They took forever to take our order. When we asked about other dishes, they weren't available. It took them a long time to bring our food, and when it finally arrived, the waiter was incredibly rude. We asked him what each crepe was because he just left them on the table, saying they were what we ordered. The crepes were rock hard, and the strawberry milkshakes were made with pure artificial flavoring and were so sugary they were cloying and impossible to drink. After we started eating them, we saw the milkshake's components separate into milk and flavoring, and it curdled. That's when we got up and went to the cashier to take the drink back to her so she could see it was curdled. Without even looking at us, she told us she couldn't do anything except replace the milkshake, but it would be the same. She said the money couldn't be refunded since my companion had already paid without us noticing. Terrible service. Awful. The bathroom was filthy. (Which is the same one they charge for as a public restroom.) Rude. And terrible food. Expensive for what they offer.

To begin with, they didn't serve me, I had to go to the counter where the clerks were playing video games without paying attention to the customers, the drinks were tasteless, they gave me my cups drained, the drinks tasteless and cold. There was no paper or soap in the bathroom, the hygiene of the place left much to be desired. I won't come back.

I don't usually post reviews, but my goodness, how careless! The view was spectacular, but the crepes were of terrible quality, the coffee was so-so. The service wasn't rude, but they took too long, and I work in customer service and normally I say, "Well, it's okay, the place was empty." Please take good care of what you sell.

Overall, it's a bad place. We stumbled upon it by chance. There was absolutely no one else there, and it took them over 30 minutes to bring our orders, which were just two crepes and two frappes. The drinks were mostly ice, so they were very bland. We ordered the crepes to go because they took so long, they were undercooked, and the ingredients were of very poor quality. The portions were also tiny.

The most horrendous place. The drinks are horrible and cold. You order a frappe and it's just crushed ice. You order something hot and it's cold. They even want you to tip for their poor service. The most horrendous business. I was a tourist and had no idea, but for everyone who saw this cafe on Google Maps, don't trust their 4.8 star rating. Horrible service. Don't go there or enter anything. Thank you.
