We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mix Huevos! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was top-notch. Our server, Jesus, went above and beyond to make our meal memorable. He was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations that didn’t disappoint. The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a delight! If you’re looking for a spot with amazing dishes and even better service, Mix Huevos is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back!

First time here and satisfied customer and I will be back. I wanted to try the Mole Chilaquiles with some Tri Tip and it was splendid. Service was majority male waiters and they were professional and courteous and did a great job. Parking was easy and the 3 spaces up at the front should all be HANDICAPPED but they are not. I was impressed this used to be another restuarant and they changed names I will have to do my research on what the name was. Overall the place is Latino based. The food, the deserts, the drinks available. I think it would be a great place to go and visit with friends or your special partner. The place is a one story building so it has Wheel Chair access. Inside is pretty big and they have two areas for seats. Seperated by the entrance. They have flat screen TV's on the walls of different locations for sport events or cartoons for kids or any kind of shows you want to watch.

Interesting little spot that caught our eye are we were driving through. It’s like an old fashioned cafe they added their logo to. Kinda love it. Hubs and I both had Chilaquiles with rib eye streak. The stake was season and cooked so so well, absolutely delicious breakfast. I enjoyed my coffee too. Service was great. Only thing I don’t love is the person taking pictures and hassling for a sale. I do t think it’s necessary.

Stopped for breakfast around 9 am. We were the only ones in the place at first. People started to arrive about 15 minutes after we got there. It was a Thursday, so it was not crowded. This was our first time eating here. Our server was very polite. We ordered our food, and about 10 minutes later, our food was served. Definitely returning!

I discovered Mix Huevos on Instagram and had to check it out! I ordered the verde chilaquiles with a New York steak, chili verde omelet, and churro French toast, which was absolutely delicious—definitely a must-try! Each dish was packed with flavor, and the churro French toast was easily one of the best I’ve had. The staff was excellent and worked as a team, with multiple servers checking in on us throughout the meal. Everyone was super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The restaurant itself is well laid out and has a nice, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a try! They did not disappoint, and all the food was incredible. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I wanted to try this place for a while and finally got to on 12/27/25. They had a lot of breakfast options. I chose to go with the chili verde omelet. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. It was bland which I wouldn't expect from chili verde. One thing I want to point out is the service was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive and our beverages never ran out. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and had a lot of light. Unfortunately the table next to us was loud.

Found this place on tiktok, the food is what caught my eye and it was as good as it looked! steak was cooked to perfection and chilaquiles were saucy and crunchy. There was a lady (im assuming a photo vendor) offering to take a picture of us. Kinda a guilt trip to buying one, but it was a cute picture so we purchased it (it was $20). It was busy since we went on a Sunday morning but we waited for 15-20min to be seated. Server was not attentive though, it took him about 30 min to get our food order and would glance away/partially listen when we would tell him our order. For it being our first time, food and atmosphere was great, but service needs work.

Extensive menu! There were so many dishes I wanted to try, it was difficult to choose just one. Also drive so I couldn't order a cocktail. I decided on the Chicken & Waffles Benedict. Eggs made perfectly, no whites. The sauce had flavor but was not too strong. Chicken was decent, would have loved to see more spices, but that's just my opinion. Waffles were delicious! Perfect with the syrup concoction. It was the highlight of my meal. Breakfast potatoes were soft and seasoned perfectly for me. I prefer soft versus crunchy. I also don't like bell peppers or big chunks of onions so those were not eaten. My friend ordered the Jalapeño burger with fries. The combines meats in the patty were flavored well. I didn't taste it but they enjoyed the burger. Wait was not long because I arrived when the lobby was empty but all the tables were full. About 7 mins later I was seated at a booth. Tables were also available. The place was very busy but not crowded. There was space for people to walk and move around, definitely not over crowded. Service was great. The waitress was attentive and gave us space to make our decision, since we had been taking a while to order. She answered all of our questions, checked on us often, refilled my water, and was very polite. Sign outside said their new hours are 8:00am to 3:00pm. There was also a photographer taking photos if you were interested. My friend I were not and she respected our decision. No insisting, which was great. Overall I enjoyed the meal and will definitely be coming back to Mix Huevos!

This place looks like it's very popular. Luckily, we were seated immediately. Lots of breakfast brunch choices compared to their competitors. The benedict selection was a lot. Although I went with their country fried steak and eggs. It was good but a bit over cooked. I still liked it since it was very tasty. We also ordered the chunky monkey pancakes. This one I recommend. It was delicious and not overly sweet. The coffee was non-stop, which I appreciate. Our server was excellent. Very friendly. I will be coming back to try their benedict.

The pancakes look so good but they were hard. Super thick but not fluffy. I soaked mine in milk after warming them when I got home. Everything else I was ok. Looks really good kinda mid hate to say because Nicole one of the waitresses was so cool. The papas bravas are bomb and the eggs came out perfect the second time.

I normally don’t like to post negative reviews, but this one felt necessary. The food here was great, but the service needs major improvement. I took my mother here to celebrate her birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we first sat down, our waiter brought us water, which was nice. He took our order about 5–10 minutes later, but after that, the service went downhill fast. We waited close to 50 minutes for our food while watching other tables—who were seated after us—get their meals within 10–15 minutes. Our waiter kept walking past us to check on other tables but never stopped by ours. Eventually, I signaled him to ask about our food. He asked if something was wrong, and I pointed out that we still hadn’t received anything. He said he’d check on it and went inside, but after a while, there was still no sign of him. Two other servers started wandering around asking different tables if the food they were carrying belonged to them. When I finally waved them down, it turned out the food they had was ours. By then, the excitement of celebrating my mother’s birthday was gone—I was frustrated and disappointed. When the waiter returned to ask if everything was okay, I just shook my head. We ate our food and decided to leave as soon as possible. To make things worse, when I tried to ask for the check, the waiter ignored me completely, even though our table was cleared and we were clearly ready to go. My wife had to ask him herself because he wouldn’t even look in my direction. I understand that restaurants can get busy and that delays happen, but this wasn’t about being busy—it was about being ignored. Although the food was good, the service completely ruined what should have been a special occasion. Sadly, I won’t be bringing my family back here again. I spent more time waiting and being overlooked than actually enjoying the meal.
