The staff is friendly and the everything is very clean. The cakes, muffins, pies and cookies are heavenly and really exclusive. Wrong time or day and you won't get what you desired and in the worst case come back the next day. You can call an pre order anything you wish for. Ist a really comfy place in Avenida Carranza where you can spend some time with good coffee and sweets but it can be pricey if you try a little of everything.

Ame el lugar es un lugar pequeño y acogedor. Los que atienden som muy amables. Los postres que lleve estaban deliciosos. El frape me dejo mucho que desear esperaba algo mas. Literalmente estaba desabrido. Pero todo lo demás 10 de 10 Tenia años queriendo venir. 4 estrellas por el frape nada mas.

Excelente el servicio del personal, gran variedad en repostería sin embargo no es asi con las bebidas. A parte de la comida venden productos para el hogar muy muy lindos aunque un poco caros pero de muy buena calidad.

As you can see in all the photos, the place is super cute! It's also a home decor shop. The prices are in line with the quality of the pastries! The selection is a bit sweet, but totally worth it. The boxed presentation is great for gatherings or small gifts. I've always traveled with my desserts, and because of their quality, they arrive without any problems, even on long trips. On a positive note, customer service could be improved. I understand how tiring it can be for the staff to constantly name and "explain" the desserts, but I've always encountered some very rude people who ask questions. I know that adding the name or a brief description of the desserts might detract from the overall look, but they taste amazing, and I know it would create something very aesthetically pleasing and harmonious with the space.

It's a pretty place, well-decorated and designed for taking great photos. It has that "Instagrammable" touch that catches your eye and makes it a pleasant place to spend time. The best thing, without a doubt, is the desserts: they're well-made, the presentation shows care, and the flavor is excellent. If you have a sweet tooth, you'll probably leave satisfied. The coffee is rather basic, nothing special. It works as an accompaniment, but don't expect a particularly elaborate experience in that regard. The service was friendly, although a bit distracted. At times, they were slow to attend to you or seemed to be off-kilter; nothing serious, but it was noticeable. The prices are high for what they offer if you consider it a general coffee shop. It's only worth it if you're going for the dessert as your main reason to go.

The desserts we had were great but we waited 40 minutes for them to bring them to our table. They are already prepared! I actually finally got up and went and took them from the counter 😅

La atención es muy buena, aparte super pacientes. Todo esta decorado de una forma muy linda... lo unico que no, los cupcakes, probé el de ferrero y es extremadamente dulce y asi todo. Recomiendo mas ir a comprar cosas para decoración, jaboncitos, cremas o velas.

My experience was bad. The chocolate cake was dry, crumbly, and tasteless, and the coconut latte was bland. The service was terrible when I told them my cake was dry; they just said, "That's how that cake is, dry." It's annoying that they acted that way just because they only had one sale. I don't recommend it. Go to Molino Ruso instead; it's much better.

The service was bad, they took 20 minutes to bring the menu and 20 minutes in bring the check, we were few clients and different servers, I did not understand why they took to long, the customer service also was not friendly, they look unhappy.
