Great flavor and variety. Truly Huasteca cuisine. Its only drawbacks are the lack of parking and slow service. But the flavor, appearance, and quality are top-notch.

Everything was very poorly organized; I had to navigate through aisles. The so-called security personnel were very rude and arrogant; they practically took my cart by force and were incredibly disrespectful. Honestly, the service was terrible. I waited in line for hours only to be told they weren't going to charge me anymore, and they only had three registers open. The people helping with packing were pressured too much because they weren't fast; it was an injustice.

It's tasty, but it's not cheap and the service is bad. They take a long time to prepare the food, and if you wait for them to bring you the bill, it could take forever; you're better off just getting up and asking how much it is.

The employees could be friendlier. They literally handed a lemon to a colleague without splitting it. Very bad service, and it's not tasty.

They take a long time. The food is okay. But the snacks I ordered were served with the bare minimum: a taco that wasn't cheap had just a few pieces of meat. The same with the dried beef.

I do not recommend the fast food. They told us that the main course was breaded chicken Milanese, what they did not mention is that they were pre-made from the brand that day. The truth is that we will not return. If you go to a restaurant you expect to eat something freshly made, not things that come in a package. The good thing: the handmade tortillas and the salsa.

The place lacks a Huasteca atmosphere, there was no water in the bathroom, food was missing from the menu, and the coffee was terrible. The dishes weren't bad, but I definitely won't be returning.

The food was too salty and if we consider that it took them 40 minutes to serve me after ordering, imagine my disappointment. There was another table that arrived much later than me, they were served in less than 15 minutes (there were preferences because they were already known customers) so they started eating before us. Explain that to a pregnant woman, a 7 year old girl and a 2 year old baby, you completely ruined my first visit to this place, I will not return. To top it off, when I asked for my bill they told me they were very busy, that I should wait and since I had already waited too long, it was easier for me to go directly to the register to pay... I do not recommend it.

I went to a course in the building next door and we went there for breakfast. There were four of us, and we all ordered, but while we waited for our food (because it takes a while), I decided to take a bite of my sandwich (I had brought a packed lunch, but I wanted to try the place). The person taking the order was very rude and told me I couldn't eat there because of the use of "napkins." Oh well... I ate my sandwich and drank my coffee, feeling quite upset after such a bad experience. Terrible service!
