The ginger chai hit the spot!!! A perfect blend of delicious spices that felt like a hug to my soul! Paired with a cinnamon roll, that they heat up… Perfect mid day treat!!! Will definitely be back soon!
Located next to the Alameda Walmart, this is a great coffee shop with delicious pastries, gelato and beautiful artwork to enjoy when dining in. The brown cow latte, which is a hazelnut latte(hot). We also enjoyed an iced mocha latte, which was also delicious. I will be sure to enjoy their delicious gelato on my next trip.
Wonderful spot to get breakfast. I read the previous comments and I have no idea what that woman is talking about. The place is very clean, no flies at all, and this is the 3rd time I've been here because the food is delicious and they offer vegan options. They have an outside patio to sit and the inside is big and spacious with interesting art. I'll definitely be back, but the coffee can get expensive when you sub nondairy milk and I would recommend ordering ahead in the mornings so you can quickly pick it up
Asked for 2 regular medium coffees, the lady gave me coconut/hazelnut coffee. I hate coconut and/or hazelnut coffee. Asked the barista if I could get a normal house coffee instead. He suggested an Americana. It was pretty good. The bacon breakfast sandwich was very small in portion and they were very stingy with the little tiny amount of bacon. The lady wasn’t welcoming or friendly. The Barista guy was nice though.
A great find!! My son had something going on at PilotCity and this cafe is right down the stairs. A great place to hang out while I waited. Pesto Burrito and Latte were amazing!! Coffee is far superior to other places I have tried. My go to place anytime we’re in the area.
Anjleen and family never fail to deliver delicious food and coffee that keeps me coming back (or getting delivery!) I wish I had more time to sit and eat there because it is calm and nice music playing and space to get work done if I had my laptop (next time!). I can tell they really care about their business and customers in how they treat me and remember our conversations, and it’s those personal touches that make It’s a Grind special.
The perfectly grilled veggie quesadilla held a delicious blend of fresh ingredients, making each bite warm and cheesy.
My big sister invited me to this coffee shop and it was my first time. But instead of trying their hot or cold coffee, I ended up having green tea macha...and I love it. Price just right.
Very clean and orderly shop. Ordered three different breakfast burritos and they were all equally delicious. Three coffee orders were equally good. Service was fast and the variety of foods offered well exceeded my expectations!

I order here on door dash for my agoraphobic friend. They're very picky and this has become a staple for us. I will be coming in for a trip to personally thank the staff and give them a tip I can afford for being so sweet to my friend. As delicate with the order as if I prepared it myself 💕 - Emilio O
Forget Starbucks..this place has real quality coffee! My favorite is ice coffee with a shot of expresso. Nothing is watered down its bold and flavorful.
The cafe and restroom were so clean I was impressed. I ordered a coffee of the day and a bagel with steak, egg and cheese. It was hot, huge and delicious. Anjleen and the young man were so kind and attentive. It was a pleasure to stop in while I charged my vehicle.
Delicious hot vanilla latte & iced matcha latte. Hightly recommend The egg and chesee bagel sandwich and the sleepy sausage breakfast burrito. Me and my daughter enjoyed our breakfast. Great customer service.

I enjoyed it my first time, food was delicious. Google said I haven't been here since Feb. 2023 so I guess things have changed. I ordered a build your own breakfast burrito with mushrooms and a coffee. It was just ok the mushrooms were canned, you get plenty of cheese - I guess that's a plus for some. They make you pay for the salsa in the the past it came with the burrito also the salsa was way different than what I remembered. And at 11am it was super busy. Overall it was ok I will give them another try but, I won't rush to do it.

Chill place, good Playlist. I came on a Sunday at noon. Very few people inside. Wasn't greeted but they had only two young employees working. One customer walked out after standing at counter for a few minutes without being acknowledged. If you happen to stick around the food is good the coffee is excellent.

The pistachio latte confusingly doesn’t have coffee (a latte, by definition, is coffee and milk, and the only common alternative usage is re: a chai latte - not sure what “pistachio” as a beverage is without that) and I only found out when I watched the cashier add two shots of espresso on the order screen, thus making it suddenly $9 for a MEDIUM latte with a flavor. HARD pass. Clarity in calling the item something else would be ideal. Otherwise, I’ve found service here not the most consistent, the entry way often has obnoxious flies, and the door is perpetually wide open, whether it’s hot or cold out - I think there’s no ac unit as I recall it being unbearable the last time I visited while it was hot. The place could use some care as well as the employees, who don’t need to suffer through all that.
STAY AWAY!!! I recently had a truly unpleasant experience at this restaurant both personal and from insiders... From the moment I stepped inside, the place was a mess. The floors were sticky, and the tables hadn't been wiped down properly. Not to mention, you are greeted with flies. But the real horror came when the food arrived and the way it was prepared. From flies, to moldy food... a true disgust. They make employees pre heat the food and freeze it for the next day and the lady who runs the places reuses the receipt papers to wrap and label the burritos. The milk was once brought home from her house and was expired and made the employees reuse it. The food that was moldy was cut off and sold like that! Anything that was expired was used to make orders... The dish I ordered had a strange, off-putting smell, and upon closer inspection, I noticed mold growing on parts of the food. It looked like it hadn't been stored properly or had been sitting out for far too long. The texture was slimy, and the taste was even worse--like a mix of sour decay and old, rotting ingredients. The chorizo and bacon bits are frozen and microwaved along with eggs in a contaminated cutting and preparing the food area with flies always dancing around. Not to mention, the egg was sitting out for a couple of hours. When I tried to bring it to the staff's attention, I was met with indifference. To top it off, the general cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling. The bathroom was a disaster, and there were food stains and poop on the walls. With my careful observations I saw the main lady going in and not washing her hands. It's clear that cleanliness and food safety are not priorities here. Needless to say, I won't be returning, and I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place. It's a severe health hazard and a disgusting dining experience. This place needs to be shut down immediately due to the food poisoning!

The staff on 6/7 was extremely slow I waited in line for 5mins and NO one attended me seen me and didn't even ask if I was ready also kids and I waited over 20mins for a single begal and 2x drinks can't say I'll be coming back the older staff moved better
I went there for quick breakfast bite, upon arriving the place seem clean there was 1 customer ahead of me. I order a breakfast burrito, however I did not know that it was prepaid and that they use a microwave to heat it up. It taste weird and kind cold, I also ordered a blended drink it took about 35 mins to get my drink. The burrito came with a salsa, that tasted off, once I notice that it was off I stop eating it and threw away because they do have a sign that reads " no refunds or exchanges on food and drinks " I should took that as a sign. Also the lady did not have any customer service it was a cold transaction when ordering. I will not be going there ever again. Please note that I immediately got a upset stomach after.
I really hate to give this place one star, but when you have strict dietary restrictions and they don’t follow them, it’s really disappointing. It’s even worse when you can’t get a full refund through third-party delivery apps. I hope they start paying more attention to special requests in the future.
I was extremely disappointed with my hot latte. It tasted burnt. Also, the placed didn't look clean at all. I wanted a pastry, but after seeing the dirtiness I changed my mind. The young lady who took my order was polite. You guys need to do better. It's ridiculous how nasty it looked in there 😒
Respectfully, they should shut this store down for a couple of reasons. 1. Customer service was okay. An older lady was cashier and foods handler and took her 30 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. 2. Food: All sandwiches had eggs and the eggs were cooked in the microwave. At one point, the egg sounded like it exploded in the microwave. Sliced bacon and ham were the thinnest slices I have had at any restaurant. No wonder why there is a sign saying "No refunds or exchanges." The coffee was cold by time we got our food. 3. Prices: Prices on the board was not what I was charged. Egg & Cheese muffin sandwich $6.79 plus ham = almost $12. Every item was a charge. (muffin, egg, cheese, etc) 4. Atmosphere: Clean with comfortable seating. Its an art gallery and scan to buy an art piece. I like the positive tea cup display but the experience was not all positive. HAZARD: There was a dirty Gelato cooler that looked moldy in the tin container, just in the front of the sitting area. 1st & Last. Thank you.
