We had an amazing experience at Sea Barra! Every item we tried was super tasty. The fresh shrimp ceviche was bursting with flavor and set a refreshing tone for the meal. The papa-nachos with grilled shrimp were indulgent and so satisfying, while the mahi mahi taco with mango pico was a delightful blend of perfectly cooked fish and fresh fruit. The standout was definitely the Gobernador shrimp taco, featuring shrimp, toasted cheese, grilled veggies, and chipotle aioli-a comforting and unforgettable bite. Every dish was a hit @®! If you're in the area, this seafood truck is a must-visit. I can't wait to go back!

Delicious food! I tried this place for lunch one day with a couple of friends. I had the shrimp burger and fries. The food was very well made and service was great. My friends ordered the tacos and they looked amazing. I'll definitely have to try some of those next time. They also have a patio that's dog-friendly. I've seen people sitting outside with their dogs. I'll have to bring my dog next time I go. Give this place a try. It's one of the best meals I've had in awhile. 😋

We had the fresh shrimp mango ceviche, Pacifico (only comes canned but they provided a mug), a pineapple jalapeño margarita, and a battered/fried fish taco. The ceviche was fresh and flavorful. The fresh shrimp was cut up and mixed with the cucumber and red onion. It also came with a few cooked shrimp on the side. It could have used more mango but it wasn't a deal breaker for the freshness. It's a huge serving so be prepared to share or have leftovers. The pineapple jalapeño margarita was good but the pineapple flavor was really light. The jalapeño flavor was present but not crazy strong. The battered fish taco was amazing (I forgot to snap a photo). The cabbage was finely shredded which is perfect for me as I typically don't love raw cabbage. I do wish the fish was fried a bit more. I also wish we would have asked for more of the Chipotle aioli. Delicious!

The food is soooo good! Portions are big and so fresh. Hint of spice to the tacos and perfectly seasoned. I got the grilled mahi mahi taco and fried shrimp taco on corn tortilla and both were exceptional. This is just what I crave when I want a seafood taco, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am typically reluctant to eat sea food when I am not near the ocean, but WOW! Sea Barra was an insane 10/10 for me! Everything tasted super fresh, incredibly delicious, and their portions are massive! If you haven't already given this place a try, you are seriously missing out!

This is such a lovely spot! My sibling and I dined in here and agreed their fish tacos were absolutely delicious and so fresh. The servers were all very nice and helpful giving recommendations. Overall a great place!

5 stars all around. The food is delish, the shrimp was perfectly cooked and the fish taco was so good. And the service here is amazing, the owner gave me an extra taco to try and a water bottle too, customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be back here. Definitely check it out whenever you want some tasty food.

You cannot beat how fresh all of the food at Sea Barra is. Every fried shrimp taco I've had here has been freshly fried and that's not something you often see. The shrimp ceviche is a unique item and is DELICIOUS!! We went in for Valentine's weekend and had wonderful service, both from the waitress and the owner who took great care of us and everyone else who was there. You'll love every item on this menu.

They also have a bar area separated by a wall which gives a nice exclusive experience if you want to be that side of the restaurant and they have a outside seating where a fan and light mist would circulate so you are feeling cool on a hot day. Restrooms are clean. Tables are clean, everything! Food is tasty sooo amazinggg love the ingredients and they have a sauce bar too so u can pick and choose if you wanna add additional sauces. Customer service is perfect, you honestly just need to experience what I mean by that.

The quesadillas were stuffed full, the sauces were incredible and the portions were large. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to try some of their other fare!

Fantastic food!!! Great prices and so delicious! I got the gobernador shrimp taco and it's mouth watering! The kids fish and chips is only 7$ with very generous portions! Margaritas was also delicious 😋 definitely come eat here!

I went in Today to try out the aguachiles, I had my baby’s car seat and the owner gave up her seat just for us to sit down and place the car seat on the booth. We ordered our food to go and as we waited she offered us chips and a bean dip, service was 10 out 10, the owner is super friendly and food was great definitely recommend

My family and I had dinner here. The crew was very friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. We ordered: Barra fries with carne asada Shrimp and bacon taco Fried fish plate and Carne asada tacos. Everything was delicious. Even the bean dip and chips were very tasty.

I sat outside in the open porch with a breeze and enjoyed the food and San Marcos life buzzing around. Great place for good weather and great seafood.

We ordered two shrimp and bacon tacos, one mahi-mahi taco, one salmon taco, Fried cod, governable taco and the seafood tower. Since we Ordered two tacos it came with chips and bean dip. The chips were good, the bean dip was good but a very small amount of it and never came to Refill. We had a big order, but it did take a little bit to get the food longer than I expected since it was empty when we arrived. Besides that we enjoyed it mostly. The shrimp and bacon tacos were delicious. I think a little too much topping could’ve dropped the price a little bit and take off some of the toppings, but the quality was great. The seafood tower was good. The only thing I wasn’t excited about was the fried cod there were several pieces that were not cooked thoroughly And the batter was a little more fried than I typically like, but we really enjoyed the food. the owners were on site bringing out our dishes with great energy and we will be back!

The chips were good, the bean dip was good but a very small amount of it and never came to Refill. We stopped in for a quick dinner during the week. The restaurant was hot, very hot! They had several fans blowing but the interior was still extremely warm at most of the tables. Hopefully this will be a quick fix because its almost to hot to enjoy your meal. They start you off with refried beans and chips which were fun. The beans had good flavor and the chips , well they are what you can get off the shelf at any HEB. The fish and chips ($17) were my pick. The fries were hot but lacked seasoning, even salt. They were absolutely frozen fires. They were cooked well, but again needed some flavor. The Cod was almost tough and a texture I have never had before in fish which made it even weirder. One of the "nuggets" I could not even bite through. All in all not the greatest experience. I most likely will give them a second chance in case this was a one off. Its locally owned and I wish them the best, but for the prices you are charging you have to up your game.
