This place is always delicious, always have a really nice server, and always a great atmosphere, even on game days. I always recommend it to my friends when we go out, solid 5 stars
We ordered pizza to take out, the order arrived fast and the pizza was still warm. The base is thin and the toppings are tasty.
had a pani pasta with meat sauce and garlic bread. was super delish! the sauce had a nice mild spicy tingly taste to it which was great! the garlic bread wasnt too garlicy which my nom liked but i really like garlic. only thing. i could say needs improvement is the large pasta isnt very large, was more like a medium. so if u can eat alot (like i can) maybe go for the family size
The food was excellent, the pizzas were tasteful, the waitress was really friendly. I really recommend this place, being in the neighborhood and not going to this restaurant would be a mistake! 10/10
good place to eat. not expensive at all and the plate sizes are good. excelent service. Steven was amazing, excelent memory. on my visit to San Francisco this have been one of the best services that I had received.
Tried chicken breast pizza and a special one from the menu. Both were pretty amazing. Loved the thin crust and the variety of toppings.
Stopped in before going to fan fest ordered the ravioli platter..delicious!! Enjoyed watching the chefs toss the pizza dough! Service was excellent!
Authentic pizza dough and flavor. Anchovies compilmentary on caesar upon request. Served extra parm cheese and hots on the side for takeout. Excellent customer service!
I LOVE the pepperoni pizza well done. they make the pepperoni crispy just how i like it. Doesn't taste very good for the next day though.
MAMMA MIA - THIS IS GOOD - if you haven't tried it - you're crazy - we've ordered from here and the pizza and the wings are Devine - but last night we skipped the pizza and tried the lasagna - mamma Mia this was good - def a must for anyone and everyone looking for great tremendous delicious Italian - I LOVE THIS PLACE AND YOU WILL TOO
Great food always. We came before a Giants game and even though we had to wait for a table we got served fast, enjoy the food and still made it to the game on time
Delicious pizza, although a little pricy. Delivery came with plenty extra cheese and pepper on the side, which was much appreciated.
On your way to the ball game, you'll see a stand selling $5 pizza as a pre-game special. Get it -- it's better than the pizza in the park, and way cheaper than anything you can buy in there.
Pizza was delicious! Service was a little lacking considering it wasn't very busy. Highly recommend the place, though!!
Great pizza. Close to Oracle. Loved the bread sticks.

Its always great food but experienced outstanding customer service today! To get a pizza and pasta for Vegetarian + no egg, no onion, no garlic seems almost impossible but we did and my parents had a great time! Thank you so much Amici's for making this evening memorable.
Seriously some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. This is the second time we have visited and it was just as outstanding as the first time. It baffles me why people are not lined out the door for this place!! We live out of town otherwise I would eat here at least once a week.. soooo good!

Everything about Amici's was spot on except for the pizza. The pizza was a bit dry (not enough sauce) and the bottom of the pizza tastes like it was dragged over charcoal.
Pizza tasted very good with a few beers. Location very close to AT&T ballpark. Great atmosphere
I'm from the East Coast, so if you have East Coast in the name of your pizzeria then you have a lot to live up to. This place did not disappoint but to put in on par with say New York Pizza would be a stretch. If I could compare it to anything it would be the Brooklyn stye pizza by Dominos. Though better than Dominos by far. One of the rating criteria that I use with take out/delivery restaurants is the amount of time it takes them to deliver and the quality of the food when it arrives. I mean it could be amazing when it comes of the oven but then has to travel for a time to reach the final destination which will take a toll on the food. So with that being said I would say that it got to my place in about 30 minutes and the pizza was still hot, so there is that. Over all, it's a pretty good place when you are in the mood for delivery pizza. I really should go and get a slice at the actual restaurant. I'll put this place on my list. But until then there is this and this is my opinion.
Buca Di Beppo is no more... but Amici's does have the family size pasta. We shared the Caesar Salad and Spaghetti with Meatballs. I usually order pizzas which are always delicious, but wanted something different. Unfortunately, my daughter received a lipstick stained glass.
They have a perfect outdoor area on the sidewalk for warm days in the city. Food is good, simple menu and tasty. Service was very good too, I wasn't expecting that because of the location, but definitely would go back there. Prices are very reasonable.
Amici's Pizza is a good place to unwind with their quite, just mellow ambiance. With a great service of the waiters. Good pizza, pasta and soups. A nice place for the family.
Great service. Pizzas are okay. Not always solid all around so it may be difficult to handle since it is softer in the middle of the pizza on the tray.
Lasagna was great, small plate was just enough to have for dinner. Pizza was ok

I have a different opinion about this restaurant. I think his pizza is delicious, like the combination of rich tomato sauce and tender pork cubes. The thick Italian tomato meat sauce has a sweet and sour taste. You can eat the tender texture of pork cubes in one bite.
i love this place. as a small child, they are always really kind to me and understanding of the mess i made. they have a pretty good placement for drawing and a decent selection of crayons. the kids menu is what you'd expect - some plain pasta (my favorite) type dishes and pizza. my dad love the meatball parmesan sandwich, but know that they only have it at lunch. overall, a great family restaurant.

We order from amici's at the office quite often. Its decent pizza, its in a different class than a pizzahut or escape from new york. This is more of a bring a fancy date to eat a slice of pizza type of place. Its fancy pizza but it reminds me of california pizza kitchen just double the price. Worth a try but I personally am not too excited about it.
I'm not to fond of Amici's, there I said it :) as a chain they are pretty decent but you can find a lot of great specialty pizza options for the same price when your in the city. The ambience here is pretty good and the place is open late(great to swing by after a Giants game)
I've been here a few times, usually in a last-minute hurry for food before heading into a ballgame or concert at the ballpark. Everyone is very friendly at Amici's. The problem is the pizza. It is way too greasy and salty. You can literally take a slice, fold it in half, and squeeze the grease out of it like a sponge. On top of that I find everything to be overpriced for what you get. And please take the Celtics and Red Sox pictures off the wall. This is sacrilege across the street from the home of the Giants. Do you think pizza places near Fenway Park have pictures of the Giants adorning their walls?
Pizza was great, however, the service was disgusting, One waitee sneezed in his hand and wiped it on his pants, walk to the front looked at something walked back to the drinks and started pouring ice into the drinks and soda and put a lemon on the drink without washing his hands. Another waiter cough right in the air without covering his mouth next to the drinks. That really disgusted me out and I almost got up and walked away then.
I'm not going to agree with the blurb written here about Amici's. Amici's pizza, though created by an East Coaster... is just not East Coast pizza. It is a no frills pizza shop sure...but there's just something about the pizza's that doesn't work. Maybe a bit of the crust just isn't right. It get's soggy. And they're absurdly greasy!
The pizza tasted good but the thin crust was very limp and undercooked. The price was also much higher than some of the other pizzerias in the area. I would only try this place again if there were no other options at all.
I would give it more stars but food is not consistent. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's really bad hit or miss. Love the people and place is nice. Just wish food was on point
I had the margarita pizza and it was decent in taste and vegetarian friendly!
Pizza too thin, greasy, and soggy on the bottom. The wings and service was great though. Skipping the pizza next time.

Good pizza, but definitely not NY quality. It can be a bit greasy and you also can't buy a single slice, only a small pie, so you will need to spend a minimum of $10 to eat here. On the positive side, very friendly staff and if you have dietary restrictions, this place is great -- you can get vegan cheese and/or gluten free crust.
This is the only other pizza besides Arinell's in SF that actually tastes like a NY slice. The pizza is outstanding in my opinion, but the price is outrageous. $25+change for a large cheese? I'd give flavor 5 stars but value 1 star.
There a multiple Amici's in SF, but this one is a bit unique because of its proximity to the ballpark. That means there's a lot of busy nights at Amici's before a Giants home game. The pizza is good. The service is good too. Though, with thin crust it makes for a light meal.

Photos still show this being a nice sit down restaurant. It is takeout only but they still charge sit down restaurant prices.
Not a big fan of New York pizza, but if you like it, maybe you'll like Amici's. Kinda chainy and sterile, but that means it's also spacious and clean. Gimme a dirty Mr. Pizza Man any day.
Decent pizza but overpriced in relation to what you get, painfully slow service and quite messy. I was charged for the bill of another table of three people while I was there by myself!

I ordered a pizza, salad, and chicken wings at 8:10pm on a Friday. After delivering the wrong order, I sent the delivery person back to get the correct order. They didn’t speak English and couldn’t help inform me if the next steps. After waiting ~20 minutes and not receiving any word, I called the service number. That person didn’t speak English and couldn’t help. After finding the number for the satellite kitchen on google, I called and left a voicemail. Someone called me back and said they would correct the issue. I asked for fresh, hot food to be made and for a discount. I was told I would get both. After another 30 minutes with no updates, I called again. Someone picked up and said the food would be delivered shortly. The food arrived at 9:50pm. It was cold, soggy pizza, rubbery wings that are tasteless, and a salad that looked like it was packed days ago. I’d say that this is a failed attempt at food delivery and it has diminished the brand and broken my loyalty. I am no longer a customer if they sacrifice service, quality, my time, and most importantly my trust. Only have it two stars as they did eventually deliver what I ordered. Even if it was nearly two hours after I ordered it. Not expecting that refund, although, I think it is the right thing for them to do at this point.
Maybe it was my uber driver not packing it correctly but it shows up ice cold and tossed around in the box.

"A 4.85% surcharge will be added to each guest check due to the higher cost of doing business in The City of San Francisco." If the city of San Francisco is too expensive to run a business, I certainly won't be giving them additional funds to help them operate. Ridiculous.
This location is out of business. Unfortunately I took a Lyft there with my young child for a late night snack, only to discover the place is shut down, like many of the businesses in the area.
Takes 20 mins to make 2 days old pizza not even warmed up. $26 for 3 slices.

Although the pizza has great flavor, I am rating 1 star for the soggy pizza. Bread is too chewy. I was not notified of my order and received a cold pizza. Also I think it's too overrated. Price is ridiculously high. And I am not sure why they charged me delivery fee when I picked it up myself. Do I want to eat there again?? I don't know..the cloud kitchen service is really horrible.
36$ for a pizza. Waited 25 minutes and pizza was not cooked all the way. Didn’t look at it until back to room. Not a good value for money. Slice brothers is WAY better!
So disappointed! We been ordering Amici's from the Lombard location 2-3 per month for probably the last fifteen years. Pizza was always delivered quickly and was consistently good. The first couple pizzas delivered from this new kitchen were not as good and definitely took longer to arrive. Now, however, they've switched to a $45 minimum order which is hard to get to when ordering pizza for two. Sadly, we have to find a new go-to pizza.
