Cocktails were good. They play up the Buffet vibe well, playing his tunes and videos. Nice bar. Bartender friendly and great service.

Best fish tacos in town. Their margaritas are also on point. We came in for brunch and they had live music which sealed the deal for us. Staff was very kind, efficient and helpful. Looking forward to coming back next weekend with my in laws.

I had such a great experience dining here, thanks to our amazing server, Ana F! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. We visited this place for breakfast; it was practically empty. Estevan's service was excellent! The food took a little while to arrive, but it tasted great. We tried the egg burrito, the french toast, and an omelet. Overall, everything was delicious. I didn't like that the coffee was cold and that they don't have espresso cups; they serve one shot of coffee in a large cup. The decor is nice, matches perfectly with the concept.

We were in the area for a concert at Petco Park. The restaurant is really close and the brick building is really intriguing. But the service and the food is just mediocre. And also the restroom is like two blocks away in a hotel lobby. And if you assume you will get normal fries with your burger, you will be disappointed. The default side for a burger is chips. And you have to pay more for a normal fries or vegetables. Will definitely not go back anymore.

Big Jimmy Buffett fan so I like to go to these restaurants when I can. This used to be a good chain… I hate to say the food and service were both subpar. Atmosphere is great for a Parrothead but honestly, Tommy Bahama’s has better food and service these days. Sorry, Jimmy… I’ll always love ya!

Every morning, our food was served cold. Portion size was decent but, not enough to make up for serving 3 different meals cold on 2 separate days. Service was very slow. It's nice that they have live music during the day but, I wouldn't come here for the food. There are plenty of other breakfast places within a block that, I'm sure, ate much better and serve the food hot. The only reason we went here is because I had a resort credit through American Express.

Because we were in a hurry, we closed out our tab immediately after ordering so we wouldn’t have to worry about it later. The male bartender who initially assisted us appeared visibly upset with the tip we left on the receipt and subsequently refused to provide us with further service, despite multiple attempts to get his attention and despite the bar being relatively slow. This made the remainder of our visit uncomfortable, as we were left sitting at the bar with food but without basic items such as cutlery or napkins. We ultimately had to ask the other female bartender working at the bar for assistance. Eventually, we felt compelled to involve a manager to address the situation. She was polite and made an effort to resolve the issue by offering us a complimentary meal and drinks, which we declined. While we appreciated her attempt to rectify the situation, the overall experience was disappointing and avoidable. We normally tip in cash at the conclusion of our meal, and in this instance, despite the unpleasant experience, we still left a generous tip before leaving. It is our hope that management addresses service expectations with staff and emphasizes professionalism, sensitivity, and appropriate conduct in situations such as this.

Was pretty rude, just because we are young adults, doesn’t mean we don’t deserve the same amount of respect as a middle aged person. We were cordial and nice so I’m assuming she’s just having a bad day, but to leave customers waiting for that long when you’re not that busy is pretty annoying. Pretty sure they scammed us of the paradise party pack that we ordered when we booked the hotel, but whatever. Seems like a lot of miscommunication on hotel policies or agreements with restaurants. I really wanted to enjoy this experience especially since the environment was so cutely decorated for Christmas but the vibes were ruined by poor service. As you can see on our IDs we’re not kids, treat us like regular adults!!! (Mid-twenties ish)

Do not recommend to those who have more than a party of 4 because, they’ll be lazy and let you know they can’t split the check more than 2-3 times. Might as well take your hard earned money to BJ’s SMH.

terrible experience. went for a friends birthday, booked a reservation and all. walked in and felt immediately unwelcomed, rude staff and overall terrible experience. as soon as we walked in we were told they close soon, it was 8 and they close at 10. me and my friends did not stay for longer than 20 minutes , we ended up walking out and going somewhere else . do not recommend, rude.

Then when we spoke to manager he said he could do 4 ways. Finally after us asking over and over they split it 6 ways. Server had automatic gratuity so I wouldn't expect him to try any harder. I don't recommend for large parties.
