the best IHOP you can go to in terms of food, service and everything. Most IHOPs I been to aren’t as good as this one. Jessica has been holding it down for so long as she always welcomes you with warmth and a nice smile! The service is amazing, the food I always cooked right and they never get the orders wrong nor do they take too long to take your order or make the food, they simply value your satisfaction. Personally I like supporting smaller local business especially because I own one down the street, but this IHOP deserves that same kind of love.
Our server, John, was absolutely amazing — without exaggeration, it was the best service I’ve ever had. Super friendly, easygoing, and attentive — you don’t get this kind of service even in many high-end restaurants. The food was very good — simple, fresh, and delicious. The only small downside was the tiny fruit bowl for $6, which felt a bit overpriced. If I had known the price, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. Other than that, everything was perfect — I’d happily come back!
It was my first time at an IHOP and couldn't had a better experience! The combo plate with pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage and hashbroens was delicious! Our waiter was very kind and welcoming! I would definitely return to this place!
I honestly don’t leave reviews unless it’s a really good or really bad experience. I can’t believe I’m leaving a review on an IHOP, but, this place was amazing. Food was great, place was very clean, but wow. Service was really amazing. Better than most very fancy and expensive restaurants. Really, really great. This place is exceptionally well run.
The food was good. Our server, Gabriel, was attentive and gracious. The manager Nicholas checked in with our table. Wonderful way to start the day!
Had great fast service. Waitress was very sweet, polite, very quick, made sure we were happy with everything refilled drinks promptly. Very good.
The staff at this branch are wonderful! I took my summer camp group this this iHop, the manager told me they don’t usually take bookings but him and his team when out of their way to accommodate us. From the moment our group set foot into the restaurant to the moment we left the team was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Our very big order was ready and waiting for us when we arrived and the ingredients were fresh and tasty! This experience was amazing and the staff here are amazing
The young lady that served me was very good. I definitely enjoyed the spinach mushroom omelette. I’m not sure if it’s because this IHOP was on the West Coast in San Mateo, but they definitely did not skimp on the mushrooms, spinach, and hollandaise sauce. Also, the breakfast potatoes were very crispy without being burnt.
We've been coming here for years and somehow they nail it every time. Food is always on point and service is excellent no matter what time of day. If you're in the area, you can't go wrong at this IHOP. It's by far the best location with the absolute best service, and the prices aren't jacked up like Airport Blvd.
I had an overnight layover in San Francisco back in September 2018. My brother, Jonivan was living in Cali at the time. He was able to pick me up from the airport and we had a breakfast. I go chicken 🍗 and waffles 🧇 and hot chocolate. The service was excellent and our server was awesome. I had w wonderful time with my brother.
I love going to Ihop, and this trip was actually very pleasant. My server was extremely nice and polite, and the food was good.
These cinnamon balls are the most amazing thing I have tried. It was so delicious. It would be cool if there was an option for Nutella as a topping. The pancakes are also fantastic, it was delicious.
First IHOP outaide of Texas. Quickly greeted and added to wait list. Adviced about a 5-10min wait. Took about 7min to be called and adviced us our table was being put together for our group of 8. As soom as we were seated, drino orders were taken and delivered in minutes. Our order was taken and correct and with 10min our food started coming out. For such a small location, it was full. Food came oyt great but one plate did take longer but came out hot. Food was delicious and we all enjoyed it. Our waitress attended us well. Highly recommend this location. We were just passing by this town.
Went there for brunch on Saturday. Place was crowded, but I was seated within 2 minutes. Server was really good and quick. I ordered a French Toast Breakfast combo. It was a wholesome meal. Went for breakfast. Pancakes were delicious, as were the eggs & hash browns. The Pepsi, on the other hand, was not! There was a nasty after taste! We thought maybe it was the ice, but after drinking our ice water, we found it was not the ice. Other than that it was good.
Good food and friendly service, came in early morning and got a warm welcome and a smile from the service staff. The food was served hot and quickly. You gotta come with an appetite if you want to order their pancake combos.

After our first visit the staff recognized us. We were a group of 6 and found the staff very friendly. The food was good for IHOP, in other words not gourmet but good food.
This is a neighborhood chain restraunt. Lots of locals visit on the weekends. They serve typical American breakfast menu. We ordered the chicken fajita omletette with fruits as a side, breakfast combo tres leche pancakes. The fruit bowl side was very sad and small (skip it if you can). Service was slow. Only saw the waitress to take my order and bring us the check. Save yourself some time and money and make your own eggs at home lol.
This place was nice clean. Staff seems happy to work there. We ordered our food and the wait was longer than it should have. Two separate tables that came seated after us got their food served before us. Our waitress disappeared and we had to ask another waitress the timing of our food as we were ready to pay for our beverages and leave. Lol. Our waitress then showed up with our food and mixed up our side orders she had forgotten them. The food was not bad but the portions were a lot smaller than before.
