Encontramos el restorant de André por casualidad más sin embargo fue una deliciosa experiencia de principio a fin en nuestra velada,empezamos con la pasta tradi de lacasa excelsa y un incomparable rissotto de vegetales pero lo qué se llevo la noche fueron los taquitos de pato confitado acompañado de guacamole de menta,el perfecto balance de cocina francesa y mexicana...Definitivamente es una opción imperdible en Guanajuato. Excelente equilibrio en calidad,cantidad y precio,la atención de Miguel fue también de 5 estrellas.

Este restaurante lo conocimos en el 50 aniversario del Cervantino y sigue siendo rico con buena calidad y un servicio amable y precios muy razonables. El ambiente es el de la calles de Guanajuato con ruido según el día y evento, pero es agradable. Además, siempre hay comensales franceses, así que eso dice todo del sitio.

Enjoyed our meal here. The steak in butter sauce was great. Pasta was good too, but was more of a gnocchi than we had expected. Chocolate cake was alright, the ice cream was rock solid we had to smash it to break it off haha. The service though, was spectacular. Cathy y Elena were both fantastic. The chef came out too and spoke with another table at length. Can tell he really cares. Overheard other tables talking about how good the patos tacos were, so we’ll have to come back! Great price for the quality. Recommend 👌

Wow! European quality dining in Mexico. My escargots tasted like I was in France. My peppercorn sauce steak melted in my mouth it was so tender. And I soaked up every last bit of the sauce with bread. DO walk a few minutes from the Jardin to dine here!

Some of the best food in Guanajuato with a real understanding of European flavours. You're paying for actual good quality food here it seems, not just location. The mushroom risotto and mustard salmon were both superb. The chocolate cake was a bit regular and not creamy.

The Service - From the moment you enter, Chef Thierry received us and sat us down while providing us with the Menu and willing to answer all questions we might have. He speaks French, Spanish, and English fluently and nothing is better than the Chef explaining and recommending dishes. Attentive service with everything being served on time and friendly service that makes you feel wonderful. The Prices - Everything on the menu is quite affordable nad accessible. My personal experience; 2 Appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 drinks, 1 wine glass, and 1 dessert. All of this for approximately 42 USD. The Food - Delicious, tasty, fragrant, exquisite, magnificent and the best adjectives possible to describe the food. However, the best word that comes to my mind to properly describe the food is, 'Balanced.' The Ambiance - Quaint, relaxed, comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The Staff - Extremely friendly, courteous, helpful, and attentive. The Location - In Downtown Guanajuato approximately 100 meters from Alhóndiga de Granaditas and less than 100 meters from Mercado de Hidalgo.

This is easily the best restaurant in Guanajuato. The food is incredible—the flavors, textures, everything! The restaurant has seven tables or so, and we were lucky to get a table on a Saturday night. The chef, Thierry, came to check on our experience, which was a nice personal touch. Fun fact: Andrée is the name of his mother. :) We had the duck tacos, arrachera in salsa perillada, shrimp curry with mushroom risotto, escargot, and mushroom cream soup. I would absolutely recommend all of the above, and I can’t wait to come back and try the other dishes!

Our favorite restaurant in Guanajuato! The atmosphere is cozy and personal and the food is outstanding. The owner and chef, Thierry, takes time to explain the menu, makes great recommendation based on your preferences, and does his best to accommodate your special requests. His passion and pride in his art is contagious and made it a great experience for us. We had the mushroom risotto, salmon with mustard sauce, duck confit tacos, meditarrean salad, mushroom soup and the chocolate cake. Everything was tasty, with balanced and complex flavors. Duck confit tacos and the mushroom soup were especially standouts to us. We will definitely come back when we are in Guanajuato again!

leí muchas buena revistas para este restaurante. En verdad, nunca comía comida extranjero durante mi dos años en México. Los siento, Estuve un poco decepcionado. Come Caracoles y Boeuf bourguignon, el sabor son más o menos. Pero, el ambiente y decoraciones son muy comodo y relajado. El servicio es super. Precios para comida son muy económico, en este restaurante de 5 estrellas. Aun, se recomiendo.

Llegamos por recomendación de Google. El ambiente es relajado y ameno. La atención es buena y los platillos en general tienen el sabor tradicional de la cocina francesa. El puré de papa con zanahoria es una verdadera joya. Solamente mejoraría un poco la atención y la cocción de algunos platillos ya que nos ofrecieron un poco de más pan y nunca lo llevaron y, por otro lado, el salmón a la mostaza tenia escamas y estaba un tanto crudo ya que al masticar podías sentir las escamas plastificadas además de que todos los platillos que probamos estaban algo salados para el paladar de tres diferentes personas.

El menú son platillos de autor, con enfoque francés, el sazón es muy especial, te da el sabor en cada bocado con textura suave y de sabores muy frescos al degustar. Los precios acorde tipo de calidad en los platillos y el servicio excelente. Felicidades al chef Jerry y su personal.

Excelente restaurante de comida francesa en Gto, el servicio y los alimentos son excelentes. La comida francesa tiene un toque especial qué me llega al corazón. Aunque las pizzas no son mis favoritas, me gusta que tengan un toque que las hace diferentes. Lo que más me ha gustado es el estofado de res y el corte de salmón, acompañado de un rico rissoto. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Todo rico y bien presentado, se sirvieron todos los tiempos juntos. Las porciones son suficientes que no alcanzamos a llegar al postre. El personal muy amable y atento. La única recomendación sería mejorar el aseo del baño.

Take a break and enjoy a lovely French lunch. Perhaps after visiting the museums and galleries on this street, a glass of wine and a nice salad may be what you need. I enjoyed it very much. Yo era el único cliente un viernes a las 7pm, lo que quizás explique la falta de energía. En general Solía encantarme este lugar y lo recomendaba, pero esta vez fue una experiencia floja. The food was good but not great and we were left feeling a bit disappointed for what we expected from the reviews and price. Everything with garlic and butter was good as to be expected when something is covered in garlic and butter. But some of our dishes felt like the warmed up leftovers from the previous nights dinner, the side of potatoes that came with some dishes was really lacking in seasoning and flavor. What really left a bad taste in our mouth is at the end we expected a French restaurant of all places to have a good crème brûlée and it was one of the worst any of us has ever had. It was clearly old and not fresh and had been torched long ago. Overall everyone enjoyed the seafood dishes but some of the others were meh. If not for the dessert probably would of went 4 stars.

Los caracoles más chiclosos y ausentes de sabor que he probado, el pato confitado más grasoso –pero REALMENTE grasoso– y el boeuf bourguignon más aguado junto con el puré de papas más insípido que he probado en años y el vino estaba muy, muy tibio (un pinot va por ahí de unos 15 centígrados) y estaba por ahí de los 21. Le pongo 2 solo porque la mesera fue realmente amable.

El asado a la persillada estaba demasiado salado, y el salmón a la mostaza Dijon le faltaba un poco de sabor, creo que por el precio queda a deber este restaurante, en cuanto al servicio, es excelente en todo momento fueron muy amables y atentos. El restaurante es bonito, tranquilo y relajado.
