I recently flew from Texas to San Jose. While there I was informed to try the bagels from Posh Bagel that everyone has been talking about. Let me tell you it was absolutely worth it! These bagels are truly exceptional. From their texture to their flavor everything, about them is just perfect. As a proud Texan I became jealous that we didn't have a Posh Bagles in Dallas. I highly recommend these bagels to anyone and everyone. You won't be disappointed!

The staff is really welcoming. I had specific dietary requirements. Jess and Uss greatly assisted me in finding a fantastic beverage that fit my restrictions. They are both extremely friendly and polite. A fantastic mango milk tea, fresh bagel, non-dairy cream cheese, crepes, etc. are also available. Definitely give it a shot there.

What I look forward to every time I visit! Their bagels are super fluffy and delicious, their jalepeno cream cheese and chive cream cheese together are an amazing combo, their turkey deli sandwich is perfection, and their crepes (both savory and sweet) are delicious. Sad they no longer have mini bagels but love this Posh Bagel nonetheless.

Placed in a beautiful neighborhood of Almaden Valley, this bagel shop serves more than just bagels - paninis, crepes, wraps, etc. There are about 20 kinds of bagels. Tried a couple of them and they were according to expectations The staff was courteous and the place was neat. Would stop by again!

There were several times that I did not receive half of my order for a while when the other half of what I ordered was already given to us. Example is they gave the egg cheese and bacon sandwich and then we waited. Then after 5 min, we asked about the crepes and they haven't started to prepare them. I feel like sometimes they don't prepare the food at the same time. Other than that, they are really nice people that understand their customers.

Maybe it's just the ones to be got and the bagel style appears to be a bit different from what we usually eat. Some of them are really hard/dry. One of them in particular is very salty, the sesame one. Maybe they wanted the bagel to be eaten plain? But even then it's really salty. Other than that it's okay.

The portions and prices are out of wack, every bagel other than plain is considered gourmet and has an automatic $1.50 upcharge. $15 for a lox bagel sandwich with a stingy portion of cream cheese

I stopped into Posh Bagels today and ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I told the worker I wanted a lot of cream cheese (I've been to this location before and they provide very sparse amounts), and she told me there would be an extra charge — totally fine. However, when I saw her spreading a very thin layer on one half of the bagel and moving on to the next half, I politely asked for a bit more. Instead of a simple clarification, she snapped back with: “I’ve only done the first layer and then I’ll do another layer after that. If you’d let me finish you’d know that.” Even if I did jump the gun, there was absolutely no need to speak to a customer that way. Something like "I'm not finished yet" would have been fine. A little courtesy goes a long way. The attitude was unnecessary.

Over priced when I got 1 slice of bacon in my bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Might as well gotten a egg sandwich. The donut place 100ft away makes way better for cheaper.

I got sesame bagels that looked and tasted like Safeways “this is not a bagel” bagels!! It was Big, fluffy, squished, ripped sides that touched other bagels, white bread consistency ones. What happened? The ones in the front case window looked normal but the ones I got in the bag were not.

These guys are very consistent in messing up the order. I ordered 4 bagel, I come home and see only 3. First time I let it go. But it happened again this morning. Not sure if this is their practice. I would never go to this place again.
