I just picked this up, I should’ve checked it before leaving. I wouldn’t accept this. How dare they pack this up and sell pizza like this?? I live in the neighborhood but not going back. Gonna order online from a different location.

1 star. We were seated and given a QR code to view the menu. After that, no one came back and there was no clear instruction whether to order by phone or at the counter. The place felt unattended, so we left.

Don’t go to the buffet! Worst service I have ever seen that disgrace to the Pizza Hut franchise. They didn’t even put out any more piece and they only put a little pizza and they just waited it out so if you want a pepperoni pan pizza if you didn’t get it then when they put it out, they wouldn’t bring another one out horrible. They should be fired.

Went here with my family, our order took over half an hour and when the waitress finally brought the food the pizzas were cold and hard to chew, the only thing that was freshly made were the breadsticks. And the place was completely empty

Really bad attitude from the manager I was explaining that i order on the phone and instead of looking for it he just redo the order again and told me i had to wait again 20more min Really rude JOSE MANAGER I have been eating here for a very long time Sorry to say i will never come back!! Made an online order at 9:41pm, waited more than 45 mins. They cancelled our order because apparently they don’t have any one to deliver. Waste of time!!! Irresponsible and terrible customer service.

Would not take our order because they were "about to close." It was not closing time yet but they said we could not order. Very bad customer service. If they close at 9 pm they should take orders until 9 pm, especially in a tourism area.

Disappointing results and scam advertisements deal. Order triple treat box for $28.99. Waited around 45 mins/ long times. At the end I have to a pizza to pay extra of extra. Extra paid for more topping. The $28.99 is one topping became a $36. Also My treat is not treat cause it’s not sweet and have no tasted addd. It supposed to come with a Nutella topping on top of my dessert/treat on it. The pizza crust is more than the pizza middle topping I have ever seen. The pizza is so flowery and doughy. Worst pizza ever. No more Pizza Hut for my family and I Also my pizza have the biggest crust I ever seen.

The personal pan cheese and medium 2-topping pizza were not good at all. The personal pan dough tasted like cardboard and there was nothing to be desired. The medium pizza wasn't cooked all the way, had very few pepperonis, too many onions, and not enough sauce at all. The dough had no discernable taste but was very oily. I honestly cannot believe that these two pizzas cost 29.50? How?!?! The were no menus available so it seems like they decide to charge what they want at any given time. Also if I am to be honest, the inside looks pretty run down and the worker didn't seem like he wanted to work. We decided that we will never return to this location, ever.

Facilities should be better. It's very important Customer Service.Employees need to have "Good Manners";Smile;Ask if the Client need anything else.They need to know how to comunicate in public.Please!
