Opinions de Moe Coffee San Diego
I absolutely love this cute little coffee shop in North Park. There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and the staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming. Ordering is always quick, I’ve never had to wait in line. It’s one of my go-to spots for working or studying, and I always order their latte, which is consistently delicious.
A beautifully decorated spot with delicious looking pastries (no gf options when I was there unfortunately!). It’s open and well lit with lots of indoor and outdoor seating on a quiet ish street corner. Plants abound in this green, chill spot. I tried the Churro White Mocha (had never heard of such a fun thing before!) and it was creamy, tasty and delicious.
I got a 16 oz latte with almond milk and it was so delicious! Got a little cinnamon steamed in and sprinkled on top it was perfect. 👌 Avg price for a latte at $5.45, +$1 for substitutes. Friendly service, let me know about their baked in house pastries and was very quick to make my drink. I didn't try the pastries but they smell and look amazing. I wish they were gluten free. 🥲 Love, Love, LOVE the tropical vibes! 😍🪴🌴🙌
Our vacation rental was just down the street so we decided to stop by in the morning for some coffee. It’s such a lovely place with an outdoor seating area. Their matcha was good and the lavender white mocha was also very good.
Went early this morning to check out the newest coffee shop in the neighborhood, and it’s pretty much my new favorite! Firstly, it’s open at 6am every day, and everywhere else in the area doesn’t open before 7 or 8...except SBux, but that doesn’t count. Baristas were friendly, helpful, and patient as I ogled the many pastries for a couple minutes. Tons of vegan baked goods! (Plenty of ‘regular’ pastries, too, sourced from Bread & Cie. The outdoor area is nice, well spaced out, and has lots of greenery. The indoor space is almost indoor-outdoor: perfect for this strange pandemic reality. Americano was good, and I’ll definitely be back soon to try a pour-over and some sort of latte.
Loved the horchata dirty chai lattes we got during our San Diego coffee crawl! Indoor and outdoor area, great for working remotely, beautiful interior design!
A shop that uses a Slayer espresso machine is a good sign in a shop and MOE coffee is no exception. Also love the clean, quasi-industrial design and broad offering of food options.

This location is a hidden gem. It's one of those places you don't want to get more popular but also want it to because it'll stay open. There are a lot of coffee shops in SD but this one checks all the boxes. I think its biggest selling point is the outdoor seating. I've come 3 times at each point in the day(Morning, Noon, Afternoon). The outdoor seating is comfortable, cool, and open. Charging points are plenty. It's quiet enough for meetings. Yet enough background noise to add to the ambiance. Food is good, drinks are good, it's the best.

A very cool and unique spot either a distinct charm. It appears to very part of a residential home, which gives it a cozy feeling. There is a small outdoor seating area that adds to the relaxed atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The coffee was quite good, though it could benefit from a slight re-dial to fine-tune the flavor. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth a visit.
This is a great neighborhood coffee shop. It’s got a great open space both indoor and outdoor for enjoying a cup of coffee or casual drinks. It’s a great space for studying or having a casual meeting. The customer service has always been polite. Overall this coffee shop is very pleasant.
I came here bright and early on a holiday and it was apparent the baristas were not too happy to be there. The drinks were good. The seasonal butterscotch latte tasted like really good gas station coffee (the French vanilla flavor) and the horchata chai was solid.
Always a nice place to get a coffee and a treat. Plenty of space to work & very friendly/efficient staff. They also have beer, wine, smoothies, and food. Cool neighborhood joint! Only slight discrepancy might be that the prices are a little bit on the higher side.

I really love the atmosphere of this place! The coffee prices are a bit high compared to other North Park coffee shops, but I still go on occasion due its great environment for remote work. The service is also great, and the baristas have always been so friendly. Unfortunately, I have yet to have a positive experience ordering food from there, and believe me, I have ordered many different food items hoping to find something I like! The breakfast sandwiches had barely any egg, the turkey sandwich was cold, the avocado toast was mediocre, and the new cookies are stale--they used to have great banana bread, but that has been discontinued. I think the food menu needs a good overhaul. I'll continue to go to Moe Coffee to enjoy the environment and beverages--but I have learned to always enter with a full stomach.
Great location, I like the open air vibe and the sun is never hitting directly. Great baristas. My only complaint is the seats are uncomfortable and hard, they need some sort of cushion. The tables are pretty tall so if you're working on your laptop, it's a weird set up and never feels quite right having to keep your arms elevated. Would be perfect if the tables were lower or the seats were higher.

I liked coffee and all, the atmosphere was great, but I don’t know why our $6.25 coffee became $9.10 because of options that we didn’t add. I didn’t ask for oat milk nor double shot(I asked for one shot) but when I checked the receipt, the options were added. I just paid since I’m not an American and thought it was some tax stuff, but after looking at the receipt it feels like we were ripped off. I’m not upset because of extra 3 dollars I paid; it is just their attitude towards visitors I guess, since I did clearly seem like a visitor. I don’t even like oat milk! 😭
I can't believe this the coffee that I received. I ordered a 12 oz, and this is what I received. It was cold too. My breakfast sandwich was tasty but this...smh not happy.

Everything else was great, atmosphere wise, but unfortunately when I asked for the large cappuccino coffee I ended getting a small pint size cup which unfortunately I'm giving you all an "unfortunate" bad service rating. 4 years of living in the area and my first visit, your title coffee shop doesn't live up yo the name. One thing for sure you can bet I'll never show up here again after paying a high amount close to $8.00 embarrassingly. Large cups valued between $2-$3 at Starbucks and 7-Eleven shops live up to their names. I feel if you belive in excellent customer service, you all have alot of work to do. You all shouldn't name your shops,"Moe's Coffee",you should instead call your shops,"Less Cofee"which was what I felt,"tiny small amount of coffee". You all are much bigger than that! 1 ☆ rating! Straight "0"! Improve your customer service with large cups for large coffee cups requests. Keith
I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich after reading on Uber eats that it was cage, free, eggs, and very fresh. Although once I receive my order, it was very well done already cooked a that is premade possibly frozen additionally no slices of bacon. It is Canadian ham. When I called, there was no answer it was a personal cell phone number. I would never eat here although the hot chocolate was pretty good

They do not take cash. It looks like this place only deals with people who have “privilege” and have credit cards. What about the homeless people who don’t have credit cards? Can they not eat here? Be better, Moe Coffee.
Coffee was not hot and didn’t taste good. Pretty inside! Customer service not great at all. I hate my first time here wasn’t good. I went for McDonalds coffee afterwards. Disappointed
