I genuinely like the Cheesecake Factory. It offers a very good price quality ratio and I never had a bad dish. Today I had the Jambalaya Pasta and it was really good, the pasta was a little bit overcooked but the taste of everything was still great. We also had the angel hair pasta with shrimp and the salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Everyone liked their food and it was really big portions so make sure you come hungry. We were served 2 delicious kinds of bread with butter as a starter and our server was very friendly and attentive.

Our Gang loves the cheesecake Factory. We are there every other month - or more. Love the menu esp the Salads...- very impressed - very delicious. High quality, Good servers!

We enjoy eating at The cheesecake Factory. The food is delicious and the desserts are fantastic. My wife enjoys the Shepherd’s pie and I liked the Italian sausage and pepperoni pizza.

We had a nice afternoon at the bar with delicious avocado rolls and calamari.The atmosphere was very nice. However, the lady that was the bartender had zero personality and seemed annoyed every time we ordered a drink. Even though we tried to be really friendly, not a smile was to be had. I think she should be doing a different job. It's too bad the service was so poor it could have been a perfect afternoon.

The atmosphere and decor is the same as other locations and it seems less crazy than the one in Valley Fair. They offer lunch size meals until 5pm. If you are on a budget, it's a good deal since most restaurants end lunch deal way earlier than 5pm for sure. With all the food we ordered, they are all good. The crab bite appetizer is always very good. The meatball appetizer is on the salty side when you eat it by itself without the bread that comes with it. When you eat them with the bread, they're fine. The miso salmon is always excellent and the salmon is just cooked perfectly. The vegan Cobb salad is also good. For dessert, we ordered the triple berry bliss, however, it's just so-so. It has a layer of cake and it's very dense. I think the Lemon Raspberry and the Mango Key lime cheesecake are way better if you like fruity flavors. The waiter (Zaid) we got is awesome. Service is great . Remove a star for the bathroom. Considering we come during the week and it's not as busy as the weekend, the ladies bathroom is a mess. Papers on the floor and floor is wet. I can't imagine how bad the bathroom will be during the peak time on weekends. They need to get someone to attend and clean the bathroom more frequently and regularly.

We had my son’s bday dinner there. The strawberry lemonade was Way Too Sweet Yuk! I had the chicken Alfredo, kinda bland, lots of olive oil. The Fried macaroni balls weee delicious. The carbs asada was good. My son loved his flat bread pizza. They brought a bday cake slice was awesome. I had the coconut cream cake so good. Service was ok she was busy. But attentive.

After eating at the Santana Row Cheesecake a few days ago, it was easy to realize this restaurant is not run as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and the servers at the bar did a flawless job. My meal was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My negatives are as follows; 1) The bathrooms were out of hand soap, and it was obvious the bathroom cleanliness was on autopilot. Trash littered the floor as nobody was checking on cleanliness. 2) I ordered a romaine lettuce salad, and I did not receive what was ordered. 3. They were out of bread and it only arrived at my table after my meal. Poor timing. Overall, it was a good experience but fell short of 5 stars.

One of my faves! Food is generally amazing here. They do have decent vegetarian options. And they taste amazing. Their Thai coconut lime chicken is amazing. Not a big fan of their veggie burger. But I love Evelyn pasta. Cheesecakes are to die for. Yum yum yum. Although I was surprised by their hot chocolate. It was awful. But other cheesecakes have been amazing.

I'm going to be real and say it's not on them fully but I wanted to get a slice or two of cheesecake so went today. The cheesecake itself was fine, pretty decent but in no way could you justify their pricing. Basically $12+ a slice and while it is big, at that price your better off not getting a slice.

Ambiance: 3 - it's the same as all other locations but dark and cozy with lots of booths. Reservations are recommended for big parties. Getting seated for 2 people at a table was no wait for lunch time on Valentine's weekend (sat). Service: 4 - friendly staffs and as attentive as they can be. Food: 3 - they honestly have endless options so you can come back over and over and over again. We had their Chicken & Waffle Benedict this time - it was like chicken tenders. We also had the Chicken Romano, which is red sauced with like katsu with cheese. It was all Luke warm so it must have been sitting for some time. Drink: 3 - nice selection of cocktails and beverages for children. Dessert: 3 - their cheesecakes are so heavy - if you plan on having it, leave room. Good selection of flavors! Some of my favorites are the Oreo and Classic. Will always come back for their rye brown bread & butter. Be sure to sign up for their reward program for a birthday slice of cheesecake!

The waiting time on Friday is 45 minutes. It is best to make an appointment in advance, but same-day appointments are not accepted. In fact, I am very distressed every time I come here because the food is not delicious. Tried burgers, pasta, salads, sandwiches, all were terrible… pie is my only favorite. But service here was diligent, polite and smiling, so I come here every few months.

We went on a weekday evening so there was no wait. It was not crowded inside either. Our server was great - friendly and attentive. Our food arrived pretty timely and was tasty. Very consistent with prior visits. It was however, the tables to our left and right were never bussed the entire time we were there. I never saw anybody cleaning up. In the men's room the trash was overflowing with paper towels on the floor.

It has been awhile since I've gone to Cheesecake Factory. We had a relatively big group come by, about 15 people or so. It was a bit odd to start. We had a reservation, and staff wouldn't let us all sit together since our full party wasn't here yet. So we had a large group just standing by the front, blocking other people. Eventually, they realized it didn't make any sense, so they just sat us first. Food was ok. I had the tacos. Nothing too special. Appetizers were ok. Service was slow, and they forgot a few peoples' drinks. Maybe it is just this location. My memory of Cheesecake is that service is usually pretty good. Maybe will try another one in the future.

Is not only overpriced, the cocktail menú has no prices, if you want to know the price of a cocktail before ordering your waiter needs to check it on the computer one by one. Pretty impractical. A spicy rigatoni vodka ended up being 26.00, really? For a cocktail? Outrageous. Had we known the prices beforehand we wouldn't have ordered it, and we wouldn't have left a 1-star review. As if that wasn't enough, the place was clearly understaffed. We had a hard time getting hold of our waiter although she was working non-stop.

Upon visiting the store and waiting almost 40 minutes for my food when I received it, it was burnt and smelled absolutely unbelievable. In the worst of ways. I didn’t realize this until I got back to my college campus and the first thing that hit me after opening the lid of my food was the smell of The burnt burger buns and for some reason fish, which is odd because I ordered the barbecue burger and when I went to grab the burger, it was rock hard it felt like I was holding cardboard. I tried calling this location and trying to see if I could get a refund, but was unable to, which is unfortunate because I live 30 minutes away at Stanford University and this location is all the way in San Jose. I paid almost 30 bucks for a burger I couldn’t eat and had to wait almost 40 minutes in store for this food which is uneditable it’s really unfortunate.

I’ve been to this Cheesecake Factory location many times, and while the wait is usually long, the food is generally worth it. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. My Caesar salad was old and brown, and the grilled chicken on top was overcooked and dry. To make things worse, we didn’t receive any utensils with our order. The only highlight was the kids’ pepperoni pizza, which was actually pretty good. I’m hoping this was just an off day for the restaurant, because this experience was far below their usual standard.
