We got both the Matcha and Hojicha lattes. The matcha is pretty good honestly, no complaints there, though it was batch-made. This was my first time trying Hojicha, and while it was freshly made and very flavorful, it came out pretty gritty, and it seemed to be not fully mixed since there was still a lot of the powder suspended in solution rather than dissolved, so it was grainy while drinking. Overall, though this place does receive great reviews so maybe this was a fluke. I would be open to coming back again, but for the price and experience I received, I just can’t give it five stars yet.

absolutely love the matcha soft serve it’s kinda busy in the food court but overall the ice cream makes up for that. They have cones and a lot of modifications for you if you need.

Got their matcha soft serve with gold on it. It was delicious, but took awhile for them to get our order. We had three orders after us get theirs before they even made ours. Also got the banana matcha, which is not good. It tasted super artificial.

The staff are nice and the drinks are good, but definitely not worth if you face an incredibly long line. I enjoyed the banana matcha, but would ask for extra ice next time since mine was kind of lukewarm.

Tasty matcha vanilla ice cream. Red bean was good and not too sweet. The mochi balls were so soft and chewy (too bad you only get two little ones). The cup it came in was rather small and doesn't even fill to the top!

We came here around 9:30pm at night for dessert. There was a short line that moved very quickly, and the staff fulfilled our order within minutes. The matcha and vanilla ice cream cone was good, but the waffle cone was the highlight since it was crispy and not too heavy. I also got the cheese foam matcha latte just to compare it with the ones I got from Izumi Matcha and Maruwu Seicha. The cheese foam here felt slightly heavy, and the matcha latte tasted slightly watery and wasn't creamy enough. I would say this place is better than Izumi Matcha, but Maruwu Seicha is still the best for both drinks and soft serve.

Black sesame latte is weak, a bit watered down. Adzuki sundae was delicious, matcha flavor is rich. The place is in the first floors of Japan Center Mall-no seats inside the shop but a couple outside in the mall area.

I ordered matcha and vanilla ice cream. Delicious ice cream flavor, not too sweet. The queue was quite crowded due to the holiday, but the staff worked quite quickly so I didn't have to wait long. It takes about 10 minutes to have ice cream. The small shop has no seats, you can bring ice cream to a chair in the middle of the mall to eat.

Nice place to get dessert for a bite. The line can be absurdly long so planning to go before attending really helps. Opted for a cone on a hot busy day. It was alright, a bit overhyped I felt for the popularity it gets. The ice cream definitely emphasizes the nice creaminess of the treat but flavor is a bit flat. Quantity is a bit on the lower end which doesn’t make sense paying the higher price you pay.

Stopped in for the Golden Sho-Gun (24K Golden Soft Serve). The screen in the shop shows a cone fully draped in gold leaf; what I received was a small patch of gold on one side, with the rest of the swirl bare. The matcha itself is creamy and pleasantly bitter-sweet and the waffle cone is fresh, so flavor-wise it’s solid. But the draw here is the gold, and the presentation didn’t match the advertising. At $11.90, it feels overpriced for what’s essentially a gold-leaf accent. Either apply the gold as pictured or update the menu to show what’s actually served. I’d come back, but for the regular matcha—it’s the better value.

Can't say the matcha/vanilla cones we got were anything special flavor-wise. If you have kids they'll enjoy them, but if your dessert palate is even slightly refined you can definitely do without their ice cream. Very bland ice cream to be honest; their mini cheesecake pies were decent though. Excellent service here.

I was very excited hearing about this from family and friends, but they were very stingy with portions. My drink came like this, not filled to the top like i expected from a reputable matcha cafe.

Soft serve always tastes great, but matcha latte is definitely a pass for me. Too sweet, gritty & clumpy, also not freshly made. Asked for extra matcha powder, but that didn’t make it better at all.
