First time having Urban Plates was a great experience. Comfortable and nicely lit interior, well cooked steak with amazing side choice options, I got the crunchy pita chips and hummus side. Food was delicious. Someone also came by to offer a free dragon fruit wellness boost which was refreshing to have especially post-meal. Was happy to receive service from Mark and Clay, very friendly. Everything was perfect, I’d definitely come back.

The food was delicious. Phenomenal service from Itzel when we came in, she greeted us with such a friendly smile. Mark and clay were so warm and hospitable they made us feel like we were top notch clientele. I am definitely looking forward to coming back.

I LOVE this restaurant,Great food and great restaurant Bella, Serena & Lisbeth is very friendly and patient while you’re taking your order. Chimichurri steak and marbled potatoes is delicious! Wilbur is amazing. He is always walking around and cleaning up after everyone. I come here a lot and he’s always super helpful. Mark is a great worker too.!! It’s just a little bit too cold inside though. But the outdoor seating is great when it’s warm outside

The food was excellent it tasted delicious. However, I will say the roasted beets and carrots had too much oil. It was drowning in oil, but the mushrooms, garlic mushroom sides were absolutely fabulous as was the salmon hollandaise sauce, the sesame, broccoli, and the chimichurri steak all delicious. We had lunch with a Cobb salad and a sandwich. There was a mixup on our bill and the manager was on it immediately and adjusted the bill. The food was excellent and we had a great experience. I will be back. Clean atmosphere too!!!

I just got this for dinner via delivery from foodie earth which is the best food delivery service in the Bay. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and brussel sprouts. I was shocked how good the Brussel sprouts and fries were!!! The fries were fresh cut cooked to perfection with Parmesan and truffle. They came with a delish dipping sauce. The cheeseburger was okay, the bun was not fresh which made it not as good, but I would still try it again another time to see if that is fixed. It has low calories like 530 and pretty filling! Overall, this was such a good good meal, would definitely order this exact meal again!! Also love how they have good soda!! Got a diet soda as well and it was so good!

Great fast casual spot for protein-focused meals and healthy sides! I tried a plate with steak, broccolini and turmeric rice which was delicious. It came with grilled bread. My husband got their hot chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were perfect. The food was reasonably priced and came within 10 minutes of ordering. I’d absolutely come back here for quick lunch!

Burned chicken tenders, no beets - just carrots, $4.50 for a strange-tasting diet soda? Sorry but so not worth the price.

The place is spacious with many tables. There are seating outside the restaurant as well. Came here for a late lunch with a friend. There was no line, however, the two workers at the front just ignored us while they were busy working behind the counter. We waited for about 10 mins before someone acknowledged us and asked if we were ready to order. Not good customer service to begin with. We ordered the Grilled Chicken plate (with chimichurrii sauce) and the Roasted Barramundi Seabass plate. The grilled chicken is moist and the chimichurri sauce is very good. For the harrisa lime cauliflower, it's a bit too salty and too much lime. The roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze is pretty good. My friend said the roasted barramundi seabass is good but the rainbow carrots and golden beets side dish is greasy. It's pretty pricey for the portion size. For adding a side of protein to a salad (that doesn't come with any protein) such as grilled chicken, it's another $10 that is very expensive. The price you pay is like eating at a full service restaurant.

Urban Plates has a good ambiance and is right beside the main Santana Row, which gives it a lively vibe outside. The waiters were professional and friendly, making the experience smooth. The food was decent—I’d rate it around 7/10. It’s a bit on the expensive side, and even the drinks were pricey and not great. Good food presentation though. Overall, a nice spot to grab a meal with a pleasant atmosphere and good energy around.

Both sandwiches we got were cold in the middle and overall just not that great. Soup was good. Most of the tables were dirty and the bathrooms smelled horrible.

Came here for lunch and the lines were not long at all Serena was helpful and quick with taking our order and answering and questions we had. Everything is self serve so after you are done you can grab your own box to go. We got the following: - Chimichurri grilled Grassfed steak w/ Mac and cheese & truffle fries - Chicken club sandwich w/ Chips & Seafood Chowder (cup) About the food: The seafood chowder was hearty and flavorful. The truffle fries were delicious. Mac & cheese was a little grainy (thinking it could be the type of cheese they used. The steak tasted a little gamey to me but it could be preference. The chicken club was full and not heavy. Personally think it could be paired with a nice sauce to give it more personality. Kettle chips is the perfect pairing.
