This Panda Express generally receives high praise for cleanliness, friendly service (especially from staff like Addy and Meghan), and fresh food. However, some customers report missing items, inconsistent portion sizes, and slow service, particularly in the drive-thru.

Tasty. I always order here. Right now I did via DoorDash. Everything is awesome and I also ordered my crab Rangoon’s but they are on the side haha. Ok well I’m digging in! Thanks always are pleased with the food.
I visited the drive thru at Stone Creek Crossing on Thursday after having a rough work day. the fast service added with the positivity and kindness of Raven made my day a bit better! Thank you!
Everything I had was delicious the prices are not bad they service you good!!!
Brigitte was such a great employee, she was so nice and make me feel so welcomed, she make sure my order was right. Shout out to her and definitely will coming back
I really have no complaints. I love their food. They had everything stocked.
The food is always great and service is fantastic.
I love this place. Even when they are out of what I want they are quick to cook it fresh for me. It is a fast, friendly, and fun place to enjoy some American Chinese cuisine. I also enjoy the way we can donate our extra change to the Children's Miracle Network.
So, I'm in line at the drive thru at the Stonecreek (Target) Crossing location when it occurred to me I've never reviewed PE. I can't speak about the inside, but I can tell you I've many menu items and have never had a bad meal. Drive thru people are always super nice. Not many Asian options on this side of town, but you can get a good meal here for a little less than a fast food burger combo. Recommended.
Good fresh food 👍👌 Beijing beef is so delicious And the Shanghai Angus beef put those two together and oh my gosh sooooo So good. Of course there was a line but we'll worth the wait! Keep up the fast paced delicious food up 🐼 team
After years of hearing of this place, I finally tried it today. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken on lo mein noodles. The chicken was tender and very flavorful. The Crab Rangoon was perfect. The employees were very courteous and helpful since it was my first time here and helped me through the choices. They all worked well together getting everyone's order to them quickly. I would definitely recommend a visit here.
Absolutely excellent service. Friendly staff welcomed us inti a very clean location. We had a bowl with chow mein and Teriyaki chicken and 2 entrees/1 side of orange chicken, beef, and chow mein and a side of veggie spring rolls. All the food was great. The bathrooms were super clean. Staff at this Panda Express kudos and keep up the excellent job.
Good food just don't put enough on the plate
As always, the orange chicken is the superstar on the menu!! Everything was great.
Everytime I order from DoorDash here everything is fresh and they don’t skimp on the amount. Thank you to those who cook and serve with care 🤍
leaving a good review cuz i went to the popeyes next door and hated it, which reminds me that i've never had a bad experience here. props to this panda express!
SO GOOD. Got takeout this past weekend and my partner is still talking about how good our meals were (he’s not that easily impressed!). Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up! Will be back.
We love Panda Express. I was always weary of eating there before I actually tried it because I assumed fast food Chinese food would be garbage, but once I tried the Panda I thought, well hell this ain't that bad for the price and the amount of food you get. The orange chicken is great and the new steak and shrimp bowl is honestly delicious as all get out!!! The San Marcos location we frequent is always quick and the ladies working are cute and always super friendly. I recommend for sure🍣🍤🥠🥡
I'm not sure what's changed since the last time I came but tonight was an exceptional experience! The staff was amazing. My daughter ran in to get the order and when she came out she was smiling and saying how pleasant her conversation was with the lady at the counter. The food was FRESH and HOT! Lately it hasn't been great so I was already really satisfied. Then, they were out if teriyaki chicken, and subbed with one if our other entrées my daughter wouldn't eat the things we had. My sin went inside and asked to exchange the item since we hadn't opened it we saw the sticker. The staff let us keep it and get the entree my daughter would eat, and they made my 8 year old feel very comfortable. Then they gave us a good amount of sauce which my kiddos appreciated. But yall! THE FOOD?!?! WAS PERFECT! Like seriously I was sooooo happy. I had the string bean chicken & usually its undercooked and too tough/pungent. But tonight was sooo satisfying. Just wanted to thank the staff tonight. 🙏 yall don't know how much yall made our nights, but we all left really full & content. Bonus brownie points for letting my kiddos go potty as yall were closing up! 🖤
I’ve noticed it a few times coming here, but the lady in the black shirt, Meghan, always has a super cheerful attitude and a smile.
Every time I’ve gone here, my food has been made hastily and has had amazing quality- despite the rushes. Even my delivery orders have always been amazing. And everyone is so nice I never review anything but this Panda definitely deserves its stars
Extremely surprised. Wonderful meal, service & experience. Didn't expect much due to some unsavory past visits at other locations but this one was excellent & I will be returning with the family. I wrote them a review on their website & thought I could simply paste that review here but I messed up & now retyping. Not going into specifics but I'm a picky restaurant visitor & I have nothing to whine about here. Loved seeing the manager, Bryan, out in the dining room talking with his guests. That's how you learn about your business. Nice work. The Crisp Sesame Shrimp Bowl (that comes with beef as well) was just excellent. Ordered it with chow mein & super greens (love that). I was also impressed with the quality of the hot mustard packets. Typically packets of this nature are less than exciting but Panda Express' quality was far above others. Keep up the good work P.E. FYI-No one has asked me to write this nor do I work for them. I'm an x-restaurant manager/owner & good people & food deserve good reviews.
We ordered 90pcs of egg rolls for someone's party in Wimberley. Once I pickup my order, nothing wrong and I didn't know how many pcs come with one tray, but when we got to the party venue, it turned out the store missed half of the order. We made a call and manager tried to offer a refund. Unfortunately, this order is for someone else so I couldn't accept a refund... at the end Mr. Connor who works there drove all the way from San Marcos to Wimberley and it took him almost 2 hours round trips. Big thanks to him for his great service mind. Remember this, you saved someone's lives today, Mr. Connor.
Over 2 years I have been here maybe 8 times at various hours of the day. Always clean, friendly service, food cooked perfectly. I also am thankful for all Panda locations for offering durable cardboard plates (NOT only styrofoam or plastic options - that stuff is horrible for people and the environment). Way to go Panda for leading in small ways and still offering a great, reliable, consistent dining experience!
A big shout out to Addy! I hope and pray you get acknowledged. Its very rare now a days for food service places to have minimal service but Addy knocked it out of the park. I submitted an order online and didn't notice the time for pick up. I called and she didn't hesitate, just asked what time I needed to pick it up and even offered plates. I'm grateful Addy for the outstanding service. Again I hope this really get attention from your manager , direct supervisor, or above! Keep up the fantastic job!
I truly love our panda express in San Marcos, Texas. The food is always fresh the staff is great they’re quick to offer samples of things you might like to try. I enjoy dining in or take out. This day we chose take out as we were short on time and running errands in town. I have a few favorites however the orange chicken is always a great choice. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quick fresh Chinese food.
Edit: place had upped their service since reviewed Usually don't have to many issues with this place. They typically forget just the sauce that goes on top of the grilled teriyaki chicken but this time they forgot the whole entree completely. Majorly disappointed by Panda Express
The food Is good so is the service. It seems like u get more if u get ur food to go .. I gone inside bro eat it just seems like the portions are smaller than when u get it threw the drive thru. But that folks is my opinion from what I've experienced... Y'all have a blessed day brothers and sisters...
I’ve been coming here for years. Always great service and good food. They run out of items towards the end of the night but that is understandable.
Half my panda order was incorrect. I ordered the beef & broccoli and instead got orange chicken. This was after they said they had to remake my online order when I came to pick it up.
The service was fast. Food was good and the servings large. This is the typical fast food setting so one shouldn’t expect much of an atmosphere.
Like any other chain, it is good to know that one can get familiar food anywhere in the country. I chose to post here because this is the most friendly PandaE I've ever visited, just wanted to say thank you!
Nice location with a drive through... For sure a bonus. Inside it's okay but dated. The experience is different from most locations... Larger pieces which are hard to eat without cutting them up more. Portion size is also smaller than typical. Chow mien was a bit plain, but the protein was typical. All and all a good location...bring your knife if using the drive through, and forget about using chopsticks.
good American-Chinese fast food at a good price! the staff here is great! you can tell they're always trying even in the middle of lunch rushes! make sure to say thank you to the staff!
We go here at least twice a week and it's always clean and employees are friendly and helpful. We like to go early before the lunch crowd comes
Very well served portions. Not many seats to enjoy your food. Fast service.
It is exactly what you expect. I don't care for Spring/Egg rolls. They taste undercooked. The wrapper part. I used the drive-through.
Pretty good chain Chinese food prices getting a little steep and portions are getting smaller but over all okay food
I’ve been here twice with my husband, and we love it! The food is not exquisite, but for it being fast food it is pretty good and the prices are so fair, especially in this economy!! The Beijing Beef is by far the best!
I ordered rice and noodles. There was no gravy and everything was dry. Service is fast, but needs improvement on food taste.
I love this Panda Express. The food is always fresh and delicious for a drive through fast food Japanese restaurant. The orange chicken is absolutely amazing. At my job (which is 10 minutes away), we get Panda when we want comfort food. However, the one downfall is that 8/10 times I order spring rolls and ask for sweet and sour sauce (which is the best part in my opinion) they forget it. So if you go here, anticipate great food. But please remember to check your bag before you leave the drive through or be faced with intense disappointment upon arrival to your destination.
I always do drive thru here. I have to say they are pretty consistent. They have never not had what I wanted such as other pandas. They have never gotten my order wrong and always fast and pleasant.
The food was good. I just had one small incident where the drive-through server. Wyatt w acted like he scanned our points but did not , I did not appreciate the dishonesty.. Other than that the food was great…
Hazel was awesome over the phone. Was upset about how I received my chow main (way too much veg and barely any noodle which has been happening a lot at this location sadly) and she was very accommodating and helped resolve the situation. Communicated that she would talk to the team about fixing the problem and offered a free remake. Great service:)
Service took a tad longer than expected because of mobile and drive-thru orders but the food was on point and worth the wait.
Ordered the new beef Angus steak, and did not like it at all. Pieces of the meat were charred and the broccoli was over cooked. Not a fan at all. The fried rice and honey walnut shrimp was excellent.
Dining here is a good gamble. Sometimes the food is excellent and sometimes it's not. There's no consistency. I've gotten hot and flavorful and within the same week I've gotten room temperature food that taste like it was leftovers from the previous day.
I really do like the food at Panda Express. They offer a pretty good variety, and it is delicious. I really like the black pepper chicken, it's spicier than you'd expect. And for those who are dieting, they are very transparent about their food's nutritional value, which is super cool. And they offer mixed vegetables as side to replace rice or noodles, if you're into that. One thing to be careful about though... when getting take out or going through the drive-thru - they mess up orders a lot. Like, seriously, check your bag before leaving, cause the mistake ratio is unusually high. I've only eaten there maybe a dozen times and probably three of those times I was unpleasantly surprised to open my bag at home and find what had to be someone else's meal. I hate to have to complain about that, but it's true.
Can't order 1.5 servings? But I'm the customer.... 😑 I wanted the 3 entree 1 side plate and the lady tells me I can't order 1.5 servings of Orange chicken and 1.5 servings of Chicken teriyaki in case "something goes wrong". Last I checked I was the paying customer? Let's say something does go wrong.. fix it!! That's your job! And if the customer is being unreasonable that's the job of the manager, to step up as a leader and representative of the company to tell said customer that they're being unreasonable. I don't think asking for 1.5 servings of 2 items to make up 3 servings is an unreasonable request. I was going to leave a 1 star review but they gave me a coupon at checkout to try to amend the situation, which was nice of them to do so, so I'll leave it at a 3 instead.
The food is usually alright but this panda is especially stingy with portions. The one in new braunfels by creekside is so much better in regards to servings and service. They always forget every sauce for online orders as well. My wife's broccoli beef had 4 small pieces of beef. The white rice is always dry at this location. The service is unenthusiastic, I hate my life college and highschool kids and it shows. If you have a choice go to a different panda. This one's mediocre.
It's a panda express in a college town, got exactly what I expected. Everything was just eh.
Decent food, rude teenagers that can’t handle any sort of pressure. Asked once for an adjustment on the order, then they started cursing and being condescending as we explained it still wasn’t correct. Third times a charm, STILL wasn’t correct. We didn’t want spit in our food so we just took it and left. I almost worked here a bit ago, thank god I didn’t. Those girls must hate their job.
I usually am happy with Panda express...but i ordered my usual orange chicken and white rice bowl and half the rice wasn't even cooked. it was hard and crunchy... I didn't even finish the rice just because of how much of it was uncooked.. dissapointed.
First i want to say i ordered regular orange chicken and got that new orange chicken think its vegan or plant based but not what i ordered. I tried calling to let them know see if i can get my money back for the missing item but no answer just like multiple times i have tried before. I only eat at this location because its on my husbands way home from work. Just like one of the other comments I place orders online and ask for soy sweet and sour and utensils never get it ever , my husband picks it up on way home to seguin from work and he asks several times for sweet and sour when they do have it they usually give like 3 and he has to ask again idk what the deal is with sweet and sour but yeah never have it for some reason. My order is not always right either like tonight forgot whole side all together ordered just chow mein for my son cos that's all he likes and they didn't include it and since we live too far away have to just share with him and make something else.
Despite the long line, in and out in reasonable time. Food was great, staff was pleasant as always! 7/28/22 - arrived well before their posted closing time of 10pm. Staff cleaning and food put up, doors locked. Rather disappointing.
Food was ok, my main problem with my visit was the service I got in the drive through. The girl acted as if she didn't want to be there. She was very rude and interrupted me a lot when I was trying to make my order. She didn't even bother giving me a fork or spoon for my food. I know it can get busy sometimes but I work retail and I know busy. Even then there's no excuse for bad customer service. VERY disappointed.
Well, when I order string bean "CHICKEN", I expect there to be chicken in there and not just 4 little pieces. I mean, it's the chicken that costs the most. I guess I just have to stop ordering through the app so I can tell them? Panda always does this to me, so I guess I'm gonna have to stick with my local Chinese food place, I'm done with having to tell people how to treat customers. I'm sure any worker there would say the same thing if they were served this. If I wanted all veggies, I would have ordered the vegetarian plate?!?!
This store is hit or miss. I've had some good food and I've had some barely edible food. Portions are never consistent. Always check your bag before you leave if getting take out. We ordered online and asked for condiments and silverware and didn't get any. It's disappointing to get home and not have any soy sauce or sweet and sour for the bland food.
I was very clear in drive thru that I wanted sweet and sour. They even repeated my order back to me. I STILL didn’t get my sweet and sour sauce! I had already left before I realized it, because I was in a hurry to be somewhere important. Employees need to not be in such a hurry to be done with one customer to get onto the next one that they forget stuff that is important to the customer! Very disappointing! They also forgot the utensils and napkins! We were able to get the utensils before driving away though…no napkins though. These things should be automatically included without asking!
Visiting from out of town. Food was okay, consistent to all other Panda Express. Service was mundane, nothing special typical “How can I help you”…. Server could have been tired. Atmosphere, people were just eating, dining area was clean, restroom needed cleaning, and the outdoor dining area (where I ate), needed tables to be wiped down. I paid for a bigger plate, rice serving was a tiny serving, I was served a proper amount of orange chicken, tiny serving of mushroom chicken, they were almost out of King Pao chicken but I was served whatever was left over which was short of a full serving. Why can’t they just serve two spoon scoops of rice and proper serving of their entrees. I’ll just be avoiding this place.
I ordered chow mein and double honey sesame chicken. Got it home to find out that the chicken has red flakes on them therefore making them SPICY! it's not supposed to be spicy at all? What happens is they will cook something spicy and not rinse the wok out so now I have spicy honey sesame chicken that I can not eat! Just wasted $10! I wish they would stop sound this! Some people don't like or maybe can't handle spicy foods! Thanks panda for ruining my food!
Kung-pow chicken was undercooked, when confronted on the situation, staff and the manager were rude and unwilling to fix the problem. Eventually, after some discussion, they did fix it but with a much much smaller portion... This location is nowhere near the best.
Went here on Friday with a friend and I’m pretty positive it gave both of us food poisoning. This was the only thing that we BOTH ate that day and I’ve never felt THAT sick after eating Panda. I’ve only had it from this location 3 times since I’ve lived in San Marcos but every time it has made me sick.
Our visit to this location was very disappointing. Our company have jobs all over Texas, we always look for a Panda Express for lunch and we have never had such a bad experience as we did in this location. Poor customer service, smaller than usual portions, uncooked fried rice, and no compensation or acknowledge of our dissatisfaction. Will never be back to this location, and we do not recommend it.
My first experience in this place and they rip me off! I ordered a REGULAR plate and egg roll and 1 order of cream cheese rangoon.... they charged me for bigger plate as well as charging me for the egg roll and rangoon separately.... when I bring it to their attention the try to tell me no I was charged correctly..... and I'm looking at my receipt which clearly shows they charged me more than what I got!! I will not come back and I will tell all that this business rips you off!!
I continue to be disappointed by this location of Panda Express. It is nearest to my home so most convenient. I keep hoping it's going to be better but it has continually gotten worse. First, after 7pm, there is typically no Teriyaki Chicken, no White Steamed Rice, etc. Some choices are greatly limited and there is usually no offer to even wait for it to be made. On my last visit, I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru and got a rude comment from the person waiting behind me even though it was not my order that held everyone up. I got home with my dinner (15 minutes away) only to find I had no Teriyaki sauce for my Chicken Teriyaki and no soy sauce that I specifically requested. I was so frustrated that I almost drove back but my dinner would have been cold after 30 minutes round trip and after a 12 hour work day I was just not up to it. I am not a person that typically would write a negative review, but I have had nothing but negative experiences at this Panda location since it has opened. The food is not bad when you get what you order. Wish you would fix it. :(
Initially one person as being waited on when myself and another customer came in. The person being waited eventually got to the register and apparently asked if he could get several others orders he was receiving in his cell phone. The girl left the register and approached several staff sitting in the dining area. Three staff members are now at the serving station that came from the drive thru area and they are just bumping into each other. The person that was asking to get more orders was directed back to the front of line to place more to-go orders. There was no, I'll be with you.. I was not acknowledge in any way and there service station was getting more chaotic. So I said that the situation was ridiculous and left. No customer service no organization. They need new management.
Brianna the drive thru person was rude and had a terrible attitude, my roommate had never been and went inside to order and the cashier charged him 30 dollars for alacarte items because he didnt use the correct terms. Got home and I had ordered beef and broccoli and walnut shrimp, got raw broccoli, no meat, and bejing beef or something instead of shrimp. I called and the manager just continued to ask "well what do you want me to do about it" and was completely unprofessional and only offered to comp me the up charge if I wasted 30 more minutes driving back to the restaurant and back home. No sauces, utensils or napkins were placed in the bag. I will not return here.
Very low customer service...I was next in line and got skipped without any explanation... Manager was helping the line and asked him for sweet and sour sauce and he looked annoyed and just threw the packages in a rude way...definitely not coming back
Quality is consistent since it is a chain, however that’s where the consistency stops. This Panda Express serves the SMALLEST portions of any PE that I’ve ever eaten. Other restaurants serve a bit more and the employees are very rude towards customers. For the price that you’re paying, portions should be a bit larger. Miss this restaurant, PE in Kyle is better.
I came in at 9:40pm on 5/27/25 the manger have the door lock already and the time say 10am to 10pm to dining in
Why have a phone number when you don’t answer it? Got an order to go for a large plate. There was literally three small pieces of beef with my beef and broccoli. I couldn’t even see the beef when I opened it. It was all broccoli. My other two sides were bigger but they put it on a tiny container so it was alot smaller. Waste of time and money. Wish I could tell the manager about it but they don’t answer the phone.
We walked in and waited 15m in line without the employees even looking at us. There was, from what I could tell, 4 employees filling togo order, 3 filling drivethrew orders, and 1 handling the line of 10 people in the restaurant. We walked out and went somewhere else.
Today, I ordered the broccoli and beef bowl. My daughter picked it up due to me being sick. I open the bowl it’s literally 4 small pieces of beef and the rice isn’t done it’s still hard. I tried call the store no answer. I know companies are short staff but, please stiff give people what they are paying for regardless. Ugh $9 down the drain.
Terrible experience. I waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through line. With no car even moving an inch. When I was finally able to get my order in I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Once I got my food I noticed they had given me the wrong order and it was cold. I was so tired I just gave up and took it. Very disappointed. Will not go again.
The absolute slowest, and I don't care restaurant I've ever eaten at. Line to the door and half the line goes on break. By the time you get your food, it's cold and the guy at the register stares at you like he's lost if you ask for a warm plate of food. I've been in line long enough to type this standing in one spot. Manager needs to have a talk with staff on customer care and speed of service. It's a shame really. The Kyle location has their stuff together, I'll be x-ing San Marcos off my list and make sure everyone I know follows suit.
Went to this location and they had no food prepared. They proceeded to put rice in a plate and set it on the counter, where it sat for 10 a 15 minutes. When our food was finally ready I requested fresh, hot rice. They proceeded to dump the old rice and stir, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told there was no manager on duty, but this is an acceptable practice at Panda Express. Made a formal complaint with the corporate office and had no follow up.
Basic fast food, not very consistent at the drive thru. Check your order, they like to short your food and you find out when you get home.
Waited 10 minutes for fresh kung pao chicken to be made just for them to put old mushroom chicken after it came up. Promised plate bundle on phone call for inconvenience when I come back but didn’t want to honor the drink at store. Watches people blatantly skip and still help them first to avoid altercation. Rushed me out so fast didn’t even give me silverware when asked for some so I had no way to eat it on lunch :) Don’t know what happened, this location suddenly fell off. 10 items on the menu, but still gotta check after them.
Was given the incorrect order AND overcharged. I told them and they gave me a partial refund on food that was incorrect. Still didn't get my items corrected. I didnt have time to fight it any further because I had to hurry back to work. I took the partial refund and tossed the whole messed up order in their trash on the way out.
Not a good experience at all. I came in looking to try a new protein on side of my orange chicken and couldn’t even get a sample. I asked the manager who was practically laying down on a booth and she said that I couldn’t even try it to see if it was good. We then got our food, the rice was hard and unflavored and the new chicken that i tried was mushy as if it wasn’t even fried (sweet sesame chicken).
Worst location ever. No manager during the day and have a cook kicking people out before giving food or refund (seems like he may try to pocket it?) don’t recommend this location.
worst service at a panda express ever. everyone seemed high or just extremely tired. got a large soda with no ice.. was waiting on the eggroll so they told me to pull around and wait. which is fine. before pulling around i told them i wanted teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and sweet and sour. few minutes later a guy brings out my egg roll.. i told him i never even got my food yet.. goes back in brings out my food and walks off.. no sauces in my bag.. i go through the drive through for a reason, to not get out of my car. i get home and the beef and broccoli is all broccoli.. no beef at all.. $17 for this is absurd.
The staff is extremly rude. horrible horrible experience here.
The server that took my lunch order was rude and condescending. I asked for hot orange chicken (the new item that is being heavily advertised). In an extremely snotty tone of voice, she said "uh, actually we don't have carry hot orange chicken, only orange chicken". I asked if that just here or at all of them. She said, "I don't know. Do you want orange chicken or not?”.
On 6/9/21 I Grabbed Panda for lunch and the steamed rice was grossly hard and crunchy. I know very well rice isn’t at all supposed to be crunchy. I’m not sure if if this rice was “carry over” rice from yesterday or whatever but from my concern I would think employees would check and see if rice is cooked and steamed correctly. Steamed Rice is not supposed to be crunchy or hard to even be served. I did call the store and spoke to Lindsey (person in charge) and I just wanted to inform her to check the rice. She was very polite and offered a replacement meal. I understand fast food and the business of it, no need to lash out on an innocent person. Just wished they were more FRESH as people claim to be on the comments from what I read. I hope their “carry over” doesn’t consist rice and should be tossed out at the end of the business day. Specifically the STEAMED RICE has always been crunchy/ hard when I go get my lunch. I’ve let it pass 2 other times but this was by far the hardest crunchiest rice I ever endured. I did not eat it. Lindsey would get 4 starts but the Rice -100 Happy Eating to future Panda guests.
DO NOT go here within 2 hours of closing. My husband gets off work at 10, so I typically either cook or pick up dinner around 9. I went at 9 (they close at 10), and they barely had any food and apparently weren't going to make any more of items that would likely still sell pretty quickly. This is not the first time we've encountered this. Every time we go after 8PM, instead of letting us order and asking if we'd be willing to wait, they read off what they have. I could understand if they started this half an hour before closing, but just know that if you go late, they likely won't have what you want, and it's probably been sitting out for at least 2 hours.
So, every single time we go through the drive thru at this location they get the order wrong. Not just a little but like bad. Today, we didn’t get the 4 spring rolls we paid for, they gave me orange chicken instead of honey sesame, and they put orange chicken in my wife’s bowl instead of Beijing Beef…how do you screw up an order that bad??? This location is perfect if you go inside but 100% of the time gets your order wrong in the drive thru.
I would not recommend this location, not only do they forget items or get the order entirely wrong 8 times out of 10 but there have been several times i have gone there through the drive thru and waited for 50 or more minutes just to get my food! Until they can get their orders in order and pick up the pace I will be going to another panda express!
$13.00 for a lil bit of chowmein… 4 honey walnut shrimp and one piece of chicken thighs… they always cut up lik 2 chicken pieces for me… they use to fill up my plate and now it’s barely anything…
Arrived at 10:10 am doors were still locked employees just looked at us we walked back to our vehicle got in the vehicle then an employee comes unlocks business door says we're open now . No thanks you should have had doors unlocked way before we arrived , we just headed to another restaurant.
Average Panda Express food, but the slowest service I’ve ever had at one. I even offered ahead in the app and would’ve went way faster if I just got in line. 15 min of waiting in the store for one plate
Ordered a family meal with rice as the starch as well as 2 rice bowls only to realize when I got home that the rice smelled and tasted SOUR…pretty putrid stuff. I called into the store and was told by the “manager” that, “it happens.” I’ll definitely not patronize Panda Express anymore.
