Deliciously fresh ingredients and humongous portions! The oxtail soup was clear and the meat was soft, tender, and juicy. The lemongrass chicken wasn’t overly salty and paired so well with the crispy big egg roll. Food came out quickly, as well. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I have been coming to this establishment since I started working around here 3 years ago and I can tell you the service is fast! The food is great, the broth is deep in flavor, and they always load up the meat! The Vietnamese coffee is especially strong

Even though service is okay, I love the food they served. I like to have some of the pork dish with rice or the noodles with beef. Flavor is so good for the cold weather

I love pho tau bay,to me the food is good aeevixd is fast and it is very affordable. Only bad thing is that there restroom can be a litle more cleaner.

Joneszing for pho? Look no further, this place serves up the best pho in the south bay, hands down. The location is not great, a bit seedy, the atmosphere is basic, but the pho is the best!

The pho is superb when you order to go they separate the ingredients so you can mix the meal yourself a unique style I have not seen at any restaurant. Not so classy but really up to par to most family restaurants

Positive: The food is good! Indoor dining is possible though there are limited tables and dinner on weekends is busy so I recommend showing up early or calling and seeing if they have possible reservation. Great place for a cozy family dinner on a chilly fall night. Negative: Was very busy on Sunday evening, and it seems they only had 2 working the restaurant so the wait times were reasonable but not good if you want some quick dinner. I personally think it was quite worth it for the food and the 2 guys were really hustling. Not bad at all!

This place is usually crowded and parking is hard to find. It's located in a tiny plaza next to a laundromat. There isn't hardly ever a wait though. If there is it is usually less than 5 minutes. Just a warning, service can really lag when they're busy and there aren't enough servers. Their prices and pho are decent. They load your bowls up with meat which my boyfriend appreciates. Their fried rice is super good and we love getting their pan fried noodles here. The beef in this dish is always tender and shrimp succulent. Lots of veggies and great smoky sauce. They make a killer sate chili sauce which they sell in little plastic tubs for $3 each. My mom's homemade is best but theirs is legit and worth buying, in my opinion. They also make avocado smoothies using real avocado, not flavored powder. They sometimes run out of pearls though which is kind of annoying, but not the end of the world or anything.

The food is great and freshly homemade (unlike a lot of other pho places). However, they sometimes close early so keep that in mind and call ahead to make sure they'll still be open when you want to go. They have a propane heater and outdoor seating right now!

The metal holder at table needs to be cleaned. Everything else is clean. Waiter very courteous and respectful. Food and price is reasonable.

The food here is a good staple. The pho ap chau (stir fry pho noodles). This is our favorite dish here. (Thank me later. ) Definitely a solid vietnamese restaurant that needs to be on your rotation!

Food was SO-O Good! Best Bun Thit Nuong!!!!! Service is VERY SLOW!!!!!! Took about an hour to get our food 🙁

The food is good. Not fantastic but good. The servers are always rude. Has to be a language issue cause I've never had a server that was friendly or welcoming. When requesting a booth they always steer us to a table. Servers are not attentive. When we try to ask for something else we usually have to stand up and request it by the kitchen entrance. Asked for lemon and I got two of the thinnest cut lemons with no pulp or juice. Had to ask for more and they were still the same. Prices are pretty stable. Big portions. There's an atm because they don't take cards. The three stars is for the food. The service gets one star.

Service was okay, Food was good. We ordered #1, #18, #31, and some spring rolls, along with some boba smoothies. Now, I can honestly say the food was good, but more importantly I could not help but notice how grimey and kind of nasty this place is. I watched the lady handle money with grimey glossy gloves grab the grimey dirty nasty menus, come hand them over to the nasty dirty tables that they wipe down with a wet rag. Although the food was good I dont think I'll be coming back anytime soon. On the sanitary side I rate this place a 1 Star.. Becareful, and bring your antibacterial wipes.

I tried calling in an order and gentlemen said "no pick up" and hang the phone i assumed they stopped taking phone orders. As i arrived there was a lady picking up a phone order 🙄 as if they pick and choose who they want to take orders frm. I come very far and have always called so food is ready when arriving. * Food was good until a hair appeared in out plate.. * Service was horrible our waiter was very rude and raising his voice, no offense but it was really hard and uncomfortable to order... * place looks clean, but as soon as you enter the smell is almost unbearable..

I came here after work, so I know I wasnt at my best. I come here often and always get the same thing, so as the waiter walks me to the table I let gim know what I want and ask to use the restroom. Upon my return my drink is at the table and a server stops me before I sit down and asks me to pay before I receive my food. This had never happened before, but I figured ok maybe they changed things since the last time I came by. I go up to the register to pay and the server walks out with my food. At the time there was one older woman eating, myself and the wait staff. More poeple walk in are seated and their orders taken, none is asked to pay before receiving their food. I had heard there was issues with the service before but never thought anything of it, on this visit I looked around and noticed a few things. I might start looking for a new pho place. I had a dining friend join me(seen in picture).

One star is to much , walked in. The waiter was not helpful at all or didn’t know the menu .seemed like one of those people that’s in a job he doesn’t like. Walked out this was the one on keys and 10th street. The one on by silver creek is good

Cash only. Although I was able to pay with my credit card, I had to pay more than the cash price. I ordered # 6 ox tail beef soup with noodles. The soup was ok, but a few pieces of ox tails were too rough to chew. I couldn't really eat a few pieces. My daughter ordered a vermicelli. The smell was too bad - like fish smell. While waiting, I smelled smoke. Someone was smoking right outside the rear door. And when the door was opened, the waiter and presumably another employee - maybe the chef? - came into the restaurant. I believe they (or one of them) smoked during lunch time. My daughter ordered a boba tea. I tasted a bit and it tasted slightly smoky. I'm not too sure if something smoky in the boba tea was real or not. We felt the waiter was rude. Maybe it was just because we didn't easily understood his English. Anyway, the communication was not easy and we were feeling to get pushed. 2 adults and 2 kids, we spent about 80$ for the lunch, which is more than we usually spend in a pho restaurant, but the food quality and service was way less than we normally experienced in other pho restaurants.
