We called ahead and out party tray is ready within 30 mins. (1.4 each) They sell a lot other Vietnamese snacks and food too. Cash only. No English menu. Just ask. ;).

I have tried many Vietnamese pork egg rolls (from different stores) and I noticed that this is the most requested dish at family gatherings (especially if you sign up to bring appetizers). I can already hear them say, “Cha Ca Long Phung pork egg rolls, you will find their store on Quimby in San Jose. No substitutions please.” Their spring rolls and pork egg rolls are a definite 10/10 😋

BEST VIETNAMESE CATERING IN SAN JOSE!! Cha Ca Long Phung is my go-to spot for Vietnamese catering. I've ordered their nem nuong cuon & banh cuon. All fantastic and crowd-pleasers. The portions are quite large and worth the price. TIPS: * Cash only. * They premake the food in the mornings. So even if you pick up in the afternoon, your catering will most likely be hours old FYI.

The owners are pretty grumpy 🤣. Best egg rolls in the bay though! Make sure you order ahead for large orders.

First of all this place is known for their fried fish patties made with 100% fresh fish that meat are taken deboned and made into patties with fresh dill onion and a few other seasonings very tasty you can add this patties sliced up into your favorite ramen or any noodle like udon and make it taste fantastic. Another specialty are their meaty mushroomy and peppery egg rolls very close to the original recipes if not, the one. They are freshly fried to golden perfection and at only $1.50 each they are a must grab but be careful because they are always piping hot and ready to go I usually get 5 at leasts just for myself and a Vietnamese style sandwich which tasted very good compare to other places. The pate is on point. You can taste the wine that goes into it very good French recipe. They also have reasonable party trays that’ll fit any pot luck or parties. They are a Togo only store without seatings of any kind. And they take cash only so if you make it out there don’t forget your Andrew your Hamilton and your grant because their prices haven’t change much since before the inflation so most time you wouldn’t need to bring your Benjamin’s enjoy.

My go to spot for catering when it comes to egg rolls and their fried shrimp. Each time I host a party, folks ask where I got them and it's a huge hit! Good alternative other than your average pizza party. One thing I really appreciate is they always fry everything minutes before your pickup time so it's scorching hot and fresh 🙌🏼

One of my favorite place to eat. Their fish Pattie’s and egg rolls are out this world. Quickly served and always with a smile. Their party trays and food are reasonably price but worth its weight in gold. The store might not look so new but that’s the charm of it I really wish less people knows about this place because I wanted it all for myself.

Delicious egg rolls (and cheap!) with pick up catering. Purchased food for a family gathering. Prices were fair, food was outstanding, and price was extremely reasonable! No need to order in advance for many items....great for last minute add ons when you realize you didn't cook enough for a party/gathering! I will be returning for sure.

Authentic Vietnamese snack. This place is famous for Cha Ca. Their xoi vo is excellent compared to other place if not the best. The drawback is location. It is located in not very nice area and their staff doesn't speak much English. But I guess their main customers are Vietnamese so it doesn't matter.

The employees seemed annoyed that I was there and mostly ignored me. I got a couple of boxes of banh bo- $4.50 for 10. They did not taste good and nobody wanted to eat the rest of them after trying them.

The cha ca taste very good. We used to get them at $1 each piece and like five years later it is $2.5 a piece. My two stars is for the item to price ratio bb

The cashier was rude and they didn't bag my order only aluminum foil to cover the 3 trays of eggrolls which was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place. King egg rolls is king for a reason.
