Awesome place. Plenty of pools and jacuzzis, always spotless and clean, spread throughout the complex, avoiding crowding of tenants in one area. 10-star clubhouse, paddle tennis courts, and a super-large terrace. Snack bar, steam rooms, spa, and soon a gym. Very satisfied!!

Excellent residential area! The houses and apartments are like the center of San Miguel. They also have many amenities, many jacuzzis and pools, plus paddle tennis courts and much more. It's 5 minutes from downtown San Miguel and has supermarkets right around the corner.

I have lived in Punta del Cielo for one year and have the benefit of experiencing the development over an extended period. The property has very nice gardens along with nice looking units. Many of the units have absentee owners and are rented through airbnb. There are a lot of short-term rentals at Punta del Cielo. So, the development is frequently very noisy on weekends. More importantly, the development has experienced unreliable water supply while I have lived here (water is sourced from a well). But frequently there is no water in the mornings. And sometimes the development is without water for 12 hours or more. Its a real problem. Great views. Nice amenities. Lots of parties. Quite noisy. And water problems that have not been addressed.

Don't rent or buy here. The developers have water problems and charge exorbitant prices for this service, even though they can't legally disconnect it, but they do suspend it. They also promised amenities that they don't have and don't even have a delivery date for.
