I had the 12piece variety nice selection all were excellent, bento box with teriyaki beef and CA roll teriyaki was great should have had the tempura instead of the roll but the roll was good. The 4 four oysters were outstanding I will be back for two or three orders

First visit since pandemic... We got 5 rolls take out for a family of 4: Dragon, Scorpion, Regal, Rainbow, 49er. All the rolls were pretty good. My son ordered the most expensive roll on the menu, Regal, but it came topped with uni and it was really good. I also appreciated that the Dragon and Scorpion rolls were still crunchy by the time I got home. Also they were generous with the soy sauce, Wasabi and ginger. Overall, I'd come back again.

This is our third time coming here. We too, advantage of the happy hour. We ordered a couple their sushi’s. Special California roll, and the futomaki sushi roll. We also ordered: house special dried noodle with duck, bento box (beef teriyaki, chicken karage and tempura), bento box ( salmon teriyaki and chicken teriyaki). Both bento boxes had big portions. Mother couldn’t finish her bento so she ended taking half of it home for lunch the next day. The service was not bad considering there was only 1 waitresses doing everything. If you are in a rush, this location might not be for you, however, the quantity and quality of food might make up for it.

Was actually going to go to another sushi place nearby, but we waited like 5 minutes to be seated, with no indication it would happen soon (there were plenty of empty tables -- we were just ignored for some reason), so went to Spiral, just two doors down. The sushi was great, the service exceptional, the prices reasonable, and the Covid compliance perfect. Also, the sushi came out really quickly, compared to other places we've been. Highly recommend!

Wife been coming here for a little while since recommend by her friends & our daughter, had a friend of mine also love Spirals & spoke highly of them for their daily fresh fish. Wife & I stopped in last night so this was my 1st time experience. Very friendly staff, food was very good & fresh, prices were very reasonable (actually very good from a couple other sushi places I've been) & the food/serviing amounts were what impressed me !! Usually I find myself stopping by Taco Bell on the way home lol (seriously I do), but Spirals filled me up to the top ! I was impressed with quality & taste of food as we ordered a Bento box with 3 items & I had a happy full tummy - No Taco Bell after ! Parking is mostly on street or nearby parking lot which isn't to far walking. For a smaller Sushi house it's fantastic !! 6 Sushi rolls for Spirals ( & I only use a 1 - 5 Star normally ) & They have $1 Sushi deals too. All in all I am highly impressed with Spirals & will be returning as they are replacing my previous Sushi places now.

I was introduced to Spiral 17 years ago. My first meal was the chasiu ramen with a side bowl of fried rice. It may not do anything for ramen foodies but I like their ramen. Nice folks, very attentive and helpful packing leftovers for later.

Ordered on doordash. Beef tongue is great. Uni is great. Chicken yakitori is good. Ramen is a bit pricy, it is just an instant noodles bowl.

Little Hole in the wall for good eats. A bit run down but the food was good and portions where satisfying 50bucks for 3 large sake, couple of rolls and sashimi not a bad spread.

Loved the Tonkatsu Benito box! My boyfriend ordered the Chicken Kare, the portion was huge, he gave it a 3.5 stars. My mom ordered the Grilled Salmon Benito box - her long time favorite, always a 5-star. Service was Ok; the staff knows what they're doing but not as friendly. Place was clean. Parking around peak hours is somewhat aggravating. All in all, I'd give them 3.5 stars. We'll come back and try other things on the menu.

Bento box - beef teriyaki, chicken karaage, and tempura. It was pretty basic at best. Overall, the place itself was ok, but a little pricey. I don't really see myself coming back here anytime soon. It didn't really stand out in a way that would make me want to come back or make it my new go-to spot.

Update, new management, dine in gets a free three appetizer starter! Friendly welcome from Victoria. Old team is gone and replaced by new management or family. Sushi chef is the same. The appetizer is good and we ordered a curry rice plate, three item bento box and two item bento box. Prices are higher but reflect better quality and taste with service. Noise problem is still there. With current management, we will be back with a group tryout. SUCKS, noisy, terrible for 6+ person groups, food at San Bruno is consistent. Service ignores you until bill time. Probably will not return except to use free roll coupon. Prices keep increasing with quality and service is same or lower.

Ramen doesn’t tastes Delicious. It tastes like if you would want to get energy. I’d not recommend this place for Delicious ramen.

I personally would not go back, but it's got a great menu. The one thing that upset me was paying the bill. I was going to tip with cash, but when I paid with a card and had already signed it the server brings it back and tells me to add the tip to the check. That's just my experience there. Hopefully everyone else can still enjoy the menu items.

When I walked in, the first thing I heard was the waitresses yelling at each other in Chinese. I immediately began to think that lunch was gonna be a disaster, but in all honesty, it really wasn't bad. They had a white board with specials, and I ordered the Kani (Crab) Ramen. Apparently, all the noodle dishes come with a bowl of fried rice. That was kinda weird, but I'm not gonna turn down extra food. The fried rice was pretty plain with just some chicken, eggs, and green onions in it. There wasn't any wok hei or anything interesting, but it's edible. The ramen was actually better than I expected. The first thing I noticed was my egg. I have no idea what happened, but it was some sort of freaky mutant egg. The yolk was out of place and was nudged into the upper tip. It was overcooked but looked kinda cool actually. I think they said the broth was a sparerib soup base. It wasn't as rich or creamy as real tonkotsu broth, but I liked that it was salty enough. The noodles were firm, but the crab (I think it was snow crab) got a little overwhelmed by the heavy ramen. That's mostly my fault, though. Thinking back on it, I dunno why I thought crab was a good idea. At least it wasn't imitation crab meat. I didn't try any sushi, but the ramen really wasn't the worst thing in the world.

We ordered three bowls of ramen. They were fine, but nothing to get excited about. The service was also fine, but nothing over the top. Mediocre across the board. Bummer since it's such a convenient location.

Honestly I don’t like to write bad reviews but unfortunately this place have very bad experience and customer service,, even when I asked him what the ETA he was responded after 45 minutes ordering I don’t know and you can cancel your order ,, he was really very rude, I don’t recommend at all

Typical Chinese fake sushi. The quality is not much better than the buffet Moonstar in Daly City. You can order in Chinese. That is not what earned it a star review. Here is my experience. Came here on Sunday 8/18 at noon. 1. Sat us down at a wet dirty table where we have to ask for the table to be cleaned. 2. The backs of the chairs are right next to the person behind you. Expect a lot bumps while eating your meal. I felt like I was at a chinese wedding banquet where they seat 10 people to a tiny little table. They don't care about customer experience. 3. My sushi roll never came but we were charged for it. I didn't even bother complaining and just paid it. Who cares. I'm not coming back. 4. The quality is, lets say, edible. Nothing good. Fish and meats are all frozen and I can taste it. This place is shady and ran by imbeciles.

In the end it was sitting there on the table the entire time turning into nasty warm raw fish but she couldn’t be bothered with actually checking the name on the order.

Terrible service, if you want to wait for your food for 40 minutes and get the wrong order, this is your place. Restaurant has only one waitress. Also show favoritism towards Asian ethnicity.
