They have the greatest customer service and take to the time to remember you if you come frequently for the same thing. :) Vinh is the best, Olivia has a very bright contagious attitude and smile. And the other employees are on point and accommodating. Best Robeks and staff! Healthy menu and always clean.

Yummy smoothies at Robeks! We ordered the mango turmeric madness and berry beneficial. Even with the small size it still took a while to drink them which is nice that it’s not gone in just a minute. Friendly staff and the drinks came out quick. Recommend!

Management was very kind after another delivery driver took a customers order. She offered to redo the order for the customer and went above and beyond to ensure this doesn't happened again and start checking drivers order and confirm the order on the spot so there's no mistakes happen again. For those who love healthy smoothies and pre work out drinks, please give Robles a try and be amazed by the taste and varieties this store has to offer. The seating is nice and bright , clear glass for more sunlight and nice ventilation. Thank you again management for going above and beyond for a customer.

I don't understand what made it especial' tho. It was good and my bowl runneth over. The gal made it well and it tasted 👍 great.. Customer service 5 stars Overall 5 stars Only complaint is that their acai bowls are more like smoothie bowls. Mine was legit a cold acai soup. They blend it before they serve it and then they top it with your fixins. I prefer the frozen ish acai in my bowl. Still.... they get a 5

They offer a great selection, but they are a little pricey. Is a healthier alternative, so is worth the price. I had a peanut butter, or almond butter, breakfast smoothie and it was yummy.

Place is fine. Could use more workers though. Good luck finding a parking spot btwn 12 pm and 1 pm, let alone fitting in the actual spot. Cramming as many spots into a strip mall isn't such a good idea. Not Robeks fault though.

Great place to get a cold drink. I enjoy Robeks more than the other juice places. They are open until 9:00 PM through the week but close around 5:30 PM on the weekends.

Great smoothies and relatively quick service. We had never been and the cashier was able to provide a suggestion (the hummingbird) and it was amazing.

The last time I went here everything we ordered was pretty watery. Even the acai bowl that we got was basically drinkable. Actually we ended up getting a cup and poured into it because it was pointless to try to eat it with a spoon. I got the 800 lb gorilla which is a pretty hearty shake and that too was pretty thin. I don't really know what the problem was but I thought it was kind of odd.

They have a great variey of smoothies and the one I tried (Big Wednesday) was really good! Definitely will come again. It is a little expensive for me. My medium drink was 5.99 but not outrageous. However I did see they have an app that gives you a point for ever dollar you spend and 12 points is a free drink. I haven't downloaded it, but if im understanding it correctly, than that is a great deal and offsets the price. :)

Got a acai bowl today. The acai was so liquidy. It was literally a smoothie.

The smoothie I got here was absolutely fantastic but the parking sucks. It is very difficult to park in the parking lot here especially during lunch hours and there's no more for you to park on the street either.

Great smoothies but there prices are unbelievably high, I almost paid 20 dollars for two drinks.

5 stars for service, cleanliness, but the prices are way too high. $10 for a medium smoothie, $1 more for a small scoop of protein. Almost the cost of an actual meal, for a smoothie.

Parking is atrocious. Teeny tiny spots and not enough for all those businesses. Smoothie wasn’t bad, wasn’t good. It was just one of the smoothies of all time.

2 Stars because their drink are fantastic, but had real trouble with service twice now where I've ordered delivery during business hours, and 20 minutes later I get a call from DoorDash saying the doors are locked and nobody is there. Both times I've confirmed based on their hours that they were supposed to be open. Not getting smoothies from them anymore since they can't be bothered to keep their hours straight.

It was my first time here and I have to say I wasn’t pleased! I didn’t like the service, they were not friendly at all and I was very disappointed at the açaí bowl. It was too watery; they put too much juice on. It didn’t taste like açaí. It was more like a smoothie in a bowl. Idk if it’s just me that I prefer my açaí with a different consistency but didn’t like it.

Came in at 7pm and they dont close till 8pm and wanted a pressed juice and they told me "they had cleaned their juicer" so they couldn't make me a juice. Very inconvenient and management should relay to their workers not to clean till after business hours are over! Very lazy !

Says it opens at 6 am. The girl showed up at 6 and kept the door locked and the open sign off while she prepped. I wait 5 mins after already being there before 6 and she still hadn’t open the door.

Drove 15 minutes out of my way and arrived at 8:30 only to show up and be told that they had to close early because they had to clean and he wasn’t being paid overtime? Anyways, the excuse made no sense whatsoever and I wasted 25 minutes of my time because they arbitrarily closed early for some excuse that was incomprehensible.

Thanks for saying your closing at 6pm on your listing here its 5pm. I arrived at 502pm and you showed no courtesy not cool.

The smoothies at this location are terrible. They are obviously watered down because they taste nothing like what they are supposed to. The location will turn off their open sign a few hours before closing. I guess they don't want any business, and they certainly will not be getting mine ever again.

The smoothie was good, but jamba juice is better. The acai bowl was the worst I've ever had.

The products taste great, but the service was below standard. When I walked into the shop it was empty, the two employees casually talking. I ordered five items and paid for them right after two more customers walked in. I stated I would be back to pick them up in a few minutes. When I got back they were just finishing my order, putting them in a drink carrier. I tipped them and left. Once at my vehicle, I noticed I never got a recipe so I went back in for a print out. During my drive back to work, even though the drinks never tipped over, my vehicle end up with a major orange stain on my seat due to the lid not being secured at the shop. When I called the shop to discuss the matter, there was no supervisor on shift, and the servers lacked experience in customer service and didnt know handle the situation. Stating to me "that sometimes when it's been busy the lids don't close all the way." I made it clear that when someone's actions lead to an incident their responsible for it, so I'm calling because robeks didn't fully complete their duty and it caused me to have damages to my vehicle and that a manager/owner will need to call me as soon as possible. Please contact me if you care about your customers and value their business cause the 5 people I just got drinks for won't be back...

Update to the Owner:I appreciate the response BUT Just to clarify, the main issue wasn’t only the missing ingredients — it was that the drink was not filtered and was prepared improperly. That’s why I was so disappointed. First off they didn’t have the ingredients which is fine but then dude didn’t even make either of the drinks properly. And 1 of them I just genuinely said it’s find because they didn’t have the ingredients then he just makes the exact one twice…… 😭😭😭this is insane he didn’t even filter either of them

He even offered the other customer the extra smoothie leftovers in the blender then wished him well. When it was our turn to order the cashier was oddly cold and spoke in an annoyed, low, mumble. He also placed our smoothie down with is back to us? Super weird vibes. First and last visit to this place.

I stand there and raise my arms up as if to say hey...I've been waiting. The girl behind the counter was quite oblivious but the customer said he was sorry and motioned for me to take my turn. I said I wasn't upset at him at all, just blown away by the lack of customer service. Strike two: I place my order and watch 6 more customers come and go with their orders. I'm still waiting. Strike three: The girl behind the counter puts my items in the bag and as I grab it the bottom breaks and the bowls fall to the floor exploding everywhere. I looked at her in disbelief and there was no urgency, no apology. Nothing. I said I'll wait as you remake my order. 10 minutes later(20 minutes total) I finally get my order. Management needs to be fired for not training their staff in customer service and how to handle orders as they come. These kids obviously didn't want to be working there. So whatever that is, comes from management. I'm done with this place. One and done. Never again
