THE AÇAÍ BOWL IS AMAZING!!! 10/10 would recommend. I got one for me and one for my Mom and we’re so satisfied. The gentleman working inside was VERY kind. I wanted to customize the bowls a little bit (Costa Berry, sub coconut oil for banana) and it was no problem at all.

Quaint, colorful, and cool. Staff is super nice! They gave my doggie a pup cup with whipped cream and a treat. 10/10. Coffee, ice cream, toppings galore.

The ice cream is good . With many varieties for toppings . The also have delicious Açaí bowls. Friendly customer service and fair pricing. They’re supposed to close at 9pm . We got there at 830 pm and they had the door locked and driveway blocked .

ALOT of people go here. And the ice cream is delicious Hagen-Daz. But they only had 2 kids running the whole place. So that's the only reason for 4 stars. Portions are good size. 4 of us got double scoops for under $20.

Pleasant shop with a comfortable atmosphere. Good service by nice young lads and lasses and cute décor. Ice cream is good quality. Definitely try the macadamia nut and coconut 🥥. Those were really good. Music was not crazy loud, added to the general positive feel. They are all bilingual.

Me, my mother and my children were on the search for some good ice cream after dinner. After searching online for local places I noticed we still had time to stop here for some dessert. We arrived at 8:50. The store hours online say 10am-9pm and the doors were unlocked so it was obvious they were still open. We walked in and were greeted and helped by a sweet young man. He took our order, we paid and sat by the kids table to have our ice cream. Within minutes a young teen girl came into the dining area and aggressively started moving chairs and stacking them on top of one another. It was loud and obvious that she was annoyed we were sitting down. She RUDELY told us that we needed to sit outside because they were closed. When I say rudely, I mean RUDE. I get it, you want to go home, but there are MANY ways to ask someone to leave. We sat outside after being kicked out by her and she instantly locked the door and shut some of the lights and I watched as she barked orders at the young men sweeping and she just stood by the register. I highly doubt she’s the owner because anyone who cares about their business would never act like this towards their customers. Sad because the ice cream was good but I’ll gladly take my business else were. I worked customer service many years and you NEVER kick a paying customer out. Maybe someone will talk to her so she doesn’t do the same to others.

We love supporting local businesses when we visit the island. But eating ice cream at this place is uncomfortable. The guy who helped us was very kind and patient, but the lack of staff is terrible. He was alone handling a line a mile long. And another girl was handling the drive-thru—charging and serving at her own pace while the line stretched out of the store. 40 minutes in line just to be served.

I’ve been coming here 1–2 times a week for years, but I’m really disappointed by the recent changes. Not only have the prices gone up, but the açaí bowls have gotten noticeably smaller. I gave it three tries before leaving this review to make sure it wasn’t just a one-off, but each time, I received the same bowl I’ve always ordered—with about half the amount of açaí and a higher price tag. I understand occasional price increases, but shrinking the portions at the same time feels like a letdown. This place used to be one of my favorites. Please bring back the full size açaí bowls!

Response to the owner comment: I never disrespected anyone. I simply ask for clarification regarding the difference in price. You should have reviewed the camera footage before responding in such an unprofessional manner. Now, seeing the "owner's" response, I can understand the attitude of the "manager." I have traveled all over the world as my reviews show and always leave 5 star reviews. One thing the owner and I can agree on is that I will NEVER be going back to that place!! Went to this place for two days in a row. The first day, I went twice as the service was excellent (a young lady and later a young man), and the acai bowls were very good. Bought a small bowl the 1st time for a bit over $6. The 2nd time ordered a large one with the same ingredients for a bit over $9. Both are worth it. On the 2nd day, I ordered the small bowl with the same ingredients and was charged $9.25. I asked about the disparity in prices, and the attendant seemed upset about my asking. The explanation was that the small and large prices were the same price due to ingredients. Just don't make any sense. She asked if I wanted to talk to her boss and I decided to leave. I felt so unsatisfied that I took a few steps and came back. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my surprise, she said, "I'm the manager," with arrogance and a challenging attitude. At that moment, I knew I was just wasting my time and talking with such an arrogant person. One of the attendants from the day before was present and didn't say a word, my guess out of fear. The manager with the horrible attitude name is Natalia. Be prepared to be charged whatever she wants to when she is the server. I will drive further to another location just to avoid dealing with that type of person. One person can really ruin an experience and a business.

I was so looking forward to visiting tonight. You saw me coming and you locked the door and turned out the light. I know it’s late and you want to go home, but don’t forget the energy you put out is the energy you get in. I was really looking forward to that cool coconut oil drizzled over frozen açaí berries. I guess business is good 👍🏽

Should be called a “Tip Top Scam.” They’ll charge you extra fees for the Häagen-Dazs ice cream (their only fruit sherbets, to be clear) on each scoop you buy, even though there is no signage saying that branded ice cream is more. A $3.50 double scoop was $7.08. Can’t tell if it’s a tourist trap specifically, or just a scam. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pedí un açaí pequeño y se tardaron muchísimo en prepararlo. Pasaron casi 20 minutos solo para uno pequeño. Cuando por fin viene la muchacha, me pregunta qué toppings quería y se disculpa diciendo que se tardó porque estaba haciendo la mezcla. Le digo claramente cuáles toppings escogí. Después de esperar otro buen rato, vuelve y me trae los toppings incorrectos. Le explico que uno de esos toppings soy alérgica y que no lo puedo comer. Ella vuelve a cambiar los toppings, pero otra vez deja el topping al que soy alérgica. Le explico de nuevo que no puedo comer eso. Luego llega otra muchacha, que fue la que originalmente me cobró, y me dice que no puede hacer nada y que lo único que puede hacer es devolverme el dinero. Muy mal servicio, mucha espera, errores constantes y cero cuidado con las alergias. No recomiendo este lugar. Respuesta: Mira, bájale como diez. La tienda no estaba llena, así que no vengas con ese cuento barato de que el mal servicio fue porque son “tan buenos”. Servicio malo es servicio malo, punto. Y eso de “30 comentarios positivos” suena más a que los escribiste tú mismo desde cuentas falsas que a otra cosa, porque lo que yo viví allí fue desorganización y mala actitud todo el tiempo. A mí no me importa quién tú te creas que eres ni cuán “duro” pienses que está tu negocio. A mí no me hables así ni me vengas a invalidar mi experiencia. Si no saben bregar con críticas, entonces el problema no soy yo, son ustedes. Mejor revisen su servicio y su forma de contestar, porque esa contestación fue más fea que el servicio que dieron. Y para rematar: se les dijo claro que había una alergia y no les importó. Eso no es un detalle pequeño, eso es falta de responsabilidad. Entre a buscar 2 mantecados de coco para mis padres mayores de edad e íbamos a comprar dos mas de otros sabores para mi y para mi esposo. Las empleadas nos dijeron que había de coco en la parte de atras pero no lo iban a traer y nos enviaron a otro lugar en el pueblo para que lo compráramos. Fuimos a ese otro lugar y estaba cerrado. Mis padres llevaban dos dias con ese antojo y no los pude complacer. Prefieren perder la venta que hacer su trabajo aún cuando se le dijo que era para dos personas mayores. En servicio y empatía tienen 0!! Jamas los voy a recomendar ni a patrocinar.

Lamentablemente sus empleados son su representación y la empleda q tienen en las mañanas creo q es la gerente la alta q siempre esta en chanclas con medias esa empleada tiene un servicio al cliente horrible es una grosera malcriada y siempre esta con actitudes y no es algo personal contra ella pq visito sus 3 facilidades a menudo y en la facilidad de rincon es el único lugar donde me siento incómodo cn las actitudes de esa empleada deben de trabajar en esa situación por que no es justo para el cliente salir incómodo por las prepotencias de una persona q debe de dar un servicio al cliente correcto
