My son and I love to bond over food meaning we eat out and love trying new places. Today we chose lazy dog. From the minute we walked in the host Elena greeted us with a smile and was extremely welcoming which felt great. Our server Nico absolutely went above and beyond with his service (as a server myself I can definitely say he exceeded my expectations) my son is very talkative and Nico took the time to listen and answer any questions we had and made suggestions all while working hard with other tables as well. As I’ve said we go to a lot of restaurants and Nico has displayed the best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. I spoke to a manager and I am forgetting his name but he was very pleasant as well. Over all an absolute great dining experience. My son and I will most likely be making this a regular restaurant we will be dining at. Thank you lazydog !

Came here with a group of about 5, the service was quick and friendly and the food was really good. I had the bison burger very tasty and the appetizers were got were the feta cheese dip and wings both very good. The noise level is pretty loud as it’s a large restaurant but that’s to be expected, no complaints.

Omg its really good from the drinks 🍸 to appetizers, main course and finally the dessert 🍨. Totally recommend. I myself got the meat loaf my mom got the tacos 🌮. We shared the coconut shrimp 🍤 with some bomb Cole slaw and I hate coleslaw but not theirs it's really good just like bonchon chicken coleslaw. Their dessert the brownie Sunday when it was presented to me I was disappointed but looks are deceiving one bite I knew it was quality over quantity. Mind u its no brownie pozookie from bjs brewery but it was just as good. Please if your in the area of one stop on in and try their food its really good and worth the price their asking for.

It was really busy but our sever rarely checked on us. I'm talking we were waiting over thirty minutes for food and drinks a few times. I even asked for water and that took twenty minutes. Food came out cold due to it. I like Lazy Dog and been here multiple times but this was the worst service I received.

Pretty great restaurant. They offer an extensive selection of beers and a diverse range of dishes from various cuisines. The bar has a big selection of alcohol. The servers are very friendly and knowledgeable. You don’t feel like you’re being rushed or anything. They also seemed to be very well staffed, so you aren’t waiting for too long for your food to arrive. They also offer “TV Meals” and the selection in that category is pretty worth it. I had the Beef Birria Noodles and it was so so spicy!! I believe it’s the broth that has majority of the spiciness. So beware incase you can’t handle spicy food. I had to ask for some limes and added salt to the dish to be able to taste the flavor, as the spiciness was too overpowering. Also, you get about 4-5 small pieces of the actual birria, so it’s mostly noodles. Overall, a pretty nice restaurant to dine in with friends and family.

We really enjoy this place. We usually go to the one in Cupertino. But we have been waiting to come to this new location, and it’s finally open!! The menu is the same except for a couple of new items in each section. We started with the bacon candy that was sweet and slightly spice and overall very delicious. We ordered the texmex salad, the carnitas slow cooked pork, and a side of fries. The salad was delicious and had a good amount of corn, chicken, beans and avocado. I had enough to take some home. The pork was so tender and pulled apart very easily. It was in a bed of tomato sauce that complemented the rice and beans perfectly. The only thing is they don’t give you enough tortillas. I made 3 loaded tacos and had more than half of the plate left. The fries are always crispy and delicious. We also had a pink lemon drop, wild blueberry + lemon cocktail, and the lillet lemon fizz. All three were delicious and were on the sweet side. We had a very nice time!

Lazy Dog is consistent across all locations which I appreciate. They have a gluten sensitive menu making it easy to decide, even though I always get the Tex Mex salad. Happy to see a new location in Almaden and it did not disappoint!

Absolutely amazing, wonderful experience! Lovely and inviting. Pet friendly. Our Porky, "dog" was greeted with kindness with water and had a very nice beef, brown rice and veggie dinner! We all loved our food. Very good!

The food was fabulous for a bar type restaurant. I had the fish and chips and the deep fried deviled eggs...Very good stuff. Most of the servers were very young and worked hard but seemed to be a bit unsure of themselves...It is a brand new location for Lazy Dog but it was surprisingly busy for a Thursday night. The picture is of the last two fried deviled eggs that were served on a bed of greens...🤗

Came as part of an 8 person group with no reservation and was seated outdoors on a chilly rainy evening. The enclosed patio was very comfortable and our group received outstanding service from Alex. He provided a premium dining experience!

Lazy dog is a good place to eat and get a good drink. I had the peanut butter and jelly burger, which is straight fire! Previously, I had the fried chicken dinner. OMG I’m not a big fried chicken fan, but this was phenomenal! Place gets very crowded. Plenty of parking had to wait around to get seated, but that’s to be expected with any good restaurant, definitely on my go to list

We have been here a few times, Lazy Dog offers good food and great atmosphere. This place is fun and the service was friendly and fast. They have a large patio where dogs are allowed and a dog menu. Everything we tried was delicious, we weren't really fans of the fried deviled eggs. All the drinks we tried were great. They also offer a beer club and have flights.

I’ve dined here so many times, I’ve lost count. With their endless menu options, what’s not to like? I used to go to the Newark location a lot, with old coworkers, after work. With their newest restaurant located in South SJ location, it was a total win for the folks living in this area! Their elderflower lemonade spritz is such a treat (definitely a must try)! I’m a vegetarian so I love the Santa Fe salad and the Pad Thai, without any meat. Their new seasonal menu is 🔥. The French onion pastry is super tasty (the dipping sauce contains chicken broth). Our latest server that we had the pleasure of having, Matt, was an absolute joy! Took care of my mother-in-law, my niece and my high maintenance self (with my many modifications) hah! That man deserves a promotion due to his patience and high EQ.

I love to frequent lazy dog on the weekends and take advantage of their brunch deal. My personal brunch vice is the lumberjack pancake taco it's very filling and delicious! It hits the desire for pancakes, bacon and egg too! Besides the breakfast though, the menu is filled with items denoted with a highlight that represent especially fire dishes. Though if one is on the adventurous side trying a the PB&J burger might be your style. It's oddly very good even if the combination seems dubious as best, give it a try before you hate it. To go with those burgers, lazy dog's alcohol selection is also very good as well. Its filled with a lot of amazing beers, I am especially fond of the Sun Spanked red. Each time I have gone lazy dog is very accommodating and I am generally seated within the first 15-30 minutes if not instantly. Lazy dog also has very good patio seating if you need to bring your doggo! I will be back for a while for sure!

One of the greatest Burger I ever had, juicy and perfect. I ordered Baja California Burger with no cheese. It comes with fries , they were awesome just perfect crunchy and not too oily . I also order one 12oz Blue Moon glass.

Very happy to have Lazy Dog near by. Their food options are great and delicious and i like the atmosphere and outdoor eating. I had the meatloaf with blood orange beer, both great. My wife had the sticky ribs which were delish. Goat cheese app was killer!!! Cant wait to come back and try something else.

I stopped in for lunch on a busy Saturday afternoon and really enjoyed it! We had to wait a little for a table, but it wasn’t a problem and since they took my phone number, I was able to walk around the area until our table was ready. Once we were seated, I was impressed with how many options there were on the menu. We had a bigger party with a few special requests and modifications, and even so, the food came out quickly, which was great. The restaurant itself was very cozy with lots of seating both indoors and outdoors!

Been to this location three times since they opened. Customer services are consistently great, handle all issues and concerns with sincerities. Got huge varieties of foods and drinks. It’s a great place for everyone at the table to have their own region of foods!!

It was our first time eating here it was great. I would say that it definitely gets loud, but the food is worth it. Plus, they have a full bar! Lol! Food and drinks were great, I tried the pulled pork sandwich and candied bacon. The waitress we had was super nice and attentive as well. I'll definitely be returning to try more!

Love the food and atmosphere at lazy dog. I was there the other day and had Taizia as a server. She was so friendly, upbeat and had great customer service . She recommended the Feta dip with bread & Hummus with veggie . So yummy those are definitely my favorite appetizers now. very recommended ! Thanks Taizia !

10/8/ 2024 Decided to check out the Lazy Dog menu and I was in the mood for a basic fat cheeseburger with soup or salad. Michael was my waiter and did a fantastic job. The cheese burger was good and the soup was DELICIOSA. My soda was nice and cold. The front greeter Lilly was a pleasant to talk with. Great smile and looked like she was happy in her position. This was my 4th visit here and I will be back to try out the ribs mmmmmm!! 7/12/2023 I finally got in to this new place called LAZY DOG!! I thought you had bring in one of your Lazy pets to get in. LOL!! Place is not even a month old. The waiting line is 40 MINUTES for 1 person. ME. Don't they know who I am LOL! Today I went at the open time of 11am and there was no waiting. The parking @ the famous Almaden Plaza in San Jose Ca. so there is a 360 degree angle to park. Right side, left side, front side, back side. North, East, West and South fully packed with cars. A totally family atmosphere inside. Grandma's and Grandpa's and group gatherings and perfect for the special someone in your life. Girlfriends and lovers included. Your kids also will love it. The bar with 5 flat screens is perfect for the adults or company lunches with the boss. The food is HUGE on the menu. Like 5 pages in the binder they brought me. Overall it's going to take me many visits to try the different plates and I will have to coordinate my time to go at opening time ALWAYS. It is that busy. I got the shrimp tacos with rice and beans with cilantro. OMG! It was delish. Then for desert I got the Open Face Apple/Berry pie with ice cream. Both of my plates were 5 star rating and delish. The shrimp tacos were nice and hot and had their own sauce in there. But the waiter also brought me some different sauces to choose and use. The red one was the HOT & SPICY like me and they had sodas and plenty of beers to choose from. I don't drink anymore so it was water and coffee for me. The visit was awesome and I will have to bring my lady and daughter and friends and neighbors and..... If you live in San Jose Ca. You got to try this place out, if you are visiting. A definite place you want to go to and soak your buds into the food or Alcohol. Read less

We had a great experience at this restaurant. It was pretty busy but wait time was less than 5mins. We ordered thaai noodles and chicken katsu sandwich which was delicious. Noodles were slightly undercooked and informed our waiter about it. His manager Michael, immediately pitched in to resolve the problem. I really appreciate their efforts to keep the customer happy. Overall excellent service, amazing food & loved the ambiance as well.

A good place all around. Service was great, food was tasty and other patrons were friendly. I took home a pot pie for $10.50. We will get at least two yummy meals out of it for the two of us! I had a half cheese sandwich with a chopped salad and tater tots. Enough that I had leftovers to take home. My friend had the beer battered fish and chips with coleslaw. She was disappointed in the chocolate mousse takeout in particular because of its small size and will try it in the restaurant next time.

They have a nice varied menu. I had the spring pea hummus and chicken tortilla soup and a very refreshing non-alcoholic cucumber lemon spritzer. Everything was yummy. Music is a bit loud so take that into consideration.

delicious food and good atmosphere! we’ve come here many times for lunch and lazy dog never disappoints. we ordered the cucumber thyme cooler, strawberry lemonade, rose aeperol spritz, and the sun spanked red. all the drinks came fast and tasted great. the cajun fries were golden brown and so good. for entrees we got the baja california burger well done, fried chicken sandwich, and the veggie burger. all of the food was tasted great and was cooked well. the service was fast and our server was so sweet. definitely would recommend this location of lazy dog!

Super happy a Lazy Dog opened up in South San Jose! Great happy hour and patio. Food and drinks all solid. Expect a wait on the weekends! Even if you don't get a reservation (which seem to be quite limited) there tends to be some availability on the weekdays!

I can't say enough about this welcoming, well run establishment. The menu is vast, service on point, all staff members courteous and the drinks, wine list and furry friends are the cherry on top. Try their amazing TV dinners to go! This review is long overdue! I was elated when San Jose (my hood) elected to take over the retired Chevy's restaurant on Almaden Expressway. My prior experience was dining at the Dublin and San Mateo locations. It's great that they take reservations and you can plan a great party or celebration. I've had three special occasions with Lazy Dog over the last 12 months. Select indoor dining for cozier, large booth experience or the patio for warmer days and literally a dog show experience. You won't be disappointed!

The theme of this restaurant is quite umusing large seating areas and a nice bar. The service was very good 👍 even got a discount for the sandwich my grandmother got that was messed up. Fixed the issue very quickly! great atmosphere. The food was delicious lots of choices loved the Asian fusion did a fantastic job! Highly recommend it's a great option for any occasion.

It's my first time going here to try the new restaurant and I was wowed because it was such a great experience. I also love the outstanding service with their responsive friendly workers. Furthermore I love the atmosphere, it was a cozy vibe. In addition I like the pancakes on the side because they were well made, fluffy, and sweet. Lastly I love the Thai noddle dish, it was excellent and I definitely recommend to try it out once!

The Fried Chicken was surprisingly delicious. Crispy, but still rnder with a hint of a kick. The spinach bacon side was amazing. The only downside was it took a long time for the food to come out.

C

I'll start with what I am most picky about, the service. I am a very impatient person. Nothing gives me anxiety like when you tell a server you need a minute, but they disappear for 10... Melanie was our server and was extremely attentive. Perfect service. She checked on us multiple times, we were never left waiting. Southern chicken and blue cheese burgers were fantastic. I can't say they were dramatically better than any other high quality place. Definitely would order them again. I also tried the shrimp appetizer, the shrimp were huge... My only criticisms are the drink prices. I get it, that's where restaurants make their money. But they are all about $3-4 too high.

e

That's my first time on this place, and I like it a lot, not a long wait for a table, or the server was busy, but they have great people. The drink and the food were excellent

Went here for Lunch. The hosts were friendly and escorted us to our choice of table. Our server was helpful as well. He gave some good suggestions for appetizers and mains. The service was fast. The food: 1. Bacon Candy: Cant go wrong with this one. The chilli flakes add a little kick to the taste. 2. Crispy Deviled Eggs: Nice and crunchy on the outside with a piece of bacon on top. Was very tasty. 3. Fish and Chips with Cajun fries: Crispy fish which was tender on the inside and the cajun fries complemented the overall taste. Also ordered the ankle buster blond beer which was refreshing. Will be back here to try the other things on the menu.

We attended the Beer Club tasting event at Lazy Dog San Jose and had a great experience! We got to preview the upcoming beers, enjoy sliders and delicious bites, and there was live music that created a fun, relaxed vibe. The event was well organized and the staff kept everything flowing smoothly. I’ll definitely be back.

Came here for a date night and the place was so much prettier inside than I was expecting. Got seated instantly even though it was quite busy, the waiter Johnathan was so attentive and sweet. Got our appetizers and food out faster than I was expecting. Told them how it was my first time, they gave both me and my girlfriend desert cards for next time and these really yummy free chips. Absolutely loved my experience and will be coming back

This ended up being the perfect spot for what we had planned tonight. We got there around 9:30 and it was just right — relaxed vibe, not overly crowded, and great energy.Allen Hernandez (which honestly doesn’t quite fit him, but it’s funny and cool at the same time) took great care of us. Super solid guy. The service was on point all night. My lady and I had a great little dinner, just hanging out and enjoying the evening. If you’re going later in the evening, I definitely recommend the beef kebabs. Lower in calories but still balanced with the right amount of carbs and flavor. Really well done. Overall, great experience. We’ll be back.

I had a fantastic experience at Lazy Dog! The food was top-notch, fresh, flavorful, and served exactly as ordered. Lazy Dog never misses! The menu has something for everyone and the quality is always consistent. A huge shoutout to the GM, **Mike Allen**. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and his staff. His professionalism makes a massive difference in the vibe of the restaurant. He is what really sets this location apart from others. General Manager, Mike Allen, runs an incredibly tight ship. His professionalism and genuine care for the customer experience are evident from the moment you walk in. He’s attentive, kind, and makes sure everyone is taken care of. It’s rare to see a GM so hands-on and dedicated to excellence. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and world-class service. We will definitely be back! Ask for Mike and say Joel sent you..... P.S. ask for a creamsicle....... thank me later.

Beautiful restaurant, friendly service, comfortable seating. This was our first time there and we love the experience! Fresh made bbq chips, fish and chips, and Cuban sandwich was delicious! The manager greeted us and gave us complimentary BBQ chips. Can't wait to go back! Excellent restaurant!

Tons of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. Service was great. I have the pot pie Wasn’t too happy with it. I felt as though it was really bland. My friend had the fish and chips that was great. I will definitely go back and try something else.

Tasty burgers and Mac and cheese that kids loved! They even wanted the second portion! Good service and nice atmosphere. Pretty big portion of ice cream with jam, chocolate and sprinkles (again, kids loved it) which I had to finish after kids. They also take care of kids giving them coloring books and crayons. Very nice place!

Went to have lunch with my friends at Lazy Dog in Alameda. I entered through the outside patio door as I seen my friends already seated. The vibe was awesome and there weren’t too many complaints as going to this restaurant can have loud situations. Everyone was cool. We brought our puppies and they were greeted nicely. They sat comfortably and just vibed out. We ordered fish tacos, pork poblano and chicken tortilla soup. The food was delicious. The pork poblano carved nicely with a fork and had a very nice fresh flavors. The fish taco was the perfect size for a nice crunch. It was topped with a carrot cole slaw that added more of a fresh crunch to it. The chicken tortilla soup was perfect for the weather and my gf as she had a slight cough. Definitely coming back again!

We had the Valentine's day special. I also ordered the French onion puffs with the auju. That was not worth it at all. It was like not fresh, soggy from it like steaming? Just make a soup next time. Entrees were delicious. Bbq bison waygu meatloaf wrapped in bacon with spinach and red mash potatoes. The feta appetizer was great. The dessert was good as well. Atmosphere was great, vibes cool. Service was good.

Came here at 9pm for a late dinner with my friend. We were immediately seated at one of the high-top tables. It was my first time at Lazy Dog; it reminded me of Chili's, but a bit more upscale and cozy. Our server was friendly although we didn't see him often. I enjoyed the variety of items on the menu; I was surprised to see Asian fusion in there. We each got a beer. My cousin told me about their great beer club deal, but we weren't offered it by our server. We weren't interested in getting it that day anyways, but I heard it's a deal that's almost too good to pass up. Spicy tuna crispy rice (sashimi grade tuna poke tossed with spicy garlic crunch atop crispy sushi rice + guacamole, drizzled with housemade umami sauce, topped with fresh jalapeno and furikake): This was so delicious. You can't go wrong with these flavors. The thickness of the rice balanced out the amount of fish. The jalapenos were spicy too! I'm a big crunch person and this hit the spot. Goat cheese and pepper jelly (cypress grove goat cheese topped with our housemade hatch chile and jalapeño pepper jelly + served with garlic parmesan crisps): This was so addicting! I could eat countless parmesan crisps, which were honestly good even on their own. The sweetness of the jelly complemented the thickness of the cheese. This is a perfect appetizer. BBQ bison meatloaf (all-natural durham ranch grass-raised wyoming bison, smoked bacon, red skin potato mash, sautéed spinach, haystack onions): We were intrigued by bison meat. However, this was way overcooked. There were some parts of the meat that we could not even bite into because it was rock hard and burnt. The meal itself was so heavy, I'm glad we shared it between two people. We didn't want to send it back into the kitchen since we came at a late time already and did not want to wait around. Overall the vibes of this restaurant were nice and I would come back to try the other foods. Just wished our main course was actually edible.

T
Tim S

So this is a brand new location. They are obviously having struggles getting up to speed. Service was very slow. And our waitress must have written our table number wrong as they kept trying to deliver the food for the table next to us to us, and they tried to give the other table OUR food. Overall food was good. I recommend reservations as you may have a long wait otherwise. Hopefully service improves in the next month.

We like the fireside specials. The TV dinners are better than what you get in the stores but not great. Good drink selections including a beer club.

S

I enjoyed the dog friendly amenities comfortable seating. The server was sweet but being his 1st day was unfamiliar with pricing elements of the menu. Great server though. The pot roast sandwich was ok, very disappointed in the portion and the watermelon was far from sweet. I most enjoyed the concept of this place, I hope the culinary side can elevate for future visitors

Lazy Dog has a great atmosphere. Food is ok. BBQ Bacon Burger was ok, limp bacon, asked for med well got rare too much pink for me. Fried Chicken was good asked for no cheese and had cheese melted to the chicken. Teriyaki Chicken bowl was the best thing we got. Service was lacking, had to ask for sauces, drink refills, and not our servers fault but kept have other servers being food that wasn't for our table.

My family and I met up for lunch and picked this place because we could bring my dog. We were so happy to see they even had a small and simple dog menu! The outdoor seating is perfect for dog owners, and it's nice to know they have good rain coverage. The human food was tasty and didn't break the bank. I'd come back again.

The kids' cheeseburger is a simple, satisfying option and my daughter loved it. The beef bibimbap offers tender beef, vibrant veggies, and crispy rice, topped with a flavorful gochujang sauce for a balanced, customizable meal. The service and the ambiance was equally good

We went to the new Almaden Expwy location on Monday evening at 5:30 pm. There were people waiting but they sat us down right away. The restaurant wasn't full but it was busier than I expected for a Monday night. The server was very friendly and didn't make us feel rushed to decide on our drinks or appetizers. I would give the drinks 3-3.5 stars. I ordered their Irish Mule but substituted Johnny Walker Black for the whiskey. It was ok but it wasn't strong at all. It tasted like smokey lime juice mostly. My friends Paloma tasted very much like a mix and also quite weak. I will give that they did a decent size pour of wine though. 1) edamame = 5 stars! Char-grilled with garlic and soy sauce. The best I've ever had. 2) sweet potato tots = 4 stars. Good flavor, firm texture but a few sauce options would've been nice. 3) beet veggie burger patty ordered as a Baja CA burger = 5 stars. The patty had great flavor and depth. It was very difficult to pick up and hold though. Messy and falling apart but it was a delicious knife & fork meal. 4) cajun fries were exactly like you would want them. Crispy, hot and fresh. No dirty oil flavor. 5) Tex-Mex Salad = 3.5 stars. Large portion, fresh and crisp but lacking flavor or spark. 6) apple-huckleberry open face pie = 4 stars. Fresh & warm, nice portion, good soft crust. Would've liked more huckleberry filling and a crust just a little more done but it was still delicious. 7) butter cake = 4.5 stars. Moist center, crisp sugar top, the mint strawberry sauce is not a compote but it was tasty. The cake would be spectacular as a strawberry shortcake layered in half with fresh strawberries and maybe a spiked whipped cream would be fabulous. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and our server was attentive and very pleasant. I wouldn't catagorize it as fine dining; I would stick with a shot and a chaser rather than a mixed drink; but the food is fresh and the portions are generous. It's a nice option for casual dining. We will go back.

Drinks & food were AMAZING! Crispy deviled eggs were quite good. The texture difference and the addition of the candied bacon made these delightful! The goat cheese & pepper jelly was also good, though I expected a bit more heat. I had the Bison burger & the sear was to order. The house sauces added a nice addition. The house Huckleberry beer had an amazing flavor & paired well with all of the food we had. One issue, we ordered a pink lemon with Grey Goose after the first drink was removed. This never showed up. We mentioned to our server & the manager(?). They brought a pink lemon drop, but it didn't have Grey Goose in it. We mentioned this & they quickly replaced it & removed this from the bill. To their credit, ALL tables were full & there were people waiting to get in. Mistakes happen & they were SWAMPED! Will I go back? YES! If you'd like to try some great food & drinks, try Lazy Dog!

We've been there a few times. Service is excellent, food is pretty good. We had the Idaho trout a couple of times. The fish is excellent, the sauce delicious the crispy potatoes and green beans very good to. They were a bit to salty the first time but we asked for low salt the second time and it was perfect. We also enjoyed the huckleberry cinnamon apple pie for dessert. Cocktails are very good too. One NEGATIVE Point: the music is WAY TOO LOUD. It's impossible to have a decent conversation. Customers are forced to shout to each other. The more customers the worse it gets. I'm convinced that most people do not even care about having music.

This is a popular American franchise restaurant especially for dog owners. In addition to American entrees, there are different international food options such as the rib eye bibimbap, Thai salad, and Chinese chicken stir fry over rice. The food was delicious but the portions are much smaller for the price in comparison to other restaurants. We came on Easter Sunday for brunch, but there was not a lot of people as expected. Reservations were not required since the place was not busy. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating for our autistic son. You did enjoy the sangria sampler for brunch, which included peach, pomegranate, and strawberry flavor.

Lazy Dog is a restaurant we stop at when shopping in the area. The restaurant offer many different cuisines that includes American casual foods that offers some Asian fusion dishes. The setting of the restaurant is like a rustic mountain feel which I like. The restaurant has its own line of beer and handcrafted drinks. My favorite is the cucumber lemon non-alcoholic drink. This trip to Lazy Dog we order the Cheeseburger and the Fish and Chips. Note: I ordered the lunch portion of the fish and chips. The lunch portion comes with 2 pieces of fish and the dinner portion comes with 4 pieces. We enjoy the food each visit.

The reason I enjoy this place is because it is DOG FRIENDLY with dishes for the dogs... but there are plenty of people who enjoy this restaurant without dogs . They have a large varied menu so you can please anyone Large outdoor patio for the dog area... and they have a large drink menu full of refreshing beverages with or without spirits I've been there twice and enjoyed my experience both times and so did the dogs

Soooo ill break it down like this: Food (4/5): Taste wise it was good. I like how they don’t oversalt the food. But it’s not mindblowing. What I did appreciate is the plating, and the originality of the food. I also love how they serve bison. And most of their meat dishes have a fiber source and vegetables. Service (4.2/5): They did what they needed to do. The waitress was attentive. But the overall staff was kinda cold, not really inviting but I get it, it was 1 hour and 15 mins before closing. Atmosphere (5/5): I love the ambience. It was giving ranchero texas diner vibe but more upscale. It’s like BJs but more upscale. And i love the dim lights. The bar is really nice too, i love how they displayed the alcohol Overall its a great place to hangout and relax and eat decent food.

Giving 4 stars due to food . Otherwise the whole experience was really good Reserve online ! It will save you time and hassle of waiting . They are very good at ensuring everyone with reservations are seated asap with no wait Service Super attentive servers who are quick and reliable. They don’t forget you and keep. Checking on you throughout the meal Atmosphere Very lively and fun , laid back American dining , crowd is mixed . You can take kids here Food The drinks were fire !! The appetizers or shareable plates ( both large and small ) are amazing We got the firecracker shrimp ! It was amazing The vegetarian Brussels sprouts were also great However when it came to main course , it was all downhill Chicken nuggets for kids were over fried and seeped in oil , Kung pao chicken was stale and under cooked. They literally only had raw veggies , not even stir fried The kids pizza is literally sourdough bread sliced with cheese We didn’t want to throw it away , so got the food home Overall a fun meal , but the main course is a let down

I’ve been here twice so far and have had pleasant experiences. Recently went to a staff luncheon here with my co-workers and we got seated outside. Inside is lively and outside is chill and it’s fun seeing other folks dogs relaxing. The menu is sizable with plenty of options. I had a hard time choosing but decided on a new menu item. The yakisoba shrimp and it had a great deal of flavor. The group ordered the jumbo coconut shrimp for the table and polished two servings. We were seated quickly for a weekday afternoon and had sincere and patient service. The food was presented quickly and in good sized portions. I’m interested in trying some of the cocktails and a few other menu items.

We finally decided to eat at this establishment and we were not happy at all! First of all, it’s very noisy and you can’t hear the server, second, the menu is huge and overpriced, third, the servings are small for the price, and last but not least, the food was ok but it came out cold and I was served a raw egg, which is gross, because I ordered a Korean dish, and it was salty, even after I sent it back to be fully cooked! My partner ordered a veggie dish with pasta and “beet balls” with marinara sauce, it was very small and wasn’t satisfying! The only good thing on my Korean dish of bibbimbop was the beef, it was tasty and not fatty, the rest was cold, even the rice! Strange to see these dishes in an otherwise country cowboy style eatery, it was disappointing!

This place is really nice when you walk in, a friendly smile at the door, lots of stuff to look at everything in there looked really nice. We went for brunch, big mistake. The brunch was not it. We had some type of breakfast sandwich I wouldn't go again for brunch. I'm not going to totally write this place off because I need to try the rest of the food I'm not going to judge it just for the brunch. Once I have dinner here I will come back and update this. But my suggestion don't come here for brunch.

The food had some misses, my strawberry lemonade was sour, my coke (drink replacement) was flat, the bacon cheddar biscuits were gross 🤮, the chicken Caesar salad was ridiculously HUGE and had four croutons and 6 pieces of small chicken bites.

Food was ok, nothing yo write home about. Large servings but the brownie i had for desert was awful. It was hard, was expecting something soft like you get at Applebee's. The ice cream didn't soften it.

To Mäñagement please train your waiters when we order appetizers, drinks and main course- they first bring drinks and appetizers after 20 mins or so bring main course. Not all at once. We wont like cold main course. Ty. Btw beer was awesome!

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar provided a mixed dining experience with some hits and misses. The Chicken Katsu had a decent taste, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. The Thai Noodles with shrimp, ground chicken, tofu, and peanuts were surprisingly good. The Fettuccine Alfredo had a creamy flavor, but unfortunately, it lacked the necessary salt. The Crispy Wings were alright, but the timing of their arrival at the table was off. They seemed like an appetizer but arrived with the other dishes, creating a slightly confusing experience. On a positive note, the BBQ St. Louis Style Pork Ribs stole the show with delicious, tender ribs and tasty umami fries. This dish stood out as the highlight of the meal. Our pup loved the Dog Bowl - Beef, which comes with a grilled hamburger patty, white rice, and veggies; she finished it in a minute. If there were a dog-eating contest, she'd be top-tier for sure. Overall, Lazy Dog had some good moments, but it was a mix of hits and misses for us. The ribs and the Dog Bowl were the winners of the meal.

My husband and I have been here several times since it opened and normally service is great. However, last night was not quite the same. Dexter served us at the bar and when he approached us he tossed the coasters in front of us like it was some dive bar, had this arrogance about him that made it uncomfortable. We ordeded the feta dip and asked if they could substitute the bread with their parmesan crisps. He took our order and we waited. About 20 min later he comes up to us to share that they can't make that accommodation. I responded with "they are just telling you now after we waited?" He said "yeah they are making a bunch of excuses". As we shared how annoying that was while we reviewed other things to choose from, Dexter then responded with an attitude and said "I'm trying to give you options" and I said "I understand that, I am going over those options". That response he gave in front of my husband is not okay. Imagine if he said that to another woman whose husband is not quite as patient? Needless to say, he seems combative and childish, it put me in a bad mood and I was tempted to find management and request a different bartender. Later we happened to glance at one another and he gave me the most sarcastic smile. Needless to say, I think he knew I wasn't happy with his service. He also never brought share plates or utensils for us and we had to wait some more while our food was in front of us until we were able to wave someone down. Having worked in the same industry for 14 years as a manager this would not fly. If you can't empathize with your customers when something goes wrong, you are in the wrong industry. The other two people working the bar were very friendly and polite, wish they had served us.

Weekends are crowded and you have to wait. Our food wasn't hot enough so it didn't taste good even just hamburger, cost $19 but cold onion rings / cold hamburger. For this price , in & out maybe better value. But the dining environment is comfortable, good for with family and friends .

We were hungry and in the area so Lazy Dog it was! Plenty of parking in this shopping center. The atmosphere is pretty cool. Nice furnishings and decor, many different types of seating areas. The service was awesome from Steven. He was quite honest with his recommendations and I appreciated that immensely. We ordered the chipotle quesadillas and although they were ok I think the appetizers are overpriced but I was hungry. My husband liked his sticky ribs and umami fries with slaw. I ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach w/bacon. The best thing on the plate were the mashed potatoes - they were really good. The chicken was ok but after a while that and the spinach just tasted too salty. I think it's fair to say we will not be back. The price tag didn't fit the experience for us.

Order: Raspberry Rose Sangría, Queso Dip, New York Steak Typical American type restaurant with a hint of Asian fusion. The steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it and like it. It was super juicy. The house sauces gave each bite a different taste for the palette. The ribs (not pictured) were super tender and had a nice balance of BBQ sauce. Overall, the meal was good, but nothing impressively inspiring. The space is huge and impressive full bar. Our waiter/server was attentive. That is always a good thing. Would like to explore the bowls on a future visit.

The best thing about this place is the atmosphere. It’s a cool place to go and hang out with some friends and have some drinks and bites but definitely not somewhere you go to because the food is so great. The food is decent but overall I was not pleased with the food. When they something is spicy, it means that is has seasoning but is not spicy at all. I ordered the fish tacos and the tortilla was falling apart because it wasn’t cooked enough. The sticky ribs were sticky but just not good. They tasted like microwaved ribs. The buffalo cauliflower was soggy and not crispy at all which was such a bummer because I love buffalo cauliflower and this just was not it! The quest dip and chips were at best ok. The chips are over seasoned and just a sodium bomb! Try it for yourself, maybe I just went on a day where the cook didn’t care about quality.

Great vibes, but not "young family" friendly due to wait times. The food and mountain-cabin atmosphere are 5-star, especially if you’re a Colorado transplant like us! However, the service was incredibly slow. We were quoted a 60-minute wait despite many open tables (it took 30), and our total dinner lasted 2.5 hours because our server disappeared toward the end. Trying to keep a picky four-year-old entertained for that long turned dinner into a chore. We wanted to love it more, but the "hostage" feeling at the end made it hard to enjoy.

Grilled cheese not melted, soggy bread tomato soup was below average, tasted like spaghetti sauce. Fish and chips was good, Caesar salad decent, chicken club sandwich mid fries that came with sandwich were lukewarm. Friendly service. Had to ask for a coffee refill.

I’ve been to this restaurant twice. The atmosphere is nice, but the quality of the food doesn’t really match the prices. The dishes are okay — nothing special or memorable. The experience relies more on the ambiance than on the food itself. I did appreciate their service though. When I mentioned that the fries were cold and not fresh, they immediately replaced them with a hot and fresh serving, which I valued. This is the kind of place I might come back to for the vibe, but not for a dish worth remembering.

Overall the service was okay. My son and I came here to celebrate my birthday. There was no wait time so we were seated right away. While I was being shown to our table my son stayed back to ask the staff if they would sing happy birthday to me to which they said said yes (I didn't know about this until after we left). Our waitresses were okay they were both pleasant and very helpful with making menu selections. If I go back I would ask to substitute the Spanish Rice for White or Brown Rice in the Burrito Bowl because I hate peas. Otherwise everything we ordered was good. There were approximately four tables celebrating birthdays this night including ours and each table the waitstaff came and sang happy birthday to the birthday person, except for ours. Normally this wouldn't bother me. However because my son was trying to do something special for me on my birthday and it left him feeling disappointed and questioning: What did we do or not do? Do they pick and choose who they're going to sing to and who they're not going to sing to? Who makes that decision and why? And why would they sing to everyone but my mom? These were all the questions that I was asked after we left to which I had no answers. Sadly the vibe given was very selective and because of that we probably will not go back.

I appreciate Lazy Dog’s diverse menu for their drinks and food selection! Can never go wrong with their fries cheese curds, YUM! Went to this location for dinner with my bf and we both had a pleasant experience overall. He had the birria ramen noodles which were surprisingly very good and I had one of their burgers. The flavor was great but it a little messy with the additional toppings. Okay here’s the part for the lack of stars… the service. When we went up to the podium with the hostess, she greeted us but with no smile. A nice smile is always nice but if you’re in the hospitality business, you gotta show a little more enthusiasm. There were other hostess’ there as well and they honestly seemed bored. And for our server, he was nice and helpful which made up for the first part of our experience.

We usually love Lazy Dog and it’s been one of our dependable go-to spots, but tonight really missed the mark. Our table of nine waited an hour for our food, and it only came out after we finally asked about it. We ended up inhaling our meals just to make it to a movie. Several dishes were missing items—three entrées came incomplete and the missing parts didn’t arrive until we were nearly finished. One item never came at all. We ordered garlic bread for one of the kids and it was honestly pretty bad. Even getting ketchup turned into a hassle. On top of that, both the fried chicken and the chicken sandwich were noticeably dry. We rarely go out, and Lazy Dog is usually such a reliable place for a great meal, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. Hoping this was just an off night, because we normally enjoy dining here.

Utter fail aside from being seated quickly. All the food was severely overcooked, the wait for burnt food was excessively long, no check in from the waitress until we had somehow choked down most of the meal, and I'm reacting to the gluten sensitive entree right now. ☹️ The worst of it was that we came to celebrate my veteran friend's birthday. She never leaves home without her service dog, so seemed like an appropriate restaurant choice. Asked if they did anything for bdays, yes. Advised the waitress 3 times that it was her birthday, nothing. However a few tables away, they were serenaded and brought a bday dessert which added insult to injury. Thankfully her meal came with a dessert or I'd have been asking for the manager vs leaving this review. She had to remind the waitress her meal came with the dessert! If you're looking for charcoal instead of bacon, empty extra crunchy fries, or a completely dried out piece of salmon that isn't so gluten friendly you will find that here. The only thing really edible was the bday girl's burger, thank goodness! No idea how this place gets such high reviews as this is my 3rd, and final visit, over the course of many months in which the experience has been much the same. Very disappointing. Not going back and not recommended.

Food was ok, but had poor service on a not busy night. It took almost 10 minutes for a waiter to come to my table, or, rather, for a waiter to notice that no one had come to my table and took my order instead. My drink took a very long time to arrive, and, when it did, they brought a totally incorrect drink. Timer then restarted for the correct drink. This incorrect drink still appeared on my bill at the end, which I had to get removed.

I really enjoyed this restaurant when it first opened but lately the food is served cold and tasteless. THis has happen at several Locations too. Unfortunate as they had such a great menu and the atmosphere is easy going. Happy hour has some great specials. Stick to bar so your food comes hot. Drinks are over priced. Beer is pretty good.

We came here to celebrate a birthday and left quite disappointed for several reasons. The service, the long wait for food and the lack of a birthday recognition all equate to a bad experience. We've been to other locations before and had good luck, so we decided to try this location out. Arriving a little after 7pm on a Sunday night, our server greeted us promptly and took our order shortly afterwards. Nearly 30 minutes elapsed before our food arrived. With the food on the table we quicky realized that the food was beyond overcooked. Two of the dinners were on the verge of being inedible. It was too late to send them back, fearing it would take another 30 minutes. After eating dinner we looked forward to at least celebrating a birthday with a quick song and some attention. This was not to be, as the server quickly dropped off the birthday dessert and walked away. No song, no fanfare, not even an apology. Hard to justify ever coming back to this location or even another Lazy Dog.

Not the best experience today, pot pie was really dry and too thick, different from the many times before. Fries came out just luke warm, avocado on the club sandwich was black. They forgot an order of chicken wings, I ordered naked and they weren't crispy. Overall just ok. Every restaurant is allowed a off day.. Hopefully next time it's back to normal.

This was my first time visiting Lazy Dog in San Jose. I had heard good things about the place and expected a professional, well-organized experience. Unfortunately, what I encountered was the opposite, and I will not be returning. I followed the curbside pickup instructions exactly as they were sent to me. The message clearly stated that if numbered curbside spots were available, I should park in one and text the stall number. If no spots were available, I was told to park nearby, text “here,” stay in my car, and someone would bring the order out. All curbside spots were taken, so I parked near the entrance and replied “here” as instructed. I then waited in my car for about 20 minutes, assuming the system worked as described. No one came out. No update. No communication. Eventually I went inside and discovered that my order had been sitting there ready the entire time. What made the experience worse was the interaction with the employee at the pickup counter. Instead of being polite or apologetic, she was rude, dismissive, and spoke in a tone that made it clear customer service was not a priority. For a large, well-known national chain, this reflects poorly on both management and operational standards. If curbside pickup is only monitored for numbered spots, that should be clearly stated. Otherwise customers are misled into waiting unnecessarily while their food sits inside. This was not just an inconvenience — it was a clear breakdown in communication, service, and accountability. Experiences like this damage trust in the brand and suggest a lack of proper oversight from management. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit left a strong impression for all the wrong reasons. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the curbside system and the level of customer service at this location.

Order #280016, 12/27/25 Arrived @8:20 p.m. Pros: It wasn't crowded, no wait, we were seated right away. Cons: About 15 minutes go by and no waiter has stopped by. We ask the host who's handling our table and then he offered to take our order. Great we thought, because we were all hungry. About 10 min later Jeffery/Jeffries comes by with our drinks (never mentions not having taken our order or not coming sooner, no acknowledgement) and says he's handling our table. Another 25-30 minutes go by and 2 of the soups from our order arrive, one is incorrect so it's taken away and a few more minutes go by before the correct one is brought. I ask that staff member politely if we can check on our food order. He could have said, "I'll let your waiter know" but instead proceeds to ask how we ordered the 2 burgers in the 4 entree orders we had. He then says because one was ordered as "well done" that's holding up the order. Really, held up for 40+ minutes?! - blaming the customer, not cool!! He adds that the kitchen is cooking everyone's burgers (this isn't In&Out!! Everyone in the restaurant didn't order burgers & only 2 of our orders were burgers). When we get the attention of our waiter because he wasn't checking on us, but was dropping off food at a table across from us, we asked for a refill of a soda. It doesn't help that 3/4 of the cup is ice - note to self ask for light or no ice next time. I ask him politely if he knows what might be holding up our order, because we notice he just brought food to the table he took an order from 10 minutes ago, they're now eating. We ordered 40-50+ minutes ago and barely got the soups (not entrees). He then proceeds to say that different things are cooked in different parts of the kitchen, and says "I ask for patience" his exact words. Really!? We waited for him to acknowledge us and take our order for 15+ minutes, he didn't. We waited 30-40 minutes for the soup - I guess those didn't come from the quick-prep part of the kitchen either, our luck! All this time and still no entrees! We were more than patient!? Another waiter had the table behind us and was very attentive, and Jeffrey/ries was attentive to 2 other tables across from us, just not us. We finally got our entrees, and my adult son shows me the bottom part of his fries, bits and pieces, deep fried. We really didn't feel like tipping, but we did because we know the kitchen staff works hard and they share the tip. So disappointed! We have had satisfactory service from Stevens Creek and this location before, NOT tonight. San Mateo has the most consistent good service. Someone needs to show Jeffrey/ries how to choose his words wisely. We showed restraint and patience - him NOT so much. He couldn't handle a polite question. Respond professionally.

Lazy dog was pretty good for a big chain restaurant. We made reservations so got seated right away. They have a huge menu, which makes it hard to decide. We started off with a peach flavored Sangria white wine, which was very nice. But it seemed to be lacking in alcohol content. Maybe there was a lot of ice? Anyway, it tasted good; sweet. The queso appetizer was yummy. Perhaps a little salty. But a nice starter for sure. For dinner, I had the pot roast with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were incredible. The pot roast was pretty good too, but could’ve used a little salt which I quickly added. A very, very hearty meal. Our other meal was the pot roast sandwich, which comes with something like a French dip on the side . This was also pretty good, but I thought it was better with the mashed potatoes. Plenty of parking around here which is nice. And you can also walk around the mall before or after and they have a patio that you can bring your dog. We didn’t this time, but we will in the future. The service was OK. A little on the slow side I guess which was odd because when we left, there was a humongous line of people trying to get in. Dec’24 update: Very disappointed with the slow service on the patio when we brought our dog. Lunch time. Not even busy. Took 30 minutes to get food which is crazy when you have a dog waiting. AND we even ordered food for our dog so you’d think they’d be more mindful. So lame.

This Lazy Dog location opened July 5, 2023. Have eaten here a few times since. We got fished to make a reservation on May 24, 2024 by a Lazy Dog email campaign about a new mountain berry pancake product, but when we got there discovered it’s only available during extremely limited hours. I think the employees must be either too busy or too stressed out because, we experienced long delays between key points during our ordering, meal, and payment. Also, our servers seemed sort of unhappy we were there, they never smiled at us, but we observed them smiling and laughing with certain other guests. The food was just OK, too salty, too expensive. One appetizer was served on a small cast-iron skillet, but the skillet was room temperature and sucked the warmth out of the food very quickly. Would’ve been better served with a heated skillet or on a ceramic dish. There was a confusing upsell delivered with the check for a $60 per year membership plan, but we’re prolly not coming back until the winter when we can at least enjoy the fireplaces. We hold a higher opinion of the Cupertino Lazy Dog location, but we also recall that some of the service there was also not that friendly. Update 2024-06-08: we decided to try the new Mountain Berry Pancakes by using Google Order. The ETA for the online order was 11:50 AM. At about 11:55 AM we pulled into one of the clearly marked online order parking spots, and replied to the order confirmation text with the single word “here” (as instructed) letting them know we were ready to receive the order. About 12:15 PM we decided we should contact the restaurant to find out if there was a problem. I called the phone number, navigated through the phone tree to reach a nice person who put us on hold briefly to check on our order. They informed us the order was not quite ready, and then very soon let us know the kitchen was putting it in a bag and they would bring it right out, which they did. It was close to 30 minutes after the promised time. We moved our car to a shaded spot near in the lot and got out our pre-warmed (now cold) plates and stainless silverware we had brought along. The eight pancakes in the order were small, thin, and rubbery. There was no butter provided. The berry sauce was way too sugary sweet for our taste. The items we tried in our few visits so far were not that appealing. The service has been lukewarm. We very much appreciate the architecture and interior design, but I think we’re done with Lazy Dog.

Ordered 3 "meals" for curbside pickup in the amount of $67. Received text it was ready, and I replied with the number we parked in. Text said someone will be out shortly. Nobody showed up for almost 10 minutes, so I went in. I asked for my food and that I've been waiting for curbside pickup. She apologized and said she thought someone brought it out...you see it sitting there, why do you think someone brought it out?! Got the food home cold! Burger was supposed to have been well done and was completely RAW! Fries are completely cold! Chicken dry and cold like the rest of the food! That's the best you can do for this amount of money?

When Mike, the general manager is not in, the whole place falls apart. Apps arrive after the main dish, the food is served cold. The tables remain with dishes after the customers leave for up to an hour. And all this is on Monday!!

Came in with family tonight. Ordered med rare cheeseburger- was well done and actually cold. Cheese didn’t even melt. Fries were good. Second burger was a bacon burger ordered well done but also cold and without the bacon. Drinks were ok. Waiter was good, not his fault. But kitchen staff clearly doesn’t care. No way were we going to send the burgers back when there was no care in the first place.

This was not a good experience 😕. The service was not of any type of quality. We saw the server maybe 3x. She checked the other tables while we watched the whole entire time. The managers just walked by, giving eye contact but never a smile nor "how was things". The energy from this place was not one the even deserves a rating. The salad which was suppose to be a cobb salad and it definately was not. As a tourist this restaurant recieves a -25.

We had a reservation and still had to wait an extra 15mins. Once seated the host didn’t even think/ask to bring a high chair for our baby. The waiter was nice but it took a while for us to be acknowledged. I understand it’s a busy day but it took almost 50 mins after to get all of our food out. Our kids didn’t like anything but the fries. When asking our food runner if they could bring us a Mac and cheese for them, another waitress came back and rudely asked if we needed anything else and told us she was already aware of the Mac and Cheese with a snobby expression as if we were making her pay for it. Waiter was nice, same with the food runners. They’re the only reason I’m leaving 3 for the service. Not the random waitress though, like what was that about? All around things could have been better. I lost my appetite after waiting almost an hour for the entrees. Foods not even that good, best part was the hot honey feta. I’m not usually one to be upset with many places, this was just something else. We only came because our kid earned a free meal from school. Just come when they’re not busy, I guess.

This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. We waited 45 minutes which we expected on the Friday night for a patio table because it’s dog-friendly, but the patio was unbearably hot with all the heaters and fireplace on. Our dog was clearly overheating and very uncomfortable and panting the entire time, which made the whole experience stressful instead of enjoyable. We waited a long time just to be acknowledged by our server while every other table had water but us. When she finally came, she was extremely unfriendly and cold—no greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy. She literally dropped our drinks and dog’s water on the edge of the table and walked away without saying anything. The food runner was nice and the food was fine, but the server’s attitude completely ruined the night. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable the entire time. We ended up packing our food and leaving early. What should have been a relaxing family night turned into stress and disappointment. We won’t be coming back.

We got seated right away which was surprising and the only positive in the whole experience. Ordered the Buffalo chicken nuggets and bread with feta honey dip. Waited 15 minutes to get food AND drinks ordered. Ran out of water quickly and never got a refill the whole time. The chicken nuggets were just dry and overcooked, and came with a side of buffalo sauce? I could make better nuggets at home from the freezer section. The bread was horribly burnt and the salvageable pieces reaked of the burnt smell. I cant even fathom how the chefs were okay sending it out like that. My boyfriends rice was stale and hard on his ahi tuna dish. I was so thirsty and we just never got a refill. Our waitress did not check on us, we barely saw her. Even the burger plate hus parents split just looked kind of pathetic and the fries were not good either. They did not offer to comp for the burnt appetizer. The restaurant was obnoxiously noisy and could not get service on my phone. I do not understand why people eat here and this was our 3 strikes your out meal. The first two times food was not great either. Last time going there, don't recommend.

When this place opened a friend gave me a $50 gift card. Lazydog had a special, buy 5 for $50 of the frozen dinners and get 1 free. I bought the chicken potpies and turkey dinners. All were delicious. Fast forward, I received another 2 gift cards both totaling $110. I ordered 6 of the potpies, 3 turkey, and 3 of the spinach enchiladas. The first potpie was little to no crust and 1/4 of the size from the previous time I had it. The second potpie was really good, nice crust on top. Third potpie was horrible like the first. Chicken hard and chewy, no crust, and very little. I then took the tops off of the remaining 3 in the freezer, and they all look like no crust and only 1/4 the amount they were originally. Turkey dinner was sooooo salty! I couldn't finish it. Spinach enchilada, YUCK! Also very salty, rice ended up like eating rocks, dessert made me gag. Threw the whole thing away. Makes me really upset that $110 was just pissed away on such horrible food. We'll never go back again. I also let my friends know to please never give us gift cards from Lazydog again.
