I am super impressed with the food and service here. I got the Bahia Bowl w/ carne asada & potato and wow. It’s cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. I’m very picky about potatoes and they were cooked perfectly. The lady at the service counter was sweet as can be. Plus, the prices are affordable and the portions are large.

A friend raved about the roll tacos to the point I had to try it. He was right. Amazingly good in a town that has Mexican on every corner. Service was warm and friendly and the choice of fresh salsas just put the finishing touch on what was already a stand out for me. Don't miss the chance to stop and have a good meal.

this is literally the best burrito i have had in san diego ever. great price, the family that works here is so sweet, they have all the fixings you need and everything they make is so delicious and made just how you like it. 10/10, please bring all of your loved ones here and spread the word. bahia is the best!!!

My wife and I stopped on a whim, tired of our usual joints. We both tried their fish tacos. Meal was a good size of two tacos and a small rice and beans side. We each had a different version of aqua freshcas as opposed to the standard coke. Very happy with all the items plus the additional salsa bar. Service was very good and workers were very hospitable. The prices were very reasonable. We look forward to going again soon!

Bahia is one of my favorite spots in town! The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the shredded chicken is absolutely amazing — juicy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. The portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere makes it a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Definitely a go-to spot if you’re craving authentic Mexican food.

I love Bahia! I live in the neighborhood and eat here at least once a week. My personal favorite is the shrimp burrito, they always cook the shrimp perfectly which is hard to find. The chicken Bahia bowl and the beef rolled tacos are some of my other favs, and the fries are always fresh and crispy too. The staff is super friendly and remember my go-to orders! The food is usually ready in 5-10 minutes, I often call ahead and it’s ready by the time I walk over. Great quality and quantity for reasonable prices!

It's a very friendly environment! The portions are quite generous and the food comes out tasting very fresh! The wait time can vary depending if it's busy or not, but the wait is definitely worth it! There's also a table where you can serve yourself various sauces! I tasted all the sauces and they are all incredible! The food prices are very fair and with certain dishes you get more bang for your buck! I highly recommend to dine in or take out, it'll be very much worth it!

Had the carnitas tacos. Serving size was good. I wasn’t a fan of the tomatoes and I felt their hot sauce was just ok. I would definitely return when in the neighborhood to try something different. I did like the salsa bar, it’s always a plus.

Food wise: - Guacamole - half pint - creamy 4/5 - Enchiladas plate - tasty - 4/5 - carne asada plate - meh - meat was uncut and not well seasoned- 3/5 - supreme burrito - meh - 3/5 - shrimp cocktail - 3/5 very Clamato-ey like too much V8 used and shrimps were cut up so you can’t tell how shrimp is really in there Parking: shared lot with other strip mall shops Restroom: need key to open but single stall and clean. Also because they keep their front door open, if you sit near the entry way you will witness the smell of homeless man walking up and down the stairs and perusing the walkway of the establishments around there. Not a pretty sight :(
