The atmosphere was great the server was very attentive and the food was good. I ordered the trio fajita tray and felt like the tray had to much onions and red pepper which over crowded the fajitas and rice.

Service and attention were top notch, no complaints there. The staff was friendly and everything else was great. But I honestly don’t understand why Chili’s decided to remove the Caesar salad from their menu. It used to be really good. Now they just serve a plain, pretty bad salad with some ranch on it, it was honestly awful. I didn’t even eat it. Huge downgrade from what they used to offer. My husband and I went in for a nice dinner. We were greeted with smiles at the entrance and our door was opened for us by a greeter. At the host station we were greeted again and seated. We were seated by a bunch of kids which was a little loud but that was ok. Our waitress was awesome. Really friendly and attentive and our goodness quick. Our food, however, is why I'm giving three stars. The queso we got with our chips was really gross, IMO. My husband thought he'd had worse. I thought it tasted like fake cheese from a can. My sirloin steak was chewy, but flavorable. I asked for some butter for my broccoli and got liquid butter with garlic. They don't out salt on the table which I was a little shocked by. I would have given 4 stars, but I felt the restaurant is a 3-star due to the food not being so great.

Way over priced. Sloppy service. The wait staff had no regard for the small child at the table. Continuously placed items ( silverware drinks and hot food) directly infront of the child (10 month old) in their reach. I get they are young adults but common sense wasn't on shift with them.

I don't want to leave a bad bad review I've been here before and had a great experiences. but this in particular night. I got seated like I usually do. Waitress came up asked me what I wanted. I asked chips queso beef. During this time my queso beef showed up. I had no water. Had to ask four times for water. I ordered the steak 45 minutes later I asked her to cancel it. No manager to ask how I was doing how things are going. I really felt like if somebody was there I could have told him my issue

I have always loved Chills. Waiter was great. But our food was wrong when brought out. couldn't move to a bigger table when asked for what all we ordered. But manager made it right. He got order right and all turned out good. Some people behind us were way loud. So over all that's why I rated it the way I did. Have had great experiences there before.

Stopped in for a late dinner. We waited for quite a while for someone to appear and seat us. The restaurant was basically empty but we had to ask for a different table because the first two they tried to seat us at were not clean. Our server was amazing. Very attentive I wish I could remember his name. The steaks were not cooked properly at all. My medium rare came out INCREDIBLY undercooked. As soon as I cut into it I could see it was actually cooked blue, had to send it back which I hate doing but the server was so helpful. The second time my food came out the steak was ok but all the sides were cold. Overall not the best quality food but the server really picked up the slack.

Don't remember our waitress' name but I was seated at table 26th this Sunday night and she was horrible. Not to mention the girl who say us said nothing but"how many" while seating us. But our waitress was slightly rude, she cut me off mid sentence to say hi to her friend at the next table. We had no silverware or napkins at the table. Waited nearly 10 minutes to get our order taken. Our food came before our drinks and we saw our server a total of 3 times our whole meal, had to ask the food runner for a lot. She spent a lot of the time talking to some guy in the corner instead of doing her job.

(Updated to give atmosphere 2 stars instead of 1, and also to say JUST GO TO CHEDDARS INSTEAD OF THIS DUMP) worst service ever its like you guys want me to come here, intentionally, to order the smallest order possible and tip nothing just to rub it back in your face came inside to place a to-go order and instead of helping me i was pushed away by the host, then pushed out of line when i was first in line because, "shes a lady that has an order already." then they kept skipping me, and then when everyone else had gotten their orders they told me to wait for someone else to place my order. I literally wanted 1 thing and no customizations. Would have taken seconds. Instead i had to use my phone and their janky online system. Big middle finger to me, the customer. Gee, thanks. Im only going to come back to make things harder for you now, since you think is cool to train your employees to do the same. WOULD YOU BELIEVE IT... BUT IT GOT WORSE Because i ordered a "take out" order they decided it would be cool to skimp me on everything but the salmon; 2 bites of green beans, 3 bites of rice, and the tiniest "bowl" of enchilada soup. $30 for a small salmon and a bunch of air. will never return. would love to speak with someone about comping the WITHOUT A DOUBT WORST meal and service ive ever experienced in my 40 years on this rock

I came in around 10:41 and a young gentleman greeted us at the door. I guess he realized he was next to be sat so we were his last table. His demeanor changed from there. There was never no proper introduction as in introducing himself or even establishing a baseline. He came to the table was like “y’all know we close in 20 minutes?” and from there he rushed us to order which we already knew what we wanted but his tone was off putting. From there, I got the hint that his service was going to be poor so I told him we’re doing take out. He said “okay; just pay right there”. I’m frustrated because I’ve been a server and bartender for 3 years, I know the feeling of getting sat last but there was 4 tables still in restaurant, I just got out of work and wanted to wind down. Server to Server Ik that feeling when a customer comes in last minute and to make up for that I always leave minimum $20 or more regardless if the tab is less than that. Unfortunately this time I didn’t because I didn’t established a good rapport with my server. Being a server is form is hospitality; customer should never feel unwanted. Side note my food was disheveled when I checked it before driving off but the food taste really good.

placed an order through the app. They served the kids pizza with fries on top and the fries seasoning all over the pizza. The pizza was inedible because it was so salty. I’m not a picky eater but this was utterly disgusting.
