The service was unbelievably fast, and the team was friendly and efficient — I was in and out in no time. I decided to try the Bacon and Cheese Chicken Sandwich, and it was fantastic. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, topped with sizzling bacon and melted cheese that made every bite heavenly. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and just the right size. It’s safe to say this is my new go-to order! I’ll definitely be back soon for another round. Highly recommend this Popeyes location for both speed and quality!

Updated from 1 to 4 - I made a random visit on tuesday, seems like they have a special discount on Tuesdays, thus they are well stuffed today, and the service is much better than my last visit when they understuffed. I understand they have a lot of doordash orders, but the in store experience is nearly horrible, I had to wait with no receipt number, everything is slow for in store orders, and they forgot to give me sauce packets while I saw they made sure those are included for deliveries.

It's your typical city Popeyes - pretty grimy, usually pretty busy, but it gets the job done. I came at a pretty busy time of the evening on a weekday and I was in and out in about 25 minutes. The chicken and fries were tasty as usual for Popeyes. The sitting area is not exactly the cleanest, but for takeout purposes there really isn't anything to complain.

Popeyes must have the best chicken. I stood in line behind a man wanting to kill the man next to him over a misunderstanding about who was first in line. I did walk to safeway for about five minutes to make sure things calmed down first. At least my meal was tasty.

Popeyes is in a horrible strip mall. One does not feel safe. People are hanging out. The chicken was average. It was room temperature. However, I didn't bother trying to get fresh food due to the area. Food discarded, to never return.

Really nice and tasty food for a fast chain. Small and not many places to sit. But I'm not sure if we were unlucky or what happened. Me and my friend both had a day of upset stomach afterwards. However, all things considered I could go back again for cheap, good food.

2.5 stars really. This place is great on Tuesday as they have a $1.49 for two pieces of chicken deal that makes the completely unappealing dining area worth ignoring while you wait for the 30 seconds it takes to get your order. Seriously, kudos to this chain for managing to keep something affordable for the masses to enjoy.

Food is fine, but the staff really need to improve... seem to not know how to work the cashier, e.g. when using credit card, and line management poor, e.g. customers waiting for a long time and it turns out the food was just sitting there at the back and they just didn't call out and the food delivery drivers seem to have a tough time getting their orders also

Food is good but management/corporate needs to come up with a better system for order pick up. Put the orders’ status on a screen or something. Everyone is crowding to pick up their orders. At least with orders through the app, they don’t start preparing till you let them know you’re there. Because of the confusion people are always getting frustrated and/or yelling at the workers who are legitimately working very hard. I feel bad them; they deserve better

The chicken is good and the staff are pleasant and seem to do their best, but the wait times can be ridiculous, sometimes 30-40 minutes for a simple order.

My online order was prepared within 20 minutes of submitting it at 6 PM, but the pick-up line moved pretty slowly. They also forgot 2 of the 5 entrees I ordered, and the app chatbot only offered a $3 refund, but fortunately Popeyes support was very reasonable and offered $15 for my next visit. The food that I did get was prepared perfectly.

Service here is awful. It's been a while since the chicken sandwich was released and my complaint still hasn't been resolved. I've tried to get a chicken sandwich here 4 times and only been successful 2 of those times. Once I only got half my order (which is the unresolved complaint). Tonight I went in to try and talk to someone before close and also grab a sandwich. I got there 15 minutes before close and was told they stop serving the sandwiches 10 minutes before close. Would have been nice to know before waiting 10 minutes in line.

I'm a fan of Popeyes but not this location. The entire place is very unclean. I don't even feel comfortable waiting for my food there. Also expect to wait between 15-20 minutes to get your food. The employees aren't the nicest people either. The only reason I come to this Popeyes is because of the free parking in the adjacent parking lot.

It's as if something missing from my order is done on purpose. Example:No chicken? But two biscuits. I thought it was because of delivery order but experienced the same each time for pickup orders.

Just by pass this place. We ordered a 3 pc spicy. The chicken was tasteless and I ordered spicy. Even if I had not, the flavor was super bland. The only saving grace were the sides, the red beans and rice were tasty as were the fries (granted I was starved and ate the fries on the drive home. We also ordered a chicken sandwich. That was the item I was expecting to be awful (the last time I had one, not from this store, made me feel queasy.) It was actually pretty good. My other issue with this place (and other fast food places) is that they allow the person at the register who handles money, fill your drink order. Yeah... they touch the top... palm open over the top to snap it on. Looks like cross contamination to me. The person packing the food was shocked I asked her to get my drink and not the guy at the register. I explained why. She was unfazed. Now I'm praying she doesn't do double duty and my request was for naught. 🙄

After hearing another customer complain about the freshness and warmth of the food, I noticed the supervisor who appeared to be the only English speaker among the serving crew leaving to go on break. I stopped her before she left in case I had the same problem to inform the crew to serve me fresh and hot biscuit. I would not have to worry if I knew that others could understand me, and be able to respond to any matters that would arise.

Every time I’ve gone to this location it has been littered with trash, leftover boxes of food from customers, and a dirty-looking environment. Managers really need to make sure that, at intervals, during what is obviously a very busy location that the front of the house is picked up. Signage to encourage customers to clean up after themselves would be a good thing. Cleanliness issues plague this particular location. And, perhaps hiring security to help maintain order when the line ropes out the door is highly recommended.

I’ve also had my order made incorrectly multiple times, so I now check my bag before even driving away. Parking lot is also a little sketchy and run down.

Horrible experience here. I would be very careful placing a pick up/mobile order as they apparently fulfill orders ONLY on a Name basis (NOT receipt). I just happened to get unlucky that day that they guy right behind me happened to have the exact same name as me so after he picked up his order and I told the guy my name was also Timothy, he refused to believe me and told me the other guy took my order - because apparently you can't have two of the same name in the same day (no logic whatsoever). I even showed my receipt and the guy still didn't believe me. Basically yelled at me to re-order or leave. Eventually, he told me he wouldn't be serving me, and I was simply asking him to check again as kindly as possible in this absurd situation. I would go at your own risk. Horrible employees who don't care and AGAIN fulfill orders on a NAME basis as opposed to an actual receipt... Hopefully there isn't someone in the line with the same name as you, otherwise, you're order will either get messed up or you just won't get anything.. like me

I ordered via DoorDash and one of my side items was missing. They didn’t provide any of the sauces I requested and the sprite I got tasted like water. Waste of money.

Not happy at all. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, guess what? It had no pickles, no spicy sauce, drier than Dubai's desert. The casher? Slower than a turtle 🐢. We literally stood in line for about 7 minutes because he did not know what he was doing.

The staff was extremely rude, and the service was unacceptably slow. I waited 45 minutes for a single order, and there was no communication or concern shown during the wait. Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers are also customers, but the staff treated drivers disrespectfully and acted unprofessionally. Overall, there was a clear lack of customer service and accountability. Very disappointing experience.
