Customer Service Staff need training in work ethic, on 3/4 drive staff was rude; I live out of state; the drive thru Service was horrible; decided to go back for this fish sandwich;3/5/26 take out was a tad bit better; I thought it was a special sauce & they were out, got sandwiches today this is just tartar sauce with 2 pickles Attitude suck from the front to the back; want be going back during my stay; Train,Train Train!!!!

Placed an order at 8:30 ish, by 9:30 I finally get a driver to tell me that this place is apparently out of CHICKEN! Why is your app ordering even on if you don’t have your main menu item. Complete waste of my time and money. Ridiculous behavior

Majority of the menu was unavailable as they did not have a cook there. The tables and floors were disgusting. Majority of the staff was high & hard to understand.

Pulled up with my family and the employees were in the car right besides where we parked. They were smoking in the car and got out when we were getting out. It looked horrible and I definitely wouldn’t trust getting food here.

Worst Popeyes I've been to.. lobby closed so drive though or app only. I'm in a high top van and 9 foot clearance is really close.. couldn't hear the person taking order. Further confusion that we wanted 2 separate orders. Menu items we wanted VERY limited. Basically just got 5 wings and a thigh for a 4 piece and a cheese cake for almost $16. No drink no sides. Abrupt and just rude when I asked for something they didn't have. Then told us wrong number of 4 piece (of both orders) further adding to the confusion.. finally at the window, they put both orders in one bag, no cutlery, no napkins, no honey for biscuits, and a ton of hot sauce. Ive been to many Popeyes in my travels. (I work out of town a lot) And this store is the worst I've experienced!

Says they close at 11pm but I pull up at 9pm and the doors are locked and no one is answering the drive thru. I pull around to leave and every single worker in there is sitting around on their phones and talking one of the workers flips me off with both middle fingers when he sees me. I was really looking forward to a big meal from Popeyes but they'll never get my business again. That absolutely uncalled for. They're getting paid to sit around and not only ignore customers trying to order but to blatantly be disrespected like that. That young man is very lucky because that could've been somebodys last straw. Next time I'll get a picture for proof.

The whole staff really just stands outside in a group talking. This location is very unprofessional. I dont underage how employees can just do whatever they want at places of business these day.

The staff is RUDE AS HELL. One manager seen me at the counter and just looked and me and continued to talk to a worker. No service. Went thru the drive thru for my family some food and the little girl taking the order didn’t even let me finish before giving me a total. They don’t use gloves either. Not okay and will not eat a fry from this place.

I take my lunch at 2pm and I have to actually take a gamble going to that location, cause majority of it’s certain workers that work there at that time ,just make that location worse than it actually is especially if that dude with the puffball hair is there. Each time he is on shift ,I have to leave cause I know I’m going get bad service. I was in line for like 5 minutes and I was not acknowledge at all, and it looked like they were full crew so I did not understand what was taking them so long to take my order and the dude with the puffball hair always has a bad attitude. That I just left and went to Tim’s chicken and their service was way better and was quicker.

Went in at 10:15 and they open at 10am. No one acknowledged we was standing there for 5mins until we yelled out. Then the lady turned around and said we gotta wait 10 mins for them to drop chicken and 10more for tenders. Shouldn’t food be ready when open your doors???? We walked out sorrrrry

This place is disgustingly filthy !!! Staff was rude staff was playing behind the counter like kids on a play ground whilst then dirty restaurant was crowded with customer. Popeyes chicken had no taste absolutely no seasoning!

Yet another location forcing everyone thru the drive thru. And to make it worse it appeared to be selective. Witnessed “vip” guests entering and getting service. What is going on?
