Loved it here. Wanted some breakfast and was craving bagels. Came here small place but service is fast they have a variety and they were delicious. I devoured that bagel I got a blueberry bagel with cream cheese it was divine.

I was here the other day after running a few chores in the morning and needed to grab something to eat in the area. It was my first time ordering from here, albeit I’ve been here before. I went with the turkey bacon sandwich on a strawberry bagel, and a strawberry mango delight smoothie(taste so good you are gonna want to save some for the next day). Looking back the only thing I wish I added to my sandwich which could’ve gave it a little more taste, and this is just my opinion, was some strawberry cream cheese. The ladies that help everyone everyday that they are open are lovely. Thank Y’all!!

Some of the best bagels I've ever had. Quick service, great food, good prices; what more can you ask for? Note: when I say quick service, I mean that the staff gets through orders quickly. However! The lines here get insanely long. This place is extremely popular and you can usually expect a wait unless you just want bagels in a bag to go, no toasting, toppings, etc.

I love this bagel shop! Super friendly and always have a good variety of bagels available. 1 dozen whole bagels are $18.95. More expensive than when I was a youngin’ but I think that’s probably the going price nowadays. I’ll try to sound less old in my next review….

Every time we visit family here in San Jose from Baltimore, MD, we come to Main St Bagels! Bagels are cooked fresh in the store! So good + the owners are SO nice. Portion sizes are generous and the coffee choices are great. Try the Vietnamese Iced Coffee!

First time purchasing food at main street bagels on Blossom Hill road in San Jose, CA. I had a #6 bagel sandwich and I ordered a # 4 sandwich on croissant bread and hubby enjoyed it. 2 thumbs up. Service is quick and efficient.

Best bagels in San Jose! You’ll never be left wanting more, they do not mess around with their sandwiches! They put sooo much of everything on each sandwich. I highly recommend the lox sandwich or bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel!

I dare you to find a better breakfast sandwich anywhere in the Bay area! There blended and frozen coffee drinks are extremely popular, the chunky monkey seems to be a favorite. Chocolate and banana for the win! I do DoorDash and pick up from here quite frequently because I live across the street. I see what people order and they order everything but the breakfast sandwiches and frozen coffee drinks are at the very top of everyone's list! There are a couple of other main Street bagel locations around San Jose and their sandwiches are probably just as good, but I watch these ladies make these sandwiches everyday. I can swear to their food being good because I and my adult children order from them anytime. We want a special breakfast to go.

Would've given this place five stars but docked one because while i was eating and enjoying the nice quiet vibe, one of the employees sat down and started chatting on her phone with it on speaker. You can go outside and take a phone call or wait until the place is empty. It was just a bit rude. Other than that food was really good.

Amazing bagels, but recently raised their prices by 30% after they raised it by 10% in the beginning of the year and just has a sign that says “menu prices not updated, sorry for the inconvenience”. The Lox Spread bagel used to be around $4, now it’s $5.60 with the cheese variety. Still good food though, but not the gem it used to be.

Usually a 5-10 minute wait, but everything on the menu is worth the price. They sell sandwiches, savory bagels, sweet bagels, and a very large selection of drinks. If you find yourself in the area, you absolutely have to stop by and try their blueberry crunch bagel. With crispy, crystallized sugar on the outside and fresh baked blueberries on the inside, it's like the breakfast version of candy. I highly recommend it plain and toasted.

I’ve ordered the vegan with humus and no avocado. I got a rather small bagel which did not manage to “hold up” to its content. The fact they cut the bagel to two when it’s wrapped up added to the mess. Not a good return on the money. In a word: meh and In a sentence: Nothing to write home about

There was perhaps and once on each sandwich, that's it. The produce and bagel were fresh, but the skimpy portions of the main ingredient left me unimpressed to say the least. I'm undecided if we'll be back.

Good place for bagels, but somewhat expensive. They raised their prices by 70% for the lox bagel over the last 3 years (compare the menu photos, $8.75 to $14.95). The place is structured as a take out place with few sitting options.

Choose wisely: Menu says “Plain spread low fat or regular” but they don’t carry low fat anymore. Five different types of coffee according to the labeled carafes, but they don’t do French Roast anymore. (House blend yes; the others were empty so I don’t know about them.) Atmosphere is ok sitting outside; inside is noisy industrial. At least they still had garlic and onion bagels at 11:30 am.

BEWARE IF YOU MAKE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE THEY DONT START MAKING IT TILL YOU ARRIVE AND PAY FOR IT. Placed an order at 9:25am came to pick it up at 9:57am and they had not prepared anything. Once I got my turn to talk to the cashier 5 minute in line I was told to pay for it and that it would be ready in 10 minutes. So a total of 40 minutes to get bagels and cream cheese.

Prepare to spend a high price but wait for almost 20 minutes just to get bagels with cream cheese. If other businesses want to observe operational inefficiency in effect, swinging by any weekend.

I just came here to order a bagel and had the worst experience ever with one of the women in there. She had horrible customer service. She seemed very irritated when I asked her a question about what kind of cream cheese she had when I was asking her questions. She was rolling her eyes at me Even with her bad attitude. I still ordered a bagel with cream cheese from her, and when she gave me my money back, she threw it at me and I asked her if she was OK because that was rude to throw change at somebody because she’s in a bad mood. She didn’t apologize and started yelling at me because I was unhappy with her whole attitude and with her throwing change at me, I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here because the customer service is horrible.

They were prioritizing DoorDash orders and we waited over 20 minutes for our order: a few toasted bagels with various spreads. We only got our order because we kept asking for an update. When I ordered my bagel selection was available but because every DoorDash order seemed to have it they ran out. I was forced to pick another bagel they wouldn’t let me cancel for a refund. Wasn’t only me disappointed, there were a few other people talking to about the wait and being ignored asking why orders weren’t being fulfilled. This is one of the places I always visit when I am back in town. Bagels are consistently good but the service was awful today. Such a bummer.
