drive thru is often very long during the dinner hour. faster to park, go in and order, and take to go (or eat there) food is as good as expected! Pro tip: get your fries "light well" if you want it to be crispier but not super fried like a chip.

It's amazing that In-N-Out is able to serve quality food at such a reasonable price. In my opinion the place that is used to benchmark all other Burger chains. I ordered grilled onions and the buns extra toasted. I really like this combination. In my opinion for the price, In-N-Out cannot be beat. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of seating at approximately 11:30 a.m.

Awesome place to get a double cheeseburger (double/double in In N Out slang). The secret menu is also fun. The prices are very reasonable which is why they are almost always busy. I highly recommend this place!

Extremely busy location during peak hours, and for a good reason. The burgers are to die for: salad is fresh, sauce is fantastic and meat actually has a taste. Amazing! With all the food price increases, In-N-Out is still a good value, IMO. One of the few fast foods I will still eat at occasionally.

Best burger no cap. Even better than some of the so called gourmet burger restaurants. And at such affordable prices no less. I love to have the burger with grilled (whole) onion and chopped chillies and it’s perfecttt Fries is a bit under for my taste, so I always make sure to order extra well (at the cost of extra wait) They always have a bit of a wait (even if I came at odd hours of 3pm) since it’s a quite busy location and food is freshly made

For a fast food place, I'll give it a 5. The inside of the restaurant was clean, staff were friendly, service was efficient. The classic double double and the regular hamburger were both good. French fries were crisp and hot. No complaints at all.

In-N-Out has fantastic quality control, affordable prices, and great service. However all of these are pretty much universally known at this point, and because of that they're usually filled to the brim with customers. The line for the drive-thru went out the plaza and they sent someone out there to take orders. Inside was no better with them being backed up by over ten orders and the line piling out the door but thankfully for me it was after I placed my order. But it's all worth it. You just can't go wrong with In-N-Out. Fast food perfection everytime.

First time visiting CA, and we made sure to stop and In & Out Burger, service great, clean and quick, and burger 🍔 😋 👌🏼 delicious. Recommended for sure.

Food is great as usual. Get a #1 with a chocolate milkshake. This place runs like a well oiled machine. I stopped by for lunch and the place was filled with customers. The managers and line workers are fast and work together to provide great food in little time. Chick this place out. You won't be disappointed.

Simple menu, but it just works. Double-Double came out hot, fries were fresh, and the whole thing felt clean and consistent. Nothing fancy, just classic California fast food done confidently. Sometimes you don’t need more than that.

In-N-Out Burger never disappoints. The burgers are consistently delicious, made with Grade A quality ingredients, and the fries are amazing when they’re hot, fresh, and perfectly salted. Fresh burgers, fast service. The drive thru line didn’t seem that long when we went on a weekend at 9pm. Got animal fries, one single with grilled onions and mustard, and a single with extra tomatoe, lettuce, and raw onions. Delicious.

For some reason whenever we get to SFO, we stop here on our way to our destination. It's a clean spot with tons of parking and it's right on our way from SFO to the Palo Alto area. The burgers are good and made to order so everything comes out hot. This time, even though we had to wait for the fries, they weren't really hot for some reason. The service is always good. They are patient with us out-of-towners since we don't know the menu.

When in California, what do you do? Go to In-and-Out of course! After a long flight and being "hangry", we checked out this joint that was within walking distance from the Marriott. It was expectedly busy, with a bunch of middle or high schoolers present (maybe after homecoming?). The burger was delicious, especially when you are pretty hungry! It is insane that it tastes good even with just a single patty. The fries aren't to die for... a bit soggy and a bit bland. But I suppose you come here for the burgers - burgers with value. You have to listen carefully for your number though when your order is ready. They definitely have a loudspeaker, but they did not use it for calling up the numbers even though it was pretty loud. Coke machine was ok... the drink was a bit flat and didn't have the fizz that you get from an icy cold Coca-Cola can.

Is the closest In-N-Out for me, but I've been coming to this location ever since they opened in 2011. We love it; they never disappoint, but as with any In-N-Out, avoid rush (lunch/dinner) hours!

I like it but not loved it. The bun was fine, the burger patty was not delicious enough to my liking, and the fries was bland, pale, limp, soggy and lacking the crispiness. The sodas tasted like a medicine or a newly cleaned but was not properly rinsed because I can taste the dish soap. Nonetheless, I like the attitude of the staff, very friendly, approachable and welcoming. The store was cleaned inside and out. It was so easy to park.

Tried a 3X3 with both raw and grilled onions plus peppers 🌶. Good proportion of meat to bun. Very tasty. Neopolitan shake pretty good. Not wild about their fries, easy to pass on them. Lunch line on Sunday much more manageable than on weekdays. Surprisingly long line in the drive through on Saturday night.

It’s always the same quintessential California experience. It’s good it’s fresh and it’s west coast. Get a vanilla shake to go with your animal style burger. Controversial opinion: regular fries are better than the animal style fries. Animal style fries get soggy before you can eat them all. Plus fries and ketchup are always a delight. If you’re not sure about getting animal style get the sauce on the side. They have a not so secret, secret menu that you can order off if you like.

I think the burgers are overrated. Don't get me wrong. They are decent but not the phenomenal experience some suggested.

During lunch times and dinner times lines will be long but In-N-Out continues to deliver quality and quantity. The food was warm and delicious however it did take 32 minutes in the drive thru to complete the entire meal transaction. I will return because the quality surpasses McDonald's and Burger King in my opinion. There is customer service present which cannot be matched elsewhere.

A staple when I travel to California. Gets the job done. Meaty patty and does taste like the real thing. Plenty of vege to balance out the meat and cheese. $6+ to get going.

Down here from North Idaho, I was pretty excited to try In-N-Out for the first time. Seeing this place given so much hype on social media... I can't say it lived up, food-wise (service was great). First off, not sure if it is normal, but the fries were probably the worst I have ever had - having an almost freeze-dried texture. On the other hand, the burger (Double Double) was really good - but... only as good as a burger from Wendy's. An edge I will give In-N-Out, though, is price - $2 cheaper for the DD than a Dave's Double. Though it may not have lived up to the hype, the burger was still good, and priced well enough I am sure I'll be back before I go back home.

This was my first time at In and Out Burger and was excited to try it. It could have been this establishment but it was extremely underwhelming. My fries were bizarre. Hot, crispy outside, mushy and cold on the inside. The place was very crowded so they may not have been cooked long enough. The burger was good but honestly can't figure out why people rave about it. Average at best. The establishment clearly is understaffed and cleanliness is suffering.

Forgot the grill onion on my burger but added a bunch of tomatoes. The buns was soggy around the edges. Then during the checkout a guy drove in and cut in front of us. Needs to be better. Especially here.

Disappointing experience. After waiting 20 minutes for an order of 3 burgers + 1 fries, I noticed a tray sitting in the back matching our burgers. So I kept watching over it. I noticed that they were putting fries in bags with numbers ahead of ours. After another 5 minutes, our number was finally called, and it was the tray I was watching. As you can imagine, the burgers were already cold.

They have the MOST RIDICULOUS drive through “merge” .. You come before everyone else but others “cut you off” because they’re merging in front of you while you have been waiting for 10 mins & they just got in line. Seems unfair and ridiculous in my opinion 🤷🏽‍♀️ Employees are nice though !

I go here everyday and use the drive thru, most employees know me and know my order. Double single no lettuce no tomato add pickles and mustard. But it’s crazy I pull up in line with no one in the double side of the drive thru line and the and the main line is back to the dumpster area. One car pulls up and gets to be the first in the double drive thru line and the allow this car to cut everyone who’s been waiting. Then continue to let new cars who just pulled up to cut people who’s been in line. Anyways just wack. Whoever taking order at line should look and be like oh they can get in the main line after this car who’s been here for 10 minutes already. Just wack and if you know my order above you know how often im at this location. Do better management.
