I love this place and the food is consistently good. Great prices and youre allowed to place half orders.

The BBQ chicken was reall juicy and tender, they served a good portion at a reasonable price. The macaroni salad was quite tasty, as well.

Cashier's are very friendly and the food is great. Several budget friendly Options. As well as a variety of food to choose from in general.

Good choice if you are in the mood for some BBQ. Staff is always friendly and helpful when ordering. Some people give them a hard time for their age but from what I've seen the dozen or so times I've gone through is that they are hard working and awesome. The food is hot, tasty, and plentiful for the price, never had a complaint there. 5 stars

I am totally not a Hawaiian food person, tried it before in South San Francisco and Daly city, hate these places, but Ohana is very good, very decent food considering prices, the only thing is interior is a bit shabby and no air conditioning when outside was 100 degrees

The food is great , with good prices but the customer services needs to improve ! The young woman who answers the phone needs better Etiquette. It could potentially drive customers away.

I gave a 4 cuz I didn't really eat here, but The can Hawaiian soda/juices are soooo good..oh and I tried the lumpa also good...

I love going for Hawaiian when I kinda feel like having asian food, but I don't want Chinese for dinner. It's always yummy and leaves me feeling satisfied, but not overly stuffed.

Not really welcoming 😕...my first time in ever and I felt so unwelcomed. Will I go back...let's hope the food was better than the service.

My first time ever to eat at this restaurant chain, and I'll never go back to this particular one. Credit where credit is due, the food was very good- However, I walked in with a coupon and when I was still 15 feet away from the counter, the man behind the counter starts yelling and waving "not coupon here, that is other San Leandro. NO COUPON! No, not here- other one!" My friend said, "okay, she still wants what is on the coupon." He yells again "no coupon. no coupon." Fine, I don't think he takes coupons. I would suggest he take a course in customer relations before he runs off any more business.

I ordered two items to go 1 was spam musubi, the other was a spam loko moko, the first item was correct, the second was instead a burger patty with gravy. I only realized when I got home so it was a bit late to head back. At least the spam musubi tasted good.

Got the BBQ Beef. Huge portion of the stingiest, toughest beef I've ever had. Every piece of it could not be swallowed, it was so stringy. Really poor quality beef, but seasoned for good flavor. Just can't eat, so chew it and spit it out, I guess. Dayum....

Ordered over the phone, picked up, and dined in. Chicken Katsu plate was under $13. The fried chicken was dry and seemed like it was fried too long. The macaroni wasn’t good either. Rice was fine.

Waited 40min for an online order, only for them to leave it behind the counter and let it start to get cold and soggy. no message or announcement or apology nothing.

I had some kind of chicken in a bowl with boiled veggies over rice! Ugh! I am trying to live a healthy lifestyle but that particular dish was horrible. I am willing to try something else but not the same thing twice.

Been here a few times but this time was a 👎..cashier wasn't nice to me didn't get my order right,treat me like he didn't wanted to take my order😡 ,I even had to wait for him to take my order he was in front of me and was ignoring me😡😡😡 I didn't walked away bacuse my kid was very hungry and wanted hawaiian bbq he was definitely giving me attitude at the beginning,after I finish ordering some Asian girls came in and he traeted them very nice.. (I know owner will read this review but they won't care)🤷

I let the employee know running the register that their website says $12.95 that's what I want to get charged he responded no they go by the price that's on their menu in the restaurant and I said goodbye I will never return to this restaurant false advertisement 100%

They charged my card and said it didn’t go through and I kept trying to show the manager that it went through on my phone she was completely rude and dismissive and proceeded to yell at me. Food is not worth the lack of communication/customer service. Also, the seating area and tables are never clean so I’m done with this place.

I ordered the seafood and chicken combo I didn't receive any sauce so I asked for a sauce I told her I didn't receive one she ask what I ordered I told her and she said no sauce comes with my order I would have to buy it, No I'm not and I will not be returning I'll eat this dry plate of food because I have already paid for it
