There is no seating here. I mean, there is seating, but no one can use it. It's either drive through or grab and go. You cannot eat your food here unless you are standing up. Service is great if you speak Spanish. If you don't then it's 50/50 that they will understand your question. If they understand or think they understand, they will respond. If they don't know what you are saying then they will just quietly walk away and continue working. But the food quality is very good for Burger King!

This Burger King that's near 30th and St Luke's hospital is large clean and definitely a nice peaceful sight to visit easily accessible with the mission 14 bus the 49 bus as well as the 27th and the buses that run down Valencia Street. Convenience shopping at the salvation army down the street as well as the vendors from its location in either direction

Lightning fast service. Food just like it is at any Burger King. Location and activities in area around this location unfortunately aren't the best.

The staff is great here, they do the best that they can regardless of things that occur to the restaurant. They are very accepting of orders placed after 9PM on the app, to be picked up on foot in the drive-thru. They also accept paper coupons.

I've never had any issues here. I've always received the same service as any Burger King I've been to. $1.50 for 10 chicken nuggets is a hell of a deal. Not the greatest part of town perhaps, but I don't come here to be surrounded by awesome people.

The staff is fast and efficient very courteous and multilingual. Dining of course is still closed and there are signs that say max 4 persons at all times allowed in ordering/pickup area. You can order ahead via mobile app for less impact/exposure during covid.

BK has come in clutch a bunch of times but this one in San Francisco was very polite and makes it your way. No bathrooms 😬 Killer whopper juniors though

As fast food goes, it was Burger King. Nothing spectacular just fast food. Decent and friendly service. No eat in option. Looks a bit run down on the outside and the kiosk have been disconnected. Fresh breakfast sandwiches and crispy hash browns. Quick, inexpensive eat.

Homeless hanging out on the drive-thru lane. They've been harmless, but still they shouldn't be allowed to beg there. The Whopper jr.'s were not very good. The regular Whoppers were decent.

Service is good with friendly staff. I remember this place back in the days when you could sit and eat inside. Now is a very different atmosphere with ALL that's going on (if you know what I mean).

There was an awful smell, the food was good, every time my wife and I spoke the person on two tables over would snore even louder, we took the hint and moved. The food was good, the French fries were on the cold side. Some times it is real good.

It would be nice if they actually reopen this restaurant you can't sit in there and eat your food anymore it's been like that since before covid-19 and they really need to get ice cream cones you can have ice cream but you only get it in the plastic I really want to come I've been asking for 3 years now and they stopped taking EBT a long time ago and you don't have any plans of redoing it they should take EBT they really should this neighborhoods for people like myself I need to accept EBT. PS I wish they would open the bathroom! This area is a bathroom desert there's no bathroom for a mi each direction. It would be so nice if we could use the bathroom. I bet if the bathroom was open there'd be a lot less feces and piss everywhere around this place. When people close down their bathrooms people still have to go you guys and so they're going to go somewhere it's all over in the front and the alley in the street and on the sides of the building so I think you should be up in your bathroom so people can actually go into the bathroom and use it just food for thought no pun intended PPS there should be some kind of city ordinance that if you serve food or drinks you have to open your bathroom because it just pushes it out on the street everywhere it's sick and then the city has to clean it up but they really don't clean it up it's just everywhere it's nasty so I think they should make businesses that sell food and drinks stuff that you know makes you have to go to the bathroom and have a bathroom they should have to have it open make sense to me.

The location looks like the result of a zombie apocalypse, the fries are usually a bit under cooked, but the staff is friendly. I will trade them an upgrade to 4 stars for more consistently done fries and tots. And an upgrade to 5 stars if they fix the broken windows.

Staff is very novice and or doesn't care for paying attention to the order you place. Unfortunately every time I go to here my order is wrong. I mean Everytime! Long waits with little to no line. Dirty outside of entry door and line order area. Security dudes do nothing to wackos interfering and bothering customers. Most of the employees are very friendly and really seem to listen to your order, but it gets messed up at least for me. Big thing is food is never hot. I always like to keep hope it will be better when I go and try again

Food was good except my mozzarella sticks were cold,looked like they have been sitting in the warmer for a good minutes, so I took them back and spoke -or should I say tried to speak with a lady who barely spoke English. Well I guess she spoke good enough English to tell me there was nothing she was going to do because I took a bite out of one mozzarella stick. Like seriously WTH did she except me to do or how else would I tell if they were cold, feel my food first?! Luckily a very pleasant & helpful young man, named Johnathan (whom which could tell what I was saying & could say more than "NO. You eat already so NO. (All the first lady could say)) took over and very quickly & efficiently helped solve the problem. Thank you Jonathan!

Was disappointed that their dine-in area was closed off with yellow tape as of Saturday, Feb. 4th 2023 around 7pm. Don't know if dine-in is permanently closed, or only at particular times. Was unable to ask by phone - called the number, it says they are using call screening so say your name. I did, but they did not answer. Gave up after 2 calls. Perhaps they decided it was not worth it to hire security or to pay for employees to clean tables and restrooms. Who knows? Food is good, so wanted to give them some stars for that.

Burger King sucks! But if you around late and need food - go (walk) to the drive throu late and they will still take your order:)

This is more than a Burger King, I went up to the upper level where I only saw a few people and that was because there were people sleeping at the tables. Looks like a flop house and the place was pretty dirty. I walked 15 blocks to get here so I ordered the food and it was fine. No complaints. But I'll never come here again.

Typical, for some reason every Burger King i have visited screw something up, like tonight I ordered a $9.95 hamburger special and the meat was not only dry but tasted like it was two days old, at least the management took the time to make another burger, fresh off the grill and it was delicious, that's why I gave it a 2 star instead of a 1 star. People please make sure that they get your order correct and fresh, remember years ago when Burger King was known for special orders don't upset us what in the hell happened??? You don't have to take second hand service or quality, complain about it, maybe if enough people do that, things may change? Don't hold your breath :)

Under staffed and even more under trained. Always dirty. They don't hire security any more so it's truly the new homeless shelter until.they close at night. I could go on and on about this location. I would like to see them close clean the whole place top to bottom restaurant to kitchen. They need to train there staff correctly!!? I hope they fix the issues I mentioned because it is sad that so many people wanted to due drive through which was closed because they only had 3 people on a Saturday night with no manger to be seen anywhere.

3 customers inside and the 2 employees seemed overworked. It took 6 minutes before they paid attention to me standing at the pickup window. I actually had to make myself noticeable, although I was in plain sight. Not only that, they had not even to begun preparing the pre-ordered order, which caused an additional delay of at least 5 minutes. All a bit of a nightmare if you're on a tight schedule. I'm sure the employees are hard working and I value their service - but apparently there is a lack of organization and time management.

I come in everyday after work after night shift....there run of of biscuits early morning long before breakfast is over. I manage a business & if we are out something that people want then I buy more cus you make more money & customers are happy. This is one of many problems.....so I went to more busy bk downtown 20 min after breakfast & after telling my issues with van Ness they said come here we never run out. People that work every day don't have time for that, they want what they want period. Hope they get there stuff together here. I'll be taking a break from here.

I feel that it is a huge waste that the entire seating area is blocked off never to be used again according to the workers there and as long as I've been going there it is not been opened it is a plenty of tables and tablespace and it is closed off I do not know why it makes no sense and no one has a decent explanation it's clear that it used to be functional at some point so whatever they were doing at that time they should try it again himt hint. Also my honest opinion it always takes a long time the workers move very slow it's intentional it seems. I understand they have lots of duties but I've seen like maybe two customers inside and probably one or two cars to drive through and it just took a ridiculously long time and this is not the only time sometimes the workers will be just standing there staring at people have to shout out hey are you guys going to help us!!! but that's how I feel sorry, not sorry GET IT TOGETHER BURGER KING Y'ALL HELLA LAGGING!!! The workers are great and fast on orders. I don’t like the fact that they have a huge eating area but no one can eat there except the employees. I know there are addicts that probably abuse the lobby but it’s unfair to make the rest of us pay for it

Gross incompetence of the worst kind. They will attempts to overcharge you, first by many dollars (oh, I thought you said "tres" meals despite you not saying a word of Spanish"), than if you notice they will adjust it down to 'only' be tejs of cents over, than they will use a lack of English speaking abilities as a cover if you continue to call them on it. Management here needs to be fired, andreplaced with a leadership team whose first inclination is not to steal from their customers. Don't give this location any of your business; they do not deserve it.

I quit going there over a week and a half ago due to bad service but the only person that seem to care about his job and his customers was the front desk cashier - thank you again. I don't know about everybody else since they seem to slow down on everything all at once and I had to wait for a mighty long time to receive my order due to the long wait. I did not receive my order of cheese burger jr. along with the fries because the staff in the back had forgot to make my food while the people who were waiting behind me had received their orders before me. So I demanded a refund while the manager or whoever offered to make me another one for free, I said no thank you and I left. The next day I got a refund of $8.25 when the original amount was supposed to be $8:47. Now tell me how that makes sense. Just because I waited for a mighty long time doesn't mean you get to keep the extra 25 cents for yourself. I'm sorry but I will never go back to this Burger King. This was my third and last time being there. Also, this one homeless man kept yelling at everyone for everything. Especially when he keeps leaving his stuff on the table as if he lives there. To the homeless guy yelling - if you don't want other customers to touch your things, don't keep leaving them on the table. Thank you for your time to read this review and I do hope this review will help make Burger King like any other Burger King a better and comfortable place to eat.

This place only serves the homeless and it'd be cleaner if they served rats and pigeons instead. The cashier doesn't know how to listen. I had to take off my mask to be heard better and she still managed to get my order wrong. I order large and today I got small.

Plus, all the entrance is full of garbage for the people that has to sit outside as they don’t allow people to sit inside.

Customers order DoorDash from here they forget to add cream n sugar when ask thru the app I order a double sausage croissant sandwich they gave me a a single sausage to many mistakes the workers need to read and give correct order this is unacceptable
