Nice place. Good food. Excellent service. Take out place. No seats. Getting out to Julian St could be tricky when turning left. Crowded street during school hours.
The workers here are very nice to me every time I go to get some pizza and this little Caesars has been there since I was broke I love all the workers and they are like family and I want them to get a raise and I hope they stay open for a long time because I would want to bring my kids here someday

I had to call for extra sauce or heavy sauce on my pizza as it's not optional. I was told 2 dollars more .. I said forget it. The wrong sausage was on my detroit style pizza..I was happy the wings were heavily sauced till I realized they were all wing tips and they were originally lemon pepper. Glad we're not allergic to lemons. The new pizza guys should move to box making or dough proofing. Can't pick up a slice of the regular pizza because fingers go through the crust. And stuffed crust was undercooked. Game day pre-play, need a damn replay.
The food is good the workers are nice but parking and the sometimes the ppl who hang out around there are a little off the beaten track if you know what I mean
The pizza bite was the worst I ever had from all the locations. It was dry and it wasn't even fill up with topping. One weekend another customer and I stood there for like 3-5 mins and no one came to take our order. There were at least four employees in the back talking and doing whatever but no one came to help us. The other customer and I looked at eachother puzzle and decided to ask if we can order.
Pizza portal for picking up mobile orders is out of commission because they say they are getting pizza stolen. Had to wait in a 10 minute line to get my food from the back. Should have another method for mobile order pickup, I had to wait while people ordered food, paid, and got fulfilment, while my food sat in the back.
Arrived 5:50pm on Sunday during NFL season to pick up an online order. Parking is a nightmare. No available spaces and several vehicles illegally double parked, creating a dangerous situation for vehicles driving through the parking lot. Lots of people waiting inside, no actual line. Four customers arrived after me and were served prior to me. Pizza was great. It was exactly as ordered and cut properly. I will not return due to the parking and clientele issues. Those aren’t really the fault of the business, but they still impact the customer experience.
I think the pizza is okay. I live around the corner from this establishment. A side from the pizza being okay, it seems that about 8 out of 10 times they get my order wrong in some way, I continue to go to this Little Caesars because of the convenience of location. The few times I have actually said something to the staff about my order they've done a only okay job of rectifying their mistakes
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at the Little Caesars location near my house. On March 8th at 5:06 PM, I entered the establishment and found no one at the register. A lady was standing nearby, seemingly waiting as well. Despite my presence, the staff in the back continued their conversation, discussing personal preferences and music. After several minutes, someone finally attended to the customer in front of me, and I was next. However, I was not greeted or acknowledged; instead, the staff member merely took my order without courtesy. I requested a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks with extra butter and cheese, but the staff member rolled her eyes and handed me the receipt without a word. At 5:26 PM, I received my order and noticed that it was not prepared correctly. I returned to the counter to request a correction, but the staff seemed uncooperative. The manager, Maria Z, was not present, but I spoke with MIGUEL and YESENIA, who appeared unprofessional and dismissive. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that the issue would be resolved after they finished handling other customers. Due to the poor service, I decided to request a refund and left the establishment. The staff member's behavior and lack of professionalism were concerning, and I hope that the management will address these issues.
I placed an ONLINE order. 3 pizzas. 2 pep, 1 pep sausage. I was missing the sausage I paid for. I called and spoke to a woman who spoke Spanish. In Spanish I let her know the situation and she said I could take the pizza back today which means I have to stop what I’m doing leave my house and go back to the store I said no. I just want a some type of credit for the one pizza. she said a credit I don’t know what that means. she then tells me if I didn’t want to go today I could take the pizza in TOMORROW for it to get topped with sausage. In Spanish I laughed and said como creen que voy a guardar una pizza por mañana si lo compré oy para comer oy. (Do you really think I’m going to save a pizza for tomorrow when I bought it to eat today?) she then passed me off to someone who spoke English. I let the guy know I just wanted a credit for my pizza. he then told me he would have to cancel and refund the whole order which I didn’t want. I simply just wanted what I paid for. he also told me to bring it back or come back tomorrow that there was nothing else they could do. Upon all of this they had me feeling like I was the problem for calling to complain about a simple online order mistake that THEY made. Ultimately I settled and took a loss on what I had paid for.
Everytime there's a line out to Jamaica and there's always those poor unfortunate souls waiting outside.
They never have orders on time. Never have any available ready to go! Customer service sucks and this place doesn’t look sanitary at all. Also the workers just chop it up and leave you waiting!
I got food poisoning here from the Italian cheese bread. I threw it all up

Messed up pizza order and didn't make it clear that the pizza I was paying for didn't have either of the toppings I ordered. Soda came with deal and was barely chilled. Bummed I had to go back and get the pizza I ordered.
I always order online for quick Pizza Portal pickup. This location seems to never use their Pizza Portal which means I have to wait until an employee decides to acknowledge my presence before being told to wait another 5 minutes despite their having marked the status Ready for Pickup! So of course 5 minutes later I have to work hard to grab their attention again, and hopefully my order is ready this time.
Disappointing Experience at Little Caesars Pizza on E Julian St I recently visited the Little Caesars Pizza location on E Julian St in San Jose, CA, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff lacked enthusiasm and seemed indifferent to customer service. The ambiance was lacking, with outdated decor and an overall unkempt appearance. As for the pizza itself, it was a letdown. The crust was doughy and undercooked, lacking the crispiness and flavor one would expect from a quality pizza. The toppings were sparse and seemed to be of low quality, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and texture. It felt like a rushed assembly line product rather than a carefully crafted dish. To make matters worse, the wait time was excessive, despite there being few customers in the store. It was clear that efficiency and organization were lacking in the kitchen, leading to frustrating delays for customers. Overall, my experience at this Little Caesars Pizza was disappointing. From the lackluster customer service to the subpar quality of the pizza itself, I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return in the future. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a satisfying pizza experience.
I am NEVER, and I mean, NEVER coming back here again, even if im starving! I ordered 3 pepperoni puffs, and I've here 35 min and counting! If i could, I'd go help them in the back or make my own food because waiting this long is crazy. They have 6 workers right now, Dominos has 2ppl and my pizza took 15min, so even if you factor them being busy, with 6 workers how are we having a 40+ min wait time. Anyways now that i finished writing this my pizza's ready.. so total wait time was 40 min.. Im not even hungry anymore, im just upset, haha 🤗
