Had an amazing experience at the Giant Club House at SFO! The food was great, but what truly made it special was the exceptional service from Kate — she was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. On top of that, the manager, Wil, was running a tight ship and even made a point to check in with us personally. Fantastic team all around. I’ll 100% be back any time I fly out of SFO!

Great overall experience. I was very surprised at the large portions coming from An airport food spot. The portions were massive and the food was great. I enjoyed all of the Giants memorabilia. My waiter was fast and efficient. If I’m ever back in the San Francisco airport I will stop here again.

I am traveling on a red eye flight and stopped here to enjoy a Paloma and some Tomato Soup and do a little work. My server was Miguel and he was awesome. He provided GREAT customer service and he made me feel comfortable while waiting for my flight. Soup was good and the drinks were strong with good flavor.

Food was very good! Love the clam chowder- even better than the ones from downtown. Our server, Ernie was excellent. He was fast, personable, and anticipated our needs. Bravo!

This may be one of the best restaurants inside a airport ever! They make burgers RARE - toasted brioche bun, they don't have A1 sauce but hey that's forgivable for such an amazing experience at an airport restaurant. Booths are so comfortable and it is really well staffed - love the excellent service Kate

Stopped in for a quick bite. Served by Kate who was outstanding. Very prompt and attentive whilst having polite and enjoyable conversation. I wish there were more like Kate. She made our day more enjoyable

Went in for a quick bite, and they are pretty quick once they get to your table. My server, Kate even checked on me saying that this is usually the time when people start boarding their flights, and got the receipt and all ready for us. I just got the old fashioned and garlic fries. They’re not bad and your usual quick

We stopped in while waiting for our connecting flight and were promptly seated. We were taken care by Miguel, who was great and friendly. We had two burgers and fries and they were good. We recommend getting the regular fries as the garlic fries, while good, are seasoned with garlic a little too much. The clam chowder was excellent

For an airport, there were lots of gluten free options. I ordered a medium well burger that was less than medium. The food was good and the service was better than most airport restaurants.

Food is good Good quality and flavor. My wife had clam chowder. She said it was good. I Had double burger with fries… kept it simple. Server was not attentive in the slightest. I think that was just him… other servers seemed to be attentive to their guests.

Tried to order a couple draft beers off the menu and apparently the menu is out of date so they don’t have those beers anymore. Limited choice of what they did have. Ordered nachos and the kale salad. The nachos were not good. The cheese was that fake gross cheese “product” with absolutely no taste and the kale salad was as if someone dumped a giant bag of chopped kale in a bowl and sprinkled a few sliced almonds and a tablespoon of cranberries on top. So 2 draft beers, some yucky nachos and a giant bowl of kale all for the bargain price of $80 without tip. The only good thing was the server. He was a good guy. A restaurant with the SF GIANTS in their name needs to do better.

Expensive (ok, it's the airport but . . . ) $42 + tip for two bowls of luke warm clam chowder and one vanilla latte. Also ordered some sourdough toast and a salad to go with the meal. But neither had arrived by the time we'd finished our soup so we canceled the bread and salad. The waitress was quite perturbed. I can't ve the only one who wants all my food brought out together. Would not recommend, will not return. Oh, and watched them "washing" off silverware by wiping them with a damp cloth before wrapping them in cloth napkins. Gross!

The saltiest clam chowder I've ever tasted. Couldn't finish it and it was a tiny portion served on a deceiving humongous plate about 3/4 inch deep. Goodbye $17 usd and hello swollen legs for travel.

burger was good but fries were bad. service was fine but then we used their qr code to pay and as we stood up our server came over and stood blocking us from exiting the booth and told us he had to check that we paid. i did not think we gave any indication that we didn’t pay? regardless very weird to purposely stand blocking someone from exiting a booth….once he saw that we had already paid he thanked us for tipping(18%) then moved away from blocking the booth but started clearing our table as we stood up trying to leave even though there other tables with things on them. i did not understand this interaction/service of this place

0 customer service: yesterday morning after my flight landed and decided to order breakfast. When I tried to order the “Norcal Scramble,” the lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Maria) raised her voice and said loudly, “We don’t have that! Go to the menu and tell me what you want.” Her tone was rude and completely unprofessional. Even after I finished ordering, she continued with an attitude, saying things like, “You have to tell me it’s a Priority Pass, you should know that.” It honestly felt like she didn’t want to be there at all — maybe she’s unhappy or not being treated fairly, but that’s no excuse for treating customers this way. Then today, around 1:13 PM, my husband and I came back, and unfortunately, the same woman was there again. She didn’t greet us, didn’t say good morning, nothing. She just looked at us and said, “What do you want to order?” I asked politely if they still had the Norcal Scramble, and she snapped back, “Do you see it on the menu?” I said no, but I ordered it yesterday. She replied, “If it’s not on the menu, why are you asking for it?” again, in a rude and dismissive tone. I said are u okay ? She said yeah why?? I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor or shift lead, and she said, “No, nobody is here, it’s only me.” When I asked for her name, she said “Maria,” but at this point, I don’t even know if that’s her real name. This place is beautiful my friends and I love coming here , but this kind of behavior completely ruins the experience. Customer service should make guests feel welcome, important , respected-not embarrassed or uncomfortable. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training (or replacement) because I will not be coming back after being treated like this twice in a row.

Booth upholstery is ripped, old and dirty. Service is spotty. Avocado toast was dismal and presented worse than what I'd do at home. Avocado they used was so brown it had that old smell to it. Topped with browned eggs and served with a side of dirty fruit--covered in black flecks from a dirty cutting board even after being first sent back for having a dead fruit fly in it. My double espresso and partner's single espresso were exactly the same size (but one still costs more!) and had visible grounds. The only thing decent was the fries. Next time I'll just wait until I get my crappy in-flight meal from United. That's how bad it truly was.
