Plenty of seating, outlets, and provides free WiFi. Also has misc classic and modern books to read. Service is excellent and the atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. Hardly got far reading the menu because everything sounded amazing! My vegetable sandwich and salad arrived within 3 min of ordering, yet were both high quality, fresh, and had complicated yet balanced flavors and textures. Presentation is elegant for the average cafe, price is right, could see myself taking a date here. Added bonus - they have soy drinks and goat cheese for those with dietary restrictions!

During my vacation, this was my favorite place to eat among all other restaurants. Their vegetarian sandwiches are inscrutably delicious, as well as the frittatas. Your order arrives promptly and the service is very kind. I don’t like tomato soup, but however they had made it was amazing. This cafe will be my favorite memory of San Francisco.

Really chill vibe the employees were really friendly and the food was fast and really good. I got the New Yorker sandwich loved the crispy bread as well as the sauce it went really well together, nice light meal for brunch Also highly recommend the caramel apple cider

This place is always so awesome. Great breakfasts. Terrific sandwiches. Even the side salad that comes with your meal is usually pretty damn good. The owner is such a nice guy. Love this place. I can't recommend it enough.

What an incredible find! Warm and friendly place with awesome espresso drinks,  an extensive sandwich menu and delightful breakfast menu. My Vegetable Frittata was so yummy. The patio was a sweet bonus on this beautiful Sunday afternoon and the proximity to Golden Gate Park made for a perfect weekend outing :)

The service is wonderful, the baristas are kind and happy, which does a lot to make others kind and happy. The walk up to the place in the morning is nice, if a bit cold. The coffee isn't too sweet, such that you can taste the coffee. Inside, the building has a feeling of history like many buildings in San Francisco, but the interior is kind and neat as well. Cafe La Flore drips of pleasantness.

Food was amazing, we only went and got some coffee and bread, owner’s service was great! We bonded since we’re of the same culture! He recommended spots to visit and things to see since it was our first time in san fran. Definitely worth coming, prices are reasonable. Forsure coming back!

I only give 5 star reviews at this point and only if the place interests me on some level. I'm also very critical. I ordered the huevos rancheros without meat ( no charge reduction ) and egg whites ( up charge ). Every thing was very good except the store bought tortillas. Very peculiar. The portion was small. The music was loud. Truth be told I will not be back soon. I will also probably take this review down eventually.

This quaint little place is a SF gem! It was my first time here and the personnel were amazing! The atmosphere was great. There is outdoor seating in the beautiful sun today but we sat inside for our little meeting. I would love to come back one day. This song was playing to the violín! I've never heard this version!

Quite good food and very well crafted and freshly made. The ingredients and the food aren't unusual or exotic but they get the basics bang-on good. Very good pricing too though, with about a Jackson for two peeps' eats. That's extremely rare for SF eating out. I recommend eating immediately in the car the food picked up because the sandwich breads toasted warm is excellent when still warm. I don't order delivery, therefore, although not bad. I order the special breakfast, the pastrami breakfast sandwich and the tomato soup most often and are really good. Like I said, nothing over the top but still good, eh?

I love this cafe. The staff are welcoming and really care about their customers. Coffee is excellent and have never had a bad meal. Check them out! 2025 update: still my favorite coffee

Small quaint cafe. Greeted with a warm smile….. tuna sandwich was delicious. They have smoothies too in case ones not into caffeinated drinks . Paid street parking right outside the entrance

I got a breakfast burrito with sausage and a drip coffee. Both were just decent. The eggs were somewhat watery, the rest of the ingredients didn’t taste well seasoned and the sausage reminded me of a diced frozen patty.

Coffee was weak and that was the most flavorless soggy poor tasting burrito Ive eve had. It had a milky tomato liquid running out of it. Eggs had no spice. Service was great. Food was terrible coffee was weak

I don’t know who rates the food here but it’s incredible underwhelming. Frozen bagels and hashbrowns heated up in the microwave. The breakfast burrito 🌯 one of the smallest ones and also fake eggs inside. Our little one commented it was sad 😂

Overpriced and undersized vegetarian breakfast burrito, with bad combination of flavors, quite bizarre ingredient combo. It's like nobody tasted that before they put it on the menu. For less money I could get a proper sized end delicious veg burrito at Gordo's. Wish I had. Even more significantly, the single worst mocha I've ever had. In the whole of my life I can never remember having one that was worse than this. It tasted like it was made with dirty dishwater, strange watery consistency, barely any chocolate flavor, not sweet, just all around so bad. I love mochas, but this was terrible. I would've thrown it away but I needed the caffeine, I just downed it quickly, did not enjoy. And again, for less money I could've gotten something delicious elsewhere. I've walked by this place so many times, decided to try it finally, nah. Never again.

Nastiest coffee I’ve had. I think if you’re going to call yourself a cafe you should serve really good coffee, but I have had better coffee at a gas station.
