Really good work/study vibe. Loss of space and natural light. Other patrons seem happy.
Great food, great coffee, and a lovely bright space to get a little work done.
My first visit to Blvd Coffee of Almaden. Had a chai latte and panini for lunch with a friend. Fast service, nice employees. Very popular spot, lots of people hanging out. Will be back for sure!
This is the spot to go to! Don't waste your time going to Starbucks!!! Support local!!! Coffees are amazing. Great staff and super friendly.
First time visiting here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is inviting and it was nice to be able to find a few open tables to sit and enjoy our drink. This was mid afternoon so it wasn't overly crowded at that time. Id certainly come back again when I'm in the area.
Hands down the best coffee in the SF Bay Area! Delicious food, nice atmosphere, accommodating staff. I love that the baking is done on premises. I drive from the Cupertino area to this location. Thanks for being delicious.
One of my favorite places! I love their seasonal offerings. They also have great options when it comes to non dairy products. All the food I’ve tried here is super good!
This is a great local coffee shop. They just expanded too. I love to come here so I can support small business owners and try their unique take on signature drinks. I personally like the cop car for a sweet drink. It's a great place to read, study, or get some work done. The decor is very inviting and the staff are attentive.
The coffee is good and the ambiance is nice too. I just wish they had a better choices for pastries and bagels. They sold out most of their bagels so fast or they don't start with enough to begin with. I had that experience even when I was there very early in the day.
Was just a little surprised at how slow the service was. But, other than that great food, great people!
The coffee is good, the food is excellent for a coffee shop, and the people are really mellow. Nice addition to the area. I had a regular latte with the special bagel. Which came with cream cheese, avocado cucumber and a lemon drizzle. It was delicious! Overall this coffee shop is awesome.
This is a very nice neighborhood coffee shop. Their fruit smoothies are very yummy. There’s plenty of space if you want to meet up with a large group of people or if you just want a quiet place to work.
OK I found this place after searching in the Almaden area of San Jose for a local coffee shop. (Starbucks is permanently voted off my island; they'll never get another cent of my money:) Heard they were a quaint locals shop with an outstanding Mexican Mocha, of which I've only had one ever. Other reviews said the MM was great. They were right... It was OUTSTANDING. Great drink, quiet place, cool vibe. I could stay here and work for hours while consuming 2 or 3 of these Mexican Mochas. Stop by and hang out - you'll love it here.
I ordered from 2 different people and got great service. I initially I ordered the cop car with delicious white and dark chocolate. After I explored the food menu, I couldn’t resist ordering the chicken salad sandwich and boy was it savory with sweet apples. The ambiance was casual and quiet. There’s plenty of seating and tables for your laptop.
This is not the place to go if you are a stuck up hipster espresso aficionado that competes for the best pull. But even those types can appreciate a heartwarming neighborhood spot where everyone from teenagers to octogenarians gather regularly to talk in big groups and relax. The ratio of group conversations to laptops is very healthy and the coffee is not bad at all. Try their turkey sandwich :-) i’d pass on the pastries… this place warms my heart
A gem of a Cafe. in house roastery and bakery. Sandwich style breafasts. Excellent scones and croissants. Drip coffe aome of the best I'e experieced. kid and dog friendly. Family run. Found our go to Coffe House!
My new favorite local coffee shop. Great selection of seating, nice a spacious both, indoors and outdoors, great staff and great selection of tasty food, is what makes this place a great place to meet with friends and neighbors. It was so nice to see groups of people filling the atmosphere with laughter and engaging conversations. From delicious baked goods to sweet and savory crepes and sandwiches, coupled with great selection of hot and cold beverages, you can have a great experience here. I highly recommend you to support this wonderful restaurant.
Coffee and scones were delicious! The cafe had many seats as well. I also tried a Jalapeño bagel, it was a good breakfast menu.
In town visiting family. Yesterday had a great dirty chai , croissant, and jalapeño bagel. Today I went back and ordered an iced Mexican Mocha to go with my great breakfast burrito from across the way restaurant! Great starts to my days!
Prices rose in May 2024. But it's still lovely. The coffee is delicious and the scones are nice. There are times when scones are sold out at 10 a.m. If scones are sold out, a toasted bagel is also a good option. And all sandwich menus can be changed to crepes, so give them a try!
Exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Great atmosphere. Didn't try the coffee, but my green iced tea was very good. Had the Paganini Panini and it was terrific. Would definitely come back and try again. *update*. Great spot. Exceptional coffee and drinks. Pastries are baked in house and are amazing. Top 3 coffee spots in SJ/LG.
Great local cafe, perfect for brunch. Serving all kinds of coffee, croissants, sandwiches. The highlight are crepes. Vegetarian choices.

Been a fan of Blvd Coffee (Los Gatos & Almaden) for years. The staff are friendly, welcoming and service oriented. Food and coffee is top notch. Love the fresh baked goodies and small breakfast plates. The atmosphere is relaxed casual with outside and inside seating. Support another family run small business and experience and be rewarded.
BLVD. Coffee is the best! Amazing family run coffee shop with fantastic coffee and an amazing menu. It can get busy, especially on the weekend, so just know that it is worth the wait. Highly recommend the breakfast plate and pumpkin muffing.
This is a very nice, very POPULAR place. There are lots of places to sit, including couches. The Matcha tea that I had was delicious! The only comment that I have is I couldn't find a chai on the menu, but the Matcha was an excellent substitute!

I really like this little spot, and their outdoor seating area. It's a nice place to sip your coffee and read or chat with a friend. My only "complaint" is it takes a little long for drinks to be made, but all of the staff are really friendly, and the drinks are tasty. My recommendation is the Cinnamon Twist w Almond Milk.
Cute shop but the wifi never works here. Good if you want to meet to catch up wirh friends but not if you’re trying to do work.
4.5 ⭐️’s I meet here every week and I enjoy the coffee and food and the atmosphere is great and very relaxing and chill. I highly recommend a visit if you want a great place for coffee, to work, or just hangout for a while!
Fun, welcoming place. Love the outdoor seating area gives it a real neighborhood feeling. Coffee is above average, food is better than what you would expect. Sandwiches, pastries good coffee shop faire. If you want to visit a shop filled with lots of happy people enjoying each other. This is the spot!
While not one of my top coffee shops, I feel this place has a lot of potential. It is spacious, has a good amount of seating, with a great selection of food - including pastries, breakfast sandwiches and a great place to go for crepes. They make a very good coffee, my favorite being the cinnamon twist latte - in fact sometimes I come here just because I crave that ☺️. I feel it could be a much more exciting place than it is with a little bit of work -. The furniture seems a little worn and I feel that more effort could be put into how furniture is laid out, it feels a little jumbled. However with a little effort this place could be made very welcoming and comfortable - it certainly has the potential! But don't let this keep you away, the coffee is very enjoyable and the crepes are excellent and the service is always very good.
Pros: spacious and cozy and nice indoor. Watching the baking lady so closely and having coffee felt so peaceful and relaxing. Nice outdoor seating. Food is tasty. Drinks are good. Cons: not much options of food. Plastic dishes are clearly reducing the service quality. Very slow service during morning hours, no seat cover in the restroom
The drinks were okay but didn’t have a ton of flavor (dirty chai and white mocha), but the service and space the location offered was great! Plenty of seating with different options available, and the staff was quick with the order while being very friendly. Would consider trying a different drink next time if we were to return.
Nice interior, welcoming like a friends’ family room. It’s just the offerings were underwhelming. Ordered a honey lemon crepe and there was absolutely no lemon flavor to it. Honey was all but light even on its own merit. Disappointing when a knockout lemon item on any menu is a must. The Mexican Mocha on the other hand was much more appreciable.
The service was good and quick, Cute cafe vibes. Tried their Cubano - tasted slightly like strong coffee.

Good coffee and breakfast. Not pricey for the quality food they serve. They bake bread, muffins, scones and bagels here. Definitely will come back.
There's nothing special to say about food. My bagel looked not tempting at all, tasted about the same. The grilled sandwich was too greasy, so we were able to eat only half of it. Tables could use some good cleaning - they were very sticky.

The café offers an impressive variety and a pleasant atmosphere, that’s what drew me in, but unfortunately the food lacks depth and personality. It looks beautiful, but the flavors feel flat and forgettable. I really hope they consider refining the flavors, because the place has a lot of potential
The sandwiches were lacking, small size and skimping on the protein, and my party got a bagel, sourdough, and croissant sandwiches with the same experience with all three. The drinks were okay, nothing special, very sweet though so I’d recommend getting half sweet. The atmosphere is very white middle class, nothing wrong with that, but just to note. The person taking our order kept forgetting some things and didn’t offer to warm up the egg bite or pastries we got. When we asked they were warmed in a microwave so the egg got rubbery. I probably won’t be back
I know this is just a staff issue but it was a but intriguing when both baristas exchanged looks before asking me what i meant by the phrase “single origin coffee.” After picking up a bag of their chiapas, mexico beans and explaining that this constituted single origin, they only could do a pour over, not expresso… it looks like they have a bakery there that possible is more active when covid isn’t ramping up again. I dunno. I was hoping it would be a 3rd wave coffee place but was less then impressed on that front. And they closed at 4:00 pm! Our visit was cut short…
Service at Blvd is incredibly slow. It doesn’t really matter whether it’s coffee or food. Food orders are extremely slow and in my experience 60% of my orders never make it to the kitchen.

This is one of our regular coffee places. They make decent coffee but sadly not many non caffeinated options. I ordered a hot chocolate with no sugar and they served the machine made hot chocolate doused in sugar. Disappointed!
I went to this Coffee Shop for the first time and it was awful. I got one chocolate croissant and it was the worst one in the whole of my life, it seemed they baked it 10 days before. The environment is so dirty and old. The couches are so damaged and dirty. I never go to this place again. You will be surprised by how is. Do not recommend at all. I wasted my time to visit there.

I’ve given this place two chances because of the location and all the good reviews, but I won’t be returning and honestly, I can’t recommend it to anyone. On my first visit, I ordered four coffees (two iced, two hot). They all came out hot. Mistakes happen, but it took quite a while for them to be remade. I also ordered the chicken avocado sandwich. But they made the sandwich without avocado..? When I went up to point it out, the staff seemed annoyed and responded very irritated. My receipt clearly showed what I ordered, very disappointing. My second visit this weekend was even worse. The café had no ventilation, it smelled like burned crepes and the whole place was super smoky. I ordered a couple of coffees and a bagel. Their so-called “signature” drink was disgusting, didn’t taste or even look like coffee. The iced latte I got was basically just a cup full of ice. After a few sips it was gone, barely any coffee. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my bagel before finally asking about it, only to find out they had completely forgotten my bagel. They did not care nor did they want to help fix it. Two disappointing visits is more than enough. Between the bad drinks, poor service, and sloppy mistakes, this place is just not worth the time or money. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWERE!!
The staff here is extremely unfriendly. Specially the lady in charge of the sandwiches and bagels. Very rude. They’re unaware of what dishes are available, what ingredients go in them and are annoyed if asked extra questions. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, kinda disappointed with the service
