Having moved away from California, my family and I always say we miss the food. For me, Round Table is top

This Round Table had closed for a little while but they are open now and just as good as they always have been. Best Round Table in the area... as I have now tried them all. Pizza is always correct, fresh ingredients, hot, and never soggy. We get the ½ veggie with pepperoni, and ½ pineapple and pepperoni with jalapenos. We did try the Maui Zaui with the Polynesian sauce last time and it was very good. Have had it with the red sauce before and it's not as good as the Polynesian sauce. Staff is friendly, never had any issues. Round Table pizza's are a little pricey but worth it in my book.

Then our pizza came quickly and was accurate...also delicious! The kids love the arcade games they have, keeps them busy while we wait for the pizza. We will continue giving them our business. :)

I ordered delivery. My pizza was delivered in 30 minutes. Outstanding service. Pizza was very good & hot still, bread sticks were delicious... Delivery guy was very nice.

Round Table is very good but also very expensive. 2 persons ordered a SMALL garlic supereme and 2 beer (Heineken but didn't taste like Heineken) cost $28+. May want to grab their coupon before go......

Not a big fan of pizza over all but my aunt ordered from here they got the order wrong and they gave her a size up on the new pizza for no additional charge which was nice

I've been to a lot of round tables. But by far this round, table has the best tasting pizza. They don't over sauce it and the crust is crispy. Wings were awesome. As well, I recommend going to this round table in san lorenzo

This time, I was only here to pick up a pizza for a meeting we were having at our parish. Despite this place having closed for a time because of a fire, I'm glad they've reopened and resumed the great food and service I've always enjoyed at this restaurant. Keep it up guys and don't ever change.👍

I've been to a lot of round tables. But by far this round, table has the best tasting pizza. They don't over sauce it and the crust is crispy. Wings were awesome. As well, I recommend going to this round table in san lorenzo

Placed a large order online to pick up. When I arrived I had to make my own salad. Rather than getting a large container that a group could use (for salad dressing) I was given 4 single serving containers. By the time I made the salad and got the pizzas I ended up leaving without the drinks because they were not there and I had forgotten I had to worry about that too. (I got distracted with "What am I supposed to put on the salad... generic salad. Didn't I pay you to do this?") I had to make a second trip to go get the sodas. The pizza smelled good though.

The food is wayyyyyyyyyyy over priced. We had to patron here since the head of household wished for this place. Save your money and go elsewhere - staff was so so and the place still seems murky despite a refurb.

If you are an impaciente person don’t go here. Waited abt 45 minutes for a Large pepperoni and a dozen wings:/ i’ve experienced better time management.

When I did go, please see picture. I'm not eating salad that looks like this. Picture might make it look good, but it has a lot of brown and wilted lettuce. Pizza was good though.

I specifically asked for parm cheese, red pepper packets, plates and napkins to be delivered with our Round Table pizza and we got NONE of those upon delivery!!! Plus the pizza was only slightly warm, not hot. Really BAD customer service!!!

I wish I got her name but she was young. When I got home the bread was undercooked I found two hairs on the pizza. One long and one short. Looked at it to make sure it wasnt mine. It wasn’t and decided to not eat that whole pizza. I’m not sure if they wear hair nets but maybe they should. I didn’t call back because I don’t like being a problem but I just won’t eat from here anymore.

They forgot about us and by the time they realized we were still waiting for our food it was already cold we ended up just taking it home. The place is drab no decorations. Not much sitting space. The Pepsi was good the salad bar was decent but I went home hungry with cold pizza.

Place was okay , nothing special, service was not all that great . Food was expensive, pizza doesn't taste like the og round table. Better to just bake one at home.

Pizza is always great. But if you have kids who like to play video games or get toys from the machines this is not the place for you. Signs saying no refunds for games or machines everywhere. Most toy machines don't have any toys in them. Didn't notice till my 4yr old already put in $.50 and turned the nob. Turned his world upside down. Ended up unplugging video games myself cause one of them stopped mid game and was making very annoying sound over and over.

Will call you personally to find out why you canceled your order WITH ATTITUDE, even if a 3rd party service messed up on the delivery.

My wife and I had dinner inside, service was great, I order King Arthur Supreme, plus ground beef, but the pizza had barbecue sauce, and the ground beef tasted terrible. Never going back.

I have been to this place several times and usually had decent service and the pizza was usually above average. Unfortunately the service here has dropped off considerably.

I ordered and paid for extra sauce on two pizzas. Both pizzas had very little sauce.

Seriously done with this location!! While they were closed we went to Castro Valley, and I will continue to go there! Very poor service at this location. I thought I felt bad for the guy in front of me waiting for his pizza and wings and bread to be ready all at the same time, but then come to find out I was standing there waiting for 25 minutes and my pizza was just sitting there.

I ordered a double pepperoni with extra sauce to go, and any beer that’s not Budweiser, a 21st amendment IPA … What I received as far as beer tasted like Budweiser, so I asked my lady to Oder me another and this time I salted it because that’s what my buddy used to do to bud and I remember the taste clearly. Long story short my 21st amendment IPA tasted like but twiper. However the pizza they spit in was Amazing. Im white in Hayward so yeah racism is real just not as portrayed in the public eye.

My experience with the manager on duty Gabby was horrible. When I got to the restaurant my order wasnt ready due to them not knowing where the order was. They tried telling me my order never went through even though my account was charged. I waited over 20 minutes for them to resolve the issue, only for the manager to put all the blame on me! Saying I gave them the wrong name for the order, which was false. GABBY is a horrible manager, and she had her co-workers communicatinf with me instead of herself and didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all. Her staff handled the situation better than she did.

Not good. Pizza is either burnt or undercooked. Whatever special "spice" they put in it gives me the runs every time. Been stupidly ordering from here for 3 years. Use doordash to get Castro Valley or UC Round Table delivery instead. This spot is not worth the prices, I've given them lots of chances.

Don’t trust the app time for pickup- I arrived 5 mins after my scheduled pick up time- and it was still 20 min wait. I ordered it 45 min before I came for the pickup. When I got there they hadn’t even put the pizza in yet. This is the 3rd time- done with this place.

Well....let me say. Once upon a time, round table was a kick ass pizza. Good taste, put together nicely, and the crust was incredible. The last three we've gotten from this location have be horrible. San lorenzo /hesperian. All three times.....pick up slice, soggy crust, warm leaning towards cold, toppings slide off, and the taste just not good, needless to say, after a couple of bites, it was a wrap. Time to find a new pizza place. I'm done with round.

We ordered just 3 items and we waited for more than an hour.We had to ask the employee again for our orders and found out that they haven't started to prepare for it.and still they have the gut to give us a bad attitude! Bad customer service

TERRIBLE. Normally took my order to pick up. Gave her all my information. Being pick up by Ralph. Could not find the order. Took forever. I will stop by to complain, about Norma .

DELIVERY ORDERED FOR WORK LUNCH AT 10:46 AM. ORIGINAL DELIVERY TIME: 12:15 PM, HAD TO SHIFT LUNCH SCHEDULE. THEY CALLED 11:20 AM TO LET US KNOW THEY WOULD BE RUNNING LATE (12:30). OKAY, IT'S RAINING...UNDERSTANDABLE. GLAD THEY CALLED. SHIFT LUNCHES AGAIN. HOWEVER, STILL NO PIZZA DELIVERY AT 12:50 PM. CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT DELIVERY AND WAS TOLD IT WAS A NEW DRIVER. OFFERED DISCOUNT FOR NEXT TIME. THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME. IF YOU CAN'T DELIVERY ON TIME. STILL NO PIZZA AT 1:10 PM. Finally arrived at 1:18 pm. 10:45 am to 1:18 pm!

Look at the picture, serioualy what is this? It's half crust and has toppings on the inner quarter of the pizza at best. Most disappointing pizza I've had in quite a while! Little ceasers quality for 4x the price!!

Got to the restaurant to pickup my pizza and they insisted that I had not yet paid. Had to call my credit card company and stop the charge, told the restaurant to keep the pizza.. It smelled so good though, but I'm not going to pay twice..

Ordered online and arrived 10mins after pizza was supposed to be ready. When I got there I was told to wait another 15-20 due to my pizza not being ready. I asked for garlic twist as a comp. For having to wait and was told by the cashier she couldn’t get ahold of the manager to give me anything. Poor customer service!

Ordered online for delivery. An hour and 20 minutes later, Dasher did not have full order to deliver. When I called RTP, they found that they still had the rest of the order. I asked for it to be delivered and they said I had to pick it up. What’s the point of ordering for delivery if I still have to be inconvenienced to pick it up? No manager onsite at the time. Disappointed and will not order from here again

I ordered a small pizza yesterday at 6:30 for delivery. I received a text saying it would be delivered at approximately 7:20 which I was fine with. About a minute later I received a text stating they were busier than usual and it woul now be delivered at approximately 8:20. At 8:20 I had heard nothing else and had no pizza delivery. I contacted the text number and they responded that they had contacted Round Table who told them the delivery guy had left and should be here in approximately 15 minutes. I live less than 5 minutes from this location. I waited 15 minutes and called Round Table myself. I was told they had my order, but had a problem with their iPad and didn't know if it was for delivery or pickup. She said they were making my pizza right then. My pizza was finally delivered at 9:08pm. I had this exact same experience just after this location re-opened and thought it was just a fluke. Now I don't think so. I love Round Table, but after this experience I will not use this location again even though it is extremely close to my house.

Ive been ordering and visiting this Round Table for over 20 years, never had issues. But the handful of times I’ve order here I have received the worst service ! I don’t know if they’re under staffed or what. The service is terrible!! I really never leave reviews but I am so disgusted by this I had to leave this message. Do not order from this location, you’ll starve and be told to deal with it. If I could give it zero starts I would m. Never ever again
