Been here a few times, I've personally always had a good time, great food. Attentive waitress, always smiling. Hopefully they get more staff in!

Let me say, this place wasn't as clean as I wish it would. I was one of the first customers to enter; in fact, I was the 5th. and the place was dirty. Yes, as you can see in the photos. These I took right after the place opened. The food was great, though. I will definitely come back for more vegetarian fajitas. The prices are reasonable. Customer service was also great. However, they took close to, or even longer than 20 minutes to get my food out. Yes, it was during lunch, but they open at lunchtime (12pm). I was one of the first customers to order; the place was still empty.

It is the second time that I come to this place, and neither the first time nor this time, they were pleasant, the first time here they took a long time to serve the food, now they took the same time to serve the food and my food had a hair, the people who work in the kitchen no one is wearing a mesh on the head, to prevent this from happening. a second chance for this place. This time the food was good.

My 87-year-old mother wasn't feeling well, as I had offered to take her out for dinner to cheer her up. She didn't want to go, so I offered to order and pick it up. When I got there, and asked about my order the lady at the Order pick up desk, pointed to Iraq with some bags and said, "it's got to be one of those ". Really? Lousy service. When I got home, the food was mediocre. The burger was low quality. The salad was so bad. I had to help my mom cut up some ingredients and make her own salad. When a restaurant in San Angelo take this attitude, they won't be in business long. I'd hate to lose a good CHILI'S. I hope they read this and work towards some improvement, both in service and in food excellence.

When I spend $20 for “bowls” of soup you would think it would be a bowl and not a little cup. After arriving home and taking out the food from the bag I found a a little dead bug in the bag. Chilis is not worth the amount they charge for the amount you get. A lot of places that provide better. Chilis used to be a family favorite now we won’t be returning unfortunately.

For the whole chicken sandwich that was cut in half so they used less than half an avocado part of which one slice was rotten. There was about one piece of bacon half on one side and half on the other side. Somehow or another there was corn on the bottom of the bun of my chicken sandwich? Disgusting. I have always been a fan of chilies the last three orders have been disgusting. It’s pointless to call and complain. So I am finally writing a review. The chicken was so cold that I had to heat it up in the microwave. The sandwich itself was laid on A bed of lettuce and a tomato. So the sandwich was soggy on the bottom. The ice tea that I ordered did not even have any ice in it. I ordered for margaritas to share with my friends I haven’t even started to drink one yet so. Oh and I did not even order any corn. No more San Angelo Chili’s for me. Last order before this was all wrong and I had to go there to get what I had really ordered. 🤔

Terrible. I have given this location several tries and it’s never a good experience. You can go to any other location and the food and service is great. Not at this San Angelo location. Slow service and food is gross. We ordered fried pickles that are almost 8 dollars. This is what we were handed. My kids had eaten 3 of them when I took this pic. We had been there a long time and still didn’t have drinks. We decided to leave before we spent our money on nasty food and sub par service. The place was nearly empty. Never Again.

Waited about an hour for our food, I understand it was a Saturday. However, when a table of 5 sits before a table of 7, and the table of 7 gets served 20 minutes before the table of 5, make it make sense. We didn't order nearly as much, and to make thing worse when you try and serve a Quesadilla half empty, burnt and cold, that just horrible. (yes, I had it remade) Let's not even get started how the waiter "was going to accidentally have me pay for the previous peoples tab. Over $60". I am just writing an honest review, and there were way too many mess ups and the attempt to have me pay for a previous party was just over the top, so I will not recommend this business location, and I will not be returning.

Then 15 min later was told there was no burgers, steak, or fajitas available. Would of been nice to communicate that at the beginning. Horrible situation for a Saturday.

Atmosphere: 10/10 Service: 3/10 Food: 2/10 We requested a Medium-Rare steak, and got well-cooked. Took the waiter another 30min to even bother check up on us, at that point we are starving. The food was lower than mid-grade, the service was worse. At least I didn't starve thanks to their staly-oily chips.
