Our family is a huge fan of Sajj! Quality food, excellent staff, and a welcoming environment that keeps us coming back every week. Try everything and you won't be disappointed!

This place is sooooo good! The tamarind drink is perfect, I loved the pomegranate chicken. I also got the chocolate hummus and falafel. I got this for delivery and everything was packaged with care. I drank way too much last night which is rare for me and this food helped my hangover and made me feel good. You get a lot of food too, so I will be happy to eat the leftovers later. Definitely recommend this spot :)

We are finishing our bowls we ordered for the first time. I love that you can load up your bowl with all kinds of healthy ingredients and sauces! It was so delicious and filling! We will definitely be back for more! We also appreciate the sample of sumac that was given to us to take home and try since we had never tried it before. I’d highly recommend this place!

When we're craving something healthy and fresh, we always turn to SAJJ. Our last order was spot on and prepared perfectly. They do not skimp on portion sizes and toppings, which we all appreciate since take out could be pricey. But SAJJ is well worth the splurge. Kudos to the San Bruno staff, our bowls and pita were delicious!

We had been going to a more expensive Mediterranean restaurant before discovering SAJJ. SAJJ serves dishes every bit as flavorful but in much less time. The people in the restaurant were friendly and the whole experience was pleasant. They are definitely in our "eating out" rotation.

When you walk in to a place and it feels like home, your food tastes extra special! Sajj sources their ingredients locally and it reflects in the flavors. We were warmly greeted by the staff behind the counter and they were super patient as everyone requested their custom orders. I gotta say that a bowl is as good as the rice and I loved the turmeric rice that reminded me of some of the best that I have had! I had chicken shawarma on my rice bowl and loaded up on hummus and yogurt. The portion sizes are huge!! You can definitely split it in two meals. I was intrigued with seeing impossible kebab and will definitely go back to savor the rest of the menu items. P.S. try some home made drinks while you are there!!

The chicken salad bowl was really good! I got the pomegranate chicken flavor. Very tasty! The complimentary lentil soup was good, too!!

Ordered the chicken shawarma meal kit (serves 4) online at 11am and it was delivered ahead of schedule at 4pm by their staff. As requested, they called when they arrived. Everything was nicely packaged in a huge foil container and arrived with easy reheating directions. Communication was great.

I love SAJJ! Everything here is good! I catered my birthday and it was a total hit with my guests and extremely affordable. I love the eggplant and cauliflower. It's the best fast food around.

This is my second visit in this location. It is relatively quiet every time I do come in. There are more online orders than people ordering here. The workers are super nice! They really gave me the amount I wanted & they did not hesitate to do so. On my first visit, I ordered a shawafel bowl which means two proteins which are shawarma & falafel. It was pretty abundant which means I did not finish my bowl. I also decided to have mint lemonade as my drink. I like the mint lemonade, it’s a good balance between the two. Today’s visit was consisted of just steak shawarma rice bowl. I normally get half rice and half salad but this time, I got half salad & half couscous. It was a good decision and probably be the combination I do get for now. I also ordered the strawberry lemonade which, for me, was more watered down. Most of my bowls have garbanzo beans, extra sumac onions, the sumac cauliflower, tzatziki, cucumber tomato mix & tahini sauce! It is my go to! So so so delicious! I do still have to taste the pomegranate chicken & eggplant ragout! Overall, I can see myself coming back here & trying different combinations once a week! PS. They are close tomorrow, July 4th.

I give them five stars just for their machine not prompting for a tip at check out (so sick of that at non full service restaurants). Generous portions of fresh food with soup included. Friendly young Latino man behind the counter.

There were two of us, and we both got large drinks, (mint lemonade), a huge falafel, a wrap with marinated chicken and roasted eggplant. It was awesome and tasted VERY good. RECOMMENDATION: ask for two cilantro sauces!...darn good!!

Fantastic place with fantastic food! Especially recommend their baklavas, sumac onions and exceptionally creamy hummus and tahini. And their hibiscus tea! It is so nice how you can build your own meal and get just what you like. They often email you really good promotions with discounts and my wife and I have never had a bad experience! It is always a treat to get the food delivered on a special occasion. Thank you for the great food, Sajj!

Really good steak and chicken schwarma. Pricing is about the same as most Mediterranean places on the peninsula but the food is definitely better. Vegetable bowl is super healthy and a ton of food. Honestly the only reason it's not 5 star is because they don't have lamb and I kinda expect that at Mediterranean restaurant.

I really enjoy coming here and I love the food, but I was really disappointed in the service I received tonight. I showed up 30 minutes before closing and I was totally fine with taking my food to go. What I’m not understanding is why I was denied ordering certain items I always order when I stop here after work. The lady at the register told me we are closed. I told her you’re open for another 30 minutes so why is everything shut down. All she could tell me is that everything was shut down so I couldn’t order certain things. So disappointing. I always look forward to coming here.

Not bad for fast food middle eastern food. Average value for the money. I had the Shawafel sandwich twice. First time was great, second time on a saturday afternoon was not fresh. The salad tasted stale.

Ordered a rice bowl with steak shawarma and another rice bowl with pomegranate chicken shawarma. Added some side dishes on top of the same plate. Rice and meat was warm, but I would have a little hotter. Flavor was ok, not exceptional but the company says the produce are local, which will help the local farmers

Ordered a rice bowl with steak shawarma and another rice bowl with pomegranate chicken shawarma. Added some side dishes on top of the same plate. It is more mexican than mediterranean food. The woman who made shawarma for me spoke to me more in Spanish than in English. Unfortunately, I don't know Spanish. Moreover, she was quite rude to me. Please pay attention to the service of your employees.

Lemonades are horrible. I ordered 2. Mint lemonade taste like they added mint cooking spice to artificial lemonade. Strawberry lemonade taste like Tang, lol smh. The pita chips are good and taste homemade, but a little to oily. Hummus is smooth and silky, pretty good. That's why 2 stars. A little good but more bad.

I like you guys ( my review one year ago) After one year, today I was waiting my order about 40 min (I ordered online and then I arrived in 30 minutes and waited for another 10 min)… and what I get - 2 absolutely cold chicken wrap ! it was not tasty at all!

They started out well but now the entire staff has been changed. None of them speak English and it’s just way too hard to make them work through your order. Mediterranean authenticity is ruined completely. They are using literally thick Mexican rice instead royal basmati rice which is vital to the rich preparation of middle eastern cuisine. Anyway, it’s a huge disappointment and regardless of what you ordered online, you’ll be getting incomplete items.

Im ordered for the second time. They literally don’t put any meat in swarma pita sandwich. It’s insane. On my last order, they put like ring sized small meat piece for my plate order for delivery. Both of them cost at least $25. This is insane. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
