I was quite impressed by the presentation, quick service and helpfulness of the staff. Miso soup had a great umami flavor of shrimp stock and the beef soup was sweet and savory.

My new go-to Japanese restaurant in the South Bay! From what I could tell, the chef seemed to be Japanese and the food was more or less authentic. I enjoyed my set lunch with sashimi and tempura. The sashimi was some of the best I've had in the Bay Area outside of SF (perhaps SF has comparable places). The tempura was also good, but fairly typical American vegetables (I will always find broccoli tempura weird). The restaurant was relatively quiet for lunch, and I found the service to be good for the most part. Near the end, we were waiting quite a bit for someone to pick up our check. For the food you get, it was a bit on the pricier side, but not sure if that's also some combination of Japanese food being trendy, local market pricing, and inflation.

We came here and ordered several rolls. All fresh and flavorful. I appreciate that they do not pile on the rice.

We ordered a bunch of different sets and they are pretty good in general. The appetizers were not what we expected but they weren’t so wrong either. Will come again! 鮭魚茶泡飯 - surprising delicious! 鯖魚一夜乾 - good as it should be. 鮭魚湯泡飯 - great comfort food dish! 豬排烘蛋 - wish it had more sauce but I do like it. 唐揚雞 - the flour coat was thinner than expected, but the marinaded chicken was delicious. 唐揚豆腐 - the flour coat is the chewy type. I personally prefer the crunchy type but both are authentic.

This is a great Japanese restaurant. The fish was very fresh, and the food looked amazing. The ramen was not as good, but everything else was great. The carpaccio was especially outstanding.

Excellent foods at very reasonable prices. We come at 530 pm. By 6 pm the place is full. Very good Sashimi,thick cu. My wife have some kind of Tofu noodles she said very good. The hot Sake go with the Sashimi well well all fir less then $90. The server is ok cause the place was very busy and they have lots of togo

My autistic son loved his teriyaki chicken, but he needed more rice cuz one cup isn't enough. On the other hand, my wife ordered the Chirashi and which came with three times more rice than my son's dish. For me, I ordered the salmon miso which was salty to me but still edible. In addition to salad and miso soup, our dishes came with tofu and pickled ginger & cucumber. Just a lot of parking in the plaza but the restaurant seating capacity is small, probably around 30 guests.

Ordered the Big Smile roll and the salmon Maki on Uber eats. Overall rolls were good. Fish quality was good, not too much rice, and the rolls were rolled neatly. Order came with ginger, wasabi and soy sauce. However, they did forget my chopsticks and since this is a delivery order, they should be providing the utensils. Prices were normal for a sushi restaurant in this area. Selfishly, I do wish they were more salmon rolls on the menu. Overall, solid sushi , they have a huge menu with lots of variety: sushi, noodles, bento box etc — would come again in person and would order delivery again with them!

I think the food was good enough that I would go back for a second time when I'm in the area again. Though maybe not on a weekend evening

Not the best experience here. 2nd visit for me. This visit there was 4 of us. Everyone got their food but me. I ordered chicken teriyaki, so nothing complicated. After about ten minutes of waiting for my food and watching everyone else eat I had to get up and ask where it was. Waiter only said "they are working on it". A few minutes later my food came, but, it wasn't even hot. Chicken was luke warm. I didn't want to send it back since I had waited so long already. Pretty lame. I probably will not come back here again. I can't stand when restaurants can't get simple things right.

Spent 40mins to got there, sashimi was not fresh, uni was bitter— really disappointed.

Terrible experience. Rude staff, awful service, and old, gross bathrooms. We arrived at 6:45 pm on a Friday and ordered sushi for ourselves, plus plain rice and avocado for our baby. After over an hour, and checking in multiple times, we finally asked for the bill and to take the food to go. I also asked for a glass of water that never arrived. After exactly an hour, and only after I raised my voice, the chef rudely claimed our food had been ready “for a while,” which was clearly not true. Five minutes later, the food finally came out, and it wasn’t even what we ordered. We never received the side of rice and avocado. Instead of shrimp tempura, we were given something else entirely. The rolls that were supposed to contain shrimp tempura had carrots in them, completely random and not what was ordered. On top of that, the food tasted bad. Overall, a terrible night and a place we will never return to.
