It's different. My daughter and son in law ordered the pho, I only ordered rice and veggies. Mine was great, nice portions. I did taste my daughter's and to me it might be an acquired taste. They both love it and go often. It's a clean, cozy environment and the service was excellent!!
Noodles was better than expected compared to nearby places. (fresh) soup is great, not drenched in oil. I also got the spring rolls. The sizes are bigger than its competitors. I love it.
Wonderful service & delicious food! We got Pho and the chicken Ban mi. Decent amount of meat in the pho and lots of jalapenos, bean sprouts, and fresh basil. Great outdoor seating under a tent especially for lunch. Well worth the visit. :) Oh yeah and when you're done you just walk in and pay inside and tell them your table.
Delicious Vietnamese food served in a no fuss environment. Food comes quickly after you order. Need an extra napkin? Help yourself? Want another spoon? Grab it from a nearby empty table, or ask the table next to you. You’re going to need to be vocal if you want a water refill or to go box. The staff is busy taking and delivering orders as well as turning over tables. But, if you like no fuss, no frills, and good food, then you’ll like it here.
This place never disappoints. The food is always good. Best pho and vermicelli dishes. And their smoothies are other-wordly!
Food was delicious and service was great! Highly recommend the Bun Bo Hue. The broth was really clean, light and delicious.
Wonderful little restaurant. Not the world's best pho but very decent and hits the spot. The beef bone was delicious and totally recommended. Better than many other places I've had.
Love love love their meatball pho! So simple yet authentic. The guy up front with glasses is very reserved and doesn’t have the best customer service but the rest of the staff is great! I recommend this place!
Great Vietnamese restaurant. Seems to be family owned. Good atmosphere, menu options have lots of variety and good nutritional value. It's a good atmosphere/vibe. Maybe a touch expensive compared to other places around here.
Went for lunch during the pandemic. Limited seating indoors and outdoors. They offer call ahead takeout. 1st time I've been here. The place was very clean and the service was great. They serve large portions, and I had the small adult chicken pho 3. Also had egg rolls. I recommend this place and will come back again.
Was looking for a Vietnamese cuisine meal in the area and happened to choose Pho24 of the several choices available. Turned out to be a wonderful pick! The service was quick, responsive, and very friendly. The food was delicious. From the Pho to the beef on vermicelli to the various spring rolls. Everything was very fresh and well seasoned. The Pho soup had the perfect amount of acid to go with the rest of the flavors. The Vietnamese coffee was well balanced and not overly sweet. Highly recommended and would definitely go again. Pho24 is kid friendly and has indoor and outdoor seating.
This place took me by surprise. I just wanted a quick meal and I love Vietnamese food so I decided to stop by. I ordered the grilled pork spring rolls to start out and they were delicious. They are also large and not skimpy like a lot of places. For the main course I ordered the spicy lemongrass beef with rice and the beef was super tender, juicy and flavorful. The service was also super quick. I thought it was going to take awhile from the looks of the amount of people but my food came out super quick. Definitely rating here again. PSA- They do not have a whole lot of traditional Vietnamese dishes but the main ones that most people like.
Looking for a relaxing place with a laid back environment where a normal pho is like a cafe setting but with a little interior design to it? Look no further than pho 24. Took family there after daughter's dr. Appt and wanted some overdue pho for awhile now. After entering the place you hear the sound of light viet music from atop while being seated at designated tables. The atmosphere was nice with the server/owner always checking how things are. It's nice, but not necessary. The interior design was nicely asian fusion decorated and clean, that's a plus. The food was nice a medium to bold flavor which gives you a good taste vs others we've been to. Mixing it up with some greens and bean sprouts and sriracha, hoison sauce, and some lemon made the taste even more perfect. With over 800k views, I'm sure this location will pick up. We came around 4-6pm time so it was low filled but offer an extension outside with an over head tent for some shade. Be sure to go to this pho after taking a walk or shop across from Oakridge mall. Is it a must? That's a fat yes. Be sure to get the big bowl to satisfy that hunger. Update Been a few months passed and we decided after getting our daughter's ear pierced, she had the hunger to eat pho, and instantly coming from the mall it was a EZ Still a great place to eat with the right amount of serving you can satisfy that hunger. Be sure to eat the small for a good portion, get a large if you're STARVING, otherwise I can continously say this is 1 of the places I go to, especially with the friendly staff & rapid serving time. Why go anywhere else? We went around 7:30pm Sunday and it was getting busy. If you go, bring 2 friends along and pack this place from open to close.
Great service and very friendly. Their dishes were big portions and they were tasty! They also gave us a complementary hot jasmine tea to go!
Super yummy and you get a lot of food in the small! I got the combo pho which you can customize yourself and my friend got the seafood pho which I’ve never seen anywhere else! Nice place, miss the vegetarian restaurant that used to be here but not mad about the replacement
1st time here...Delicious! Pho steak n veggies, vermicelli w/pork n prawn & egg rolls, and freshly boba read and smoothies. We will come back again. Friendly staff too.
It is not easy to make vegetarian pho taste so good! Delicious!! And all fresh ingredients ZERO MSG. Safety measures are great. I just love sitting outside and enjoy scrumptious food without a worry in my mind. All staff is vaccinated too!
Each dish was so delicious! Like the grill onion beef spring roll !
Great pho, especially the vegetarian pho. Stopped in here before heading to the airport. They were fast with service and the food came out fast, hot and delicious.
The service was great and the food was delicious 😋 100% will be coming back .
Good food, Vietnamese sizzling crepes and Lychee smoothie with boba were delicious! Fresh greens.

My first visit. Attentive staff. Clean open plan. Great food. NO MSG.
Beef chow fun and grilled pork banh mi was super yummy. The restaurant was clean and service was quick. It was an overall pleasant casual dinner.

Went on a Saturday lunch and was seated right away and tons of parking. Pho is good and one of the better ones in the Blossom hill area.
This place has been through 2-3 different ownerships (different restaurants). But now, I'm happy to know that we've finally found a nearby goto Pho restaurant near our house. Their egg rolls were probably the best I've tasted this far. The broth in their pho was excellent. And the service was good. We'll definitely be back here.
Fairly good place. Feels a little sterile which I suppose is good during Covid-19, but lacks a certain charm. Despite this I've been a few and will still probably come back. They have ample outdoor seating which provides a view of a large parking lot. Their pho broth is not as complex as you may want, but it's a crowd pleaser.
First time I tried this place. Food was great, and service was ok except for the waitress/server. We were a party of 9 and since we were seated it was obvious that she was upset. She almost drop the hot soup on my mom and she kept throwing dishes so loudly from the tables she was cleaning. The guys were awesome.
Service was excellent! They are very attentive and super friendly. The place is clean and I like how the chopsticks are wrapped up individually. Ordered a Pho Ga and it was huge for a size small and the broth was delicious. Also got an order of chicken spring rolls. Biggest rolls I have ever had, so bomb. Good portion of food. I dropped a star because of the broth not being steaming hot and only warm. I would come back here again. Try it, I almost didn't because of the low stars but glad I decided to take the plunge and eat here.
Bun Bo Hue was tasty, not too spicy. The beef rib (bone) was slightly tough, but it is usually not available at other restaurants, so will order again. Thai ice tea was good.
They're a bit pricey but the sizes are generous except for the drinks. Conveniently located next to the mall. The beef Pho was OK. They're also using beef broth for the seafood noodle soup. The spicy beef noodles soup is better. The shrimp & pork egg rolls tasted & felt half cooked on the vermicelli. The seafood Chowfun & lemonade were too sweet. The blended mocha with pearl is $8.20. The popcorn chicken was greasy & a bit half cooked. My favorite is the vermicelli shrimps.
Pho and a rice plate were excellent. Large portion of pho. Pics of orders partially eaten.

Like most pho places not the best English but still understand what your order is. Quiet and good for some quick pho whenever you need it
First time in a long time I have finished my pho soup 'til empty. Its definitely $20/ person

Portions were generous. The crispy chow mein noodles were more than I could eat in one sitting, but husband finished his big bowl of Pho Ga. Food was decent, but not great. Enjoyed the springrolls.
I literally just finished eating here. I loved the food but had the worst experience with the cashier. He was so rude as soon as I came in with my kids. He rolled his eyes when I asked if I can sit outside. I get that we all have stuff going on in our lives but when you get to work you leave your baggage at the door. Every time I asked for something he kept rolling his eyes. He had the worst customer service ever.
Relatively clean and modern vietnamese pho place with plenty of parking. They've annexed some of the parking for tented seating during the height of the COVID pandemic. However, they've been slow to move away from some of the precautions. If you order hot tea, expect it to come in a to-go coffee cup. They've just recently started putting squeeze sauce bottles back on the tables instead of cup containers. They have pretty nifty soup spoons with hooks at the end of the handle to keep it from sliding down into your bowl (how have we not thought of this before). Food tastes alright, but not the best I've had. Portions are moderate. The BIG reason for the drop in stars is the old school typical Asian customer service where they don't check back on you, strictly talk to you only when they need to, and often just walk by and drop you items and check on your table without saying anything. Step into the western world. Customer service goes along way toward a diner's experience. Maybe next time you'll get more than the minimum tip.
this place has really good pho, however, my experience today was a little disappointing. Our server took our order which was two chicken pho’s no onions. He brought them over with the onions which was okay I get it, mistakes happen. When I looked in the pho, however, I saw a fly floating at the top. I made sure I wasn’t crazy & asked my boyfriend to take a look & it sure was a fly, it had the wings, four legs, etc. I told our server who took the pho back & came back out with a new bowl. He told us that it wasn’t a fly & that it was the black part from the onions even though it clearly was a fly??? I didn’t appreciate the dishonesty coming from him as he should’ve simply owned up to the mistake (they happen it’s okay) We still enjoyed the rest of our meal but the dishonestly wasn’t pleasant nor the fly in my pho lmao
Most items are expensive. Pho costs $4 more compared to other Viet restaurants in the area. I don't recommend rice place. They gave me just 1 shrimp 🙄 in a combination plate. Food are okay.
The most watered-down pho I’ve ever had. They were closing in 30-mins and it appeared they thought they could get one passed me… nope. They were nice enough not to charge me as I shared it tasted like water. I’d highly recommend going to Pho To Thi down the street. They’re better and consistent.

Pho 24 is cleaner than most pho places in San Jose I'll give it that. I came in to order some food to go and was impressed by how clean it was. Unfortunately the service is nothing close to impressive. The guy who took my order at the counter was not friendly..didn't say thank you..you welcome..or anything like that. He just look annoyed. I ordered two dishes from here..it was okay..really thrown off by the service. With so many pho places to choose from in San Jose I will not be back here. I'll go somewhere with better service and better food or better food but bad service. Seems like a lot of people had a good experience here..maybe eating in means better service?

I called my order over the phone. 4 shaking beef plates and 2 meatball pho. They told me to be there in 15 minutes. I arrive on time. Pick up my order and go to pay. $95?! Are you kidding!?! That's the last time I come here. At least warn me. And the food was okay. The soup was typical to meh. I'm sure if it was fresh I would of been more likely to give it a second star or three. But not going back there. I feel like I could have had a nice steak dinner for the same amount of people. There's no way that little amount of food costs that much.
Water taste like soap. You ask for another water and they bring you the same one… Food was ok nothing special. Price was reasonable but the staffs attitude is lacking.
Staff was extremely reluctant to answer any question with regards to Gluten. The only reponse I got was "we have nothing Gluten Free". I insisted, calmly and respectfully, for the Gluten related ingredients but got no other reply than "it is not Gluten Free". It seems to me that their responses were not based on knowledge about the presence of Gluten but more on not being willing to accommodate GF requests of any kind. I of course left and did not try anything in their menu.
Horrible service. 1. The owner lady was inpatient with very rude attitude and didn’t know how to well communicate and introduce their menu which is just a piece of broken paper that has been used hundreds of times by different customers. 2. The restroom tap water was too hot and also burnt the skin! 3. Pho had a lot of MSG and caused us very thirsty. We got the stock stomach upset the next day.
