Friendly service, clean environment, excellent food

We called to find out if gluten free crust was available. The branch called back to offer us to order ahead. We even added to the order later on. No wait time at the counter. Ample parking, wheelchair access, clean dining area and washrooms, courteous and professional service. Pricing comparable to similar establishments.

The service is normally good, but when there are pick up special's.. ohh they are all over the place long waits order systems get mixed up.

Quick service. Great food. UPDATE: Tried their Chicken Carbonara Pasta, Bread sticks, Specialty Chicken and Philly Cheese steak for the first time. They did not disappoint. Top notch in taste and flavour.

Domino's is my top pizza personally and they never disappointed me yet, their thin crusts are always super crunchy and I love that, they don't skimp on the toppings (thank you for that), I never had to wait for my pizza (most times I order online but even if I order say 15 minutes away from the place the food is ready when I arrive) the service is great and the staff are friendly

Proper social distancing is enforced by the management. Clean place and very friendly and helpful staff. Ordered my pizza and cashier took my name, which she addressed me by the entire time. I felt like an Appreciated customer. When my order came my transport had not returned, fornme to go so I sat a bit. When they did return, I was taken up by my phone and did not see them. The cashier saw them and indicated, "Mr. Ancil, your transport has arrived". I was amazed by her service. Keep this up. I am definitely going to return and being more persons. Thanks again.

Quick, efficient and friendly service. Ordered and out the door in 20 mins. Pizza was excellent. Recommend the signature cheese steak pizza. Will definitely be back to try other pizzas. Dessert though good, not worth the price.

Had the chicken bacon alfredo pizza. Enjoyed it. Interesting and tasty - a bit salty though. Was impressed with dough quality. New restaurant- still nice and clean. Good service. Excellent online ordering/ tracking system

Corn meal dough pizza really makes a difference. The texture was light and the toppings covered the entire pizza. The lava cake is a must so rich and decadent.

Order online is very easy and you can pay in advance via a CC . Pick up time is usually 20mins and very prompt .

The food was great, service can still need some in house training, a bit on the pricey side though

Best Fast food chain.. In the past years quality is hit and miss but... 90% they hit the mark.. Try their veggie pizza and thank me later.

Firstly they got the order wrong. Second they fixed it and give me the wrong order at no extra charge.

The quality of the pizza has drastically reduced! I'm ashamed to say Pizza Hut is currently better than Domino's 😩

I've had 2 dine-in visits thus far. The pizza is well made and their chicken is well seasoned. The pasta dishes leaves something to be desired, not very filling and doesn't taste like anything. On my second visit my gf and I ordered 2 pasta dishes and waited for our order - after a 15minute wait we were presented with 2 chicken sandwiches... Clearly not our order. Whilst the attendant was pleasant, she made no effort to correct our order or refund us - I'm not a confrontational person so we decided to sit and eat the sandwiches that we didn't want.I do believe this may be an isolated event but, very disappointing customer service nonetheless.

I saw a great difference with ethnicity. A colleague of mine was there at the same time and we both bought the same thing and the cashier opened the door for she to exit and there I was struggling to open the door and exiting. It outright of racialism there

I can't believe people in trinidad eat this lol, I mean it's good if your starving , if your hungry not so much . In the states people only buy this kind of pizza when they have no money , otherwise they buy from a real pizza place

I will start by saying dominos is my favorite pizza. I prefer it over the other big chain pizza outlets. I like both veg and meat feast and my favourite sauce is garlic. I ordered online and collected. This is the first time eating dominos in Trinidad. The restaurant was large with working AC and WiFi. Staff was courteous. Order was slightly delayed. I ordered the special of buy one large and get another free. The pizza looked good and smelt good. Condiments like ketchup, pepper and mustard was available and I ordered a garlic sauce. The garlic sauce was yellow not the usual white colour. Sadly I did not like the beef pizza, tasted like burnt cheese, the veggie tasted slightly better. The garlic sauce was awful. My parents liked the pizza but also didn't like the garlic sauce. Maybe the garlic sauce was off. It was a shock. I know different countries have different seasonings and sauces etc but this was way off from other dominos I have tasted.

Okay food choices but they're the highest price around. There are loads of cheaper options with better tasting pizza.

So the last time I visited @Domino's, it was the Gulf City/La Romain branch. I ordered a Buffalo chicken large pizza (best one btw). When I received my pizza order it was not correct, I received a thin crust pizza that I did not ask for although it was buffalo chicken. What I should have received was a normal Pizza and the crust was supposed to be the garlic butter crust. On my realization I walked back into the store from my car explained what I'm seeing while showing it to the cashier she then took my pizza from me went to the back and spoke to her supervisor who I am assuming would have told them to Simply spread the garlic butter on the thin crust of the pizza. The pizza is already made and crackly because I did not ask for anything new crust and they entirely thin pizza. And then she brings the box back to me opens it and says he has your pizza after all they did was spread the garlic butter on it. I was very much disappointed in this service because other branches would have taken at Pizza back made a new correct Pizza and make sure it had the garlic butter on it and then giving it to me. The gulf City branch disappointed me and I would continue to prefer the Montrose Branch where customer service there is impeccable even the area Pizza Hut Avenue branch and the arima branch just off the highway are great. Still loved Domino's just out of bad experience

Veggie pizza was drenched in oil it soaked up 2 napkins! The meat pizza was less oily. Quality wasn't good it's more pricy then other pizza places. So first and last time trying dominos

The entire pizza had about 3 pieces of chicken with some green peppers. It was like eating a pizza with no toppings except some pizza sauce that I paid $120 for. Definitely won't be returning to that branch. Edit: They told me they would've contacted me to make things right but they never did and ignored my complaint after acting like they cared. They definitely lost some customers.
