Opinions de L'Armistizio 1848 San Germano Vercellese
laghetto da Salasco. Atmosfera molto piacevole e cibo ottimo. Abbiamo preso il risotto carnaroli ai pomodorini e formaggio bleu: delizioso. Staff molto gentile e che ispira subito simpatia. Ristorante pizzeria da non mancare.
Una piacevole scoperta! Vista lago, tagliere e riso molto buoni.
Ottimo cibo servizio eccellente ambiente rilassante ..piacevolissima esperienza
Consiglio a chi vuole mangiare bene e gustare prodotti locali!!!! Mi sono trovato bene!!!
Excellent food! Excellent service and atmosphere!! I recommend trying it!!! Thanks Andrea!!!
A fabulous restaurant in the Vercelli area. We went to this restaurant 3 years ago while it was in it's old location. This new location is just as comfortable, and provides a warm dining experience, with one side of the restaurant providing a lovely lakeside dining view. The food this time did not dissapoint as well and the local regional wines from this area of the Piemont were very great. The staff was awesome, friendly, and helpful. If you are passing though on the highway, getting to this restaruant will take a bit more time as Salasco is not a quick stop from the highway, but we recommend that you go anyway. It's a meal and service you will enjoy. We've decided to make it a regular stop on our regional weekend trips to Italy!
The restaurant recently moved to Lake Salasco, and I must say it's a truly beautiful and peaceful place. The food and service have remained the same, which is to say, excellent. The pizzas are delicious, made with quality ingredients; you can find classic pizzas as well as elaborate and unique creations. I highly recommend it.
Pleasant surprise. Booked via the The Fork app for lunch. To be honest, I'm from out of town, and given the small town, I didn't think much of it...but instead...excellent. Friendly, professional, and delicious food. Recommended.
Me and my husband had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. The pizza was incredibly tasty and the overall experience was fantastic. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and great service. It's definitely worth a visit ☺️
In Salasco, a welcoming and pleasant restaurant with an outdoor seating area overlooking the small square. We organized a dinner with friends, featuring a typical Piedmontese menu. The panissa was delicious, and the fritto misto was excellent. A must-try, just a stone's throw from Vercelli and Santhia.
We went last night with the whole family. A wide selection of pizzas, from classic to more unusual, including ones with a stuffed crust: a feast for the eyes and a delight for the palate. Another positive note: the order for the little girl's pizza at our table was placed immediately, and it arrived in literally five minutes. A small detail that shows great attention. They even welcomed our large dog, giving us a very nice and secluded section of the place! Fair price, excellent quality. Highly recommended!
The new owners are a young, enterprising group. This historic Piedmontese restaurant is themed, featuring a beautiful antique fireplace, open on three sides, which now houses a pellet stove in the center of the room, just like in the olden days. The menu offers a wide selection of meat and fish dishes, all carefully crafted and served in just the right quantities, typical of modern restaurants. I tried typical Piedmontese appetizers, a veal with tuna sauce and raw beef with truffle cream, followed by a first course, a delicious carbonara with pecorino cheese and guanciale. The pizzas are also worth a try, with their unique toppings and combinations, classic dough and expertly made, often with a stuffed crust, and beautifully thick and thin. Tiramisu isn't my cup of tea, as I find it never blends well in Burma; the biscuits are always a bit dry, and there's a lot of mascarpone. This is a highly recommended place for a bit of peace and quiet, very elegant. Everything was very good, perfectly prepared and respectful of tradition, and served on time, so nothing to complain about. The prices were more than fair, considering a good restaurant with an outdoor terrace and plenty of free parking. Well done 👍
The staff is truly kind and welcoming, and the ingredients are excellent. Service can be a bit slow, so bring a smile and patience from home! It's worth the wait.
A remote place in a village in northern Italy. The pizzas are very good, the risotto a little less so (or rather, the quality of the ingredients was there and could be tasted; I expected something better in terms of flavor). The staff is very welcoming. The prices are fairly reasonable, although it's important to keep in mind that the place is quite isolated and that prices have certainly been raised at all the restaurants here, including the restaurant. The restaurant is located along the road, but not a single car passed by during lunch, which was very unusual. The bathroom door doesn't lock, which is quite unpleasant.
It happens more often than it seems that a village osteria manages to produce dishes worthy of a fine restaurant, and that's exactly what happens here. The super-spartan decor and unpretentious atmosphere manage to hide the elegance of the taste and the sophistication of the cuisine. At an osteria price! We tried two pizzas, one gourmet and one simple, and while the simple pizza is usually good (and surprising due to its very low price), the gourmet (medium-priced) does justice to both taste and appearance. A quart of wine sits at the table next to the craft beer. A treat that satisfies all palates and all budgets. If we really want to be picky, we can dispute the historical reference to the Salasco Armistice: it was actually signed in Vigevano, and discussed between Milan and Vigevano, and bears the name "Salasco" because the Savoy general who signed it was the count of this small town.
I went there on a Friday night in November with about twenty friends. The place is welcoming and clean, and the waiters are friendly. We all ordered pizza and beer, but in my humble opinion, as well as that of many of my friends, the pizza was very poor, especially considering the restaurant's price. The beer wasn't bad. I think it's a place to visit only if you're passing through.
We arrived on Sunday, October 12, 2025 With a reservation confirmed by The Fork, Google showed it was open, but it was actually closed... the phone didn't say closed... obviously no one answered... we drove 130 km for nothing... congratulations!
