Great. Excellent service, all the waiters are very attentive, and the owner himself is very attentive and makes sure everything is going well. The live music (rock with the band "La Cañada") is great, creating a great atmosphere. They have pre-dinner beer, which I really like, in addition to the usual options like commercial beer, cocktails, bottles of wine, and shots. They also offer dinner. There's no cover charge, which is great (especially at Cervantino in October). Some of the high chairs or stools are a bit difficult to move, but it's very nice, they're comfortable. It's super good. The prices are a bit high, but those are generally prices for downtown Guanajuato.

POSITIVE: Centrally located, friendly service. NEGATIVE: The price/price ratio isn't worth it. I ordered surf and turf with a side of sweet corn. It was more side than meat, and there were 3 shrimp. A corn cob cut into quarters. The taste was okay. I thought it was in poor taste that they added a 20% tip. The waiter said it was only 15%. INTERESTING: I played jazz-type music; given the atmosphere, I was expecting Mexican-style music.

It's not a good place to eat. I arrived late after the street party, and the fajita portion was disappointing and tasted bad. Honestly, I ordered a horrible mini pizza for my daughter, and then they added the mandatory tip. I left angry. It might be okay for drinks, but as a restaurant, it's bad.

The most expensive and shabby place I've ever been to. We got there that night because it was raining really hard in Guanajuato and there was nowhere else open. A family of six went and we ordered a barbecue for five for 700 pesos. What they served us was outrageous. It wasn't even enough for two tacos per person plus a bucket of beer and a national drink. The bill ended up being 1200 pesos. I want to make it clear that when a place is great and the food is good, it's not a bad idea to pay a high bill, but here it was expensive and shabby, and the service was very poor.

Direct mistreatment of the manager. He raised his voice when I made a suggestion about him not answering the phone, as I called several times and realized his website doesn't have the correct number either. He said that it wasn't my fault and that the manager shouldn't have spoken to me, since I was the customer or future customer. The entire way he handles his business and promotes his business on the website is rubbish. I want to speak to the owner and file a complaint. And I hope he doesn't mistreat the host either; that manager doesn't deserve to work at that restaurant with that kind of attitude and character.

The service was terrible, my wife and I walked in and it was almost empty. But we still had a long wait for our order, which consisted of a molcagete of meat and melted cheese, the meats were very raw and undercooked. It was super expensive because the menu said 90 pesos for the molcagete, and we only had 2 cokes. The waiter gave me the bill of over 900 pesos. I didn't know why it was so much, but I just paid it. And they wanted a 20% tip. After talking with my wife, we decided to never go back to this horrible restaurant.
